We are three families with children from Lithuania, stayed in the wonderful Villa Tina (Belmonte) this July. Villa Belmonte is just amazing and cherished. Excellent swimming pool, groomed plants, comfortable five-bedroom house with large terraces and all the necessary equipment. The Villa is in a great location. Wonderful mountain views, sea beach is 20 minutes walk away. The unique old town of Santa Maria di Castellabate (Cilento region) is within walking distance. Pedestrian street, promenade along the sea, boutiques, restaurants. Communication with property manager Federica was easy and expeditious. She helped us with the transfer from Naples airport, meet us in the villa, recommended a local guide, and bought basic products for the start. The hostess, Mrs. Tina took care of all the little things to make our vacation great. Special hospitality and sincerity. Fresh lemons, eggs and even a car to drive to the supermarket for products. We are immensely grateful for the wonderful relaxing holidays in this small paradise of Southern Italy.

Salvatore's home is in a very scenic setting with sweeping views of the mountains and valley. The exterior is exceptional - the pool is private, the outside dining area offers amazing views yet is shaded, the grounds are peaceful and the jacuzzi is a lovely touch. The kitchen is well stocked and the terrace on the first floor is a great vantage point to look out at the lovely view. Salvatore was a great host who offered us a very flexible check-in and a much needed late check-out.

Wonderful host met me on arrival to check in and was available throughout my stay if needed. Lovely apartment which is as described, although the bedroom is white, not green anymore. Location is perfect - an easy walk to the seafront, about 15 minutes from the station (no stairs or hills) and in the centro storico of Salerno which is full of places to explore and delicious food but be prepared for plenty of stairs and hills. I took day trips by train to the Greek temples at Paestum and by ferry to Amalfi and on by bus Ravello. I recommend Salerno and the apartment and would stay here again

Very clean, beautiful house, garden and fantastic pool , amongst stunning scenery, we received great help with all our many questions from Floriano and on site support from Jean Louis making our stay run smoothly. The surrounding area is breathtaking; the nearby port of Scario was picturesque with very friendly locals, well stocked shops and a great choice of restaurants and ice cream/ coffee shops. The coastline was clean and the sea wonderful for a swim with the nearest place for a dip just a ten minute walk away. The vast nature reserve is a treasure trove of beauty from mountains to coastline. Floriano’s ample house and facilities and the surrounding area are idyllic - we had a wonderful holiday.

There werent many reviews about Ilenias Villa so we were a little nervous - however we shouldnt have been nervous. The apartment occupies all of the bottom floor (other than one room) and its HUGE. The photos dont do it justice. It was immaculately clean, the kitchen is better equipped than any we have stayed in including my own. Brand new high spec branded cooker, fridge and coffee maker. It had everything we needed. Parking was secure, outdoor dining was great and enjoyed the sunsets across the valley every night. We rarely saw the owners so it was very private. To drive to the beach was around 5mins but realistically if you are 2 hours away from Naples you will have a hire car anyway. The pool was beautiful and clean and there were plenty of deck chairs around it. Washing facilities very convenient. Plenty of restaurants in the local area and the most local beach is really beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place - we couldnt want for any more.

No more no less: that’s been our most amazing vacation by far!!! We stayed on Antonella’s incredible Villa for a month (August-September), and it literally had all we needed: many spacious rooms with separate bathrooms for different families; huuuuge garden where we played table tennis, soccer (yeah, picture how big the territory actually is!!!!); a nice size pool (we played water polo); the garden had lemon, grape and cactus trees (the fruits of each we were allowed to taste). Downstairs in the house there was a spacious living area where we used to enjoy splendid family dinners. Location-wise: the house is built so conveniently to an autostrada (if, let’s say, you decide to go to Salerno, or Amalfi coast for a day trip); there is a cheese factory about 300m away (mmm, that buffalo products just melted in your mouth); as well as there are fish, meat and super markets very close by. We shopped a lot and ate only fresh food! What else? – Yes, the beach. It’s 15 minutes drive (Paestum Lido) but is very nice and warm. We loved goin there for a dip. On the Villa, we had a gardener Pepe who would just be there for you for whatever it is you might need. So helpful and friendly (thank you Giuseppe). We had a BLAST!!! I don’t really know how you may not like this fantastically gorgeous Villa. We will surely be back!!!❤️ Love love love……Already missing it

Tutto perfetto! Sicuramente la cosa che ho apprezzato di più è la jacuzzi esterna, in cui ci si rilassa in tutta tranquillità. Questa poi si trova in un grande e fresco giardino, con un sacco di piante, tavoli e sedie, completamento recintato in cui anche le mie cagnoline si sono divertite tanto! Raffaele poi ha curato il mio soggiorno in tutto, con la massima gentilezza. Spero di riuscire a tornarci presto!

Appartamento grande, luminoso e biesposto, la sera fresco. Posizione strategica in estate. Da migliorare il sistema di raccolta differenziata. Consigliato!

Estuve en Salerno de paso, para pasar la noche en medio de un viaje más largo. Me encantó el despartamento, es muy funcional y equipado. Tiziana y su marido muy amables y serviciales. Me hubiera quedado más tiempo sin dudas. Si van en auto, tener en cuenta que está en una zona en donde no se puede transitar pero ellos me recomendaron una cochera para dejarlo cerca y cuidado. El tránsito es complicado como en toda Italia, pero dejandolo en el parking se llega bien (aprox €50 las 12h).

Vicenzo es un gran anfitrión! estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estadía. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado y es super recomendable. Tiene dos dormitorios separados por una cocina. Hay dos baños completos. todo muy prolijo y con un estilo único! como detalle menor, estuvimos con niños y hubiera estado muy bien un micro-ondas! si volvemos a Salerno elegiría sin duda este lugar nuevamente! A magical experience in a wonderful castle! Everything was perfect. We got a warm welcome with little tour around the castle and sweet biscuits, big, cozy and very clean room with everything in it. The bed was extremely comfortable and the fireplace made our stay even more romantic. So many details and Gisella’s good care of them cannot stay unnoticed and add their charm to the room. I could only recommend this place and will definitely come again.

Perfektion! Francesco und Alice haben ein Urlaubsidyll geschaffen, in dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Allein der Garten mit Traumaussicht ist einzigartig – besonders bei milder Dämmerung mit atmosphärischer Lichterkette an den Bäumen. Die beiden sind super lieb, angenehm kommunikativ und sehr unterstützend, wenn man möchte. Gespräche auf Englisch sind kein Problem. In der Ferienwohnung warteten ein frisch gebackener Kuchen, Weintrauben, Pfirsiche und Snacks. Alles sauber, authentisch italienisch dörflich und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten das große Glück, neben Katzen und Hund auch Katzenbabys als Nachbarn zu haben. Wir wollten wirklich nicht mehr weg, eine echte Oase, um zu entspannen und zu erden. Die Umgebung lohnt sich vor allem für Wanderfreudige: atemberaubende Natur und anspruchsvolle Routen auf Berggipfel.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs und das hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Terrasse ist toll zum sonnen und essen, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht und die Unterkunft und das Gelände waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und wir bekamen bei Fragen immer sehr schnell eine Antwort. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen :)

Bra läge för att uptäcka kust städer med tåg. Allt det nödvändiga för att laga mat fanns. Trapporna bra för ben.

Appartement à la propreté impeccable, très spacieux et très bien situé. Propriétaires très gentils, séjour très agréable !

Très joli séjour à Castellabate, nous avons pleinement profité de la résidence tout en découvrant le charme de la côte amalfitaine. Piscine, plages, dégustation de mozzarella, et découverte des villages alentours, un vrai programme de vacances ! Une mention toute particulière à Massimo, qui a été particulièrement aux petits soins pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Et pour couronner le tout, Massimo parle particulièrement bien le français, la classe à l’italienne ! A recommander à 100% pour découvrir le coin :-)

Roberta var en veldig hyggelig vertinne som ga gode anbefalinger om både restauranter og severdigheter i området. Hun kom også med smaksprøver på lokal mat! Fantastisk bassengområde med utsikt til Amalfikysten og Capri❤️

Eine traumhafte Villa auf einem Berg! Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten komplett entspannen :) Der Pool ist unfassbar und ich habe noch nie einen Pool gesehen, der so schön geformt und tief ist. Man ist sehr privat oben auf einem Berg. Ohne Auto kommt man nicht zurecht! Die Einrichtung der Villa ist sehr liebevoll und es gibt verschiedene Plätze an denen man den Abend verbringen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Sofia war außergewöhnlich gut und sie hat zu jeder Uhrzeit sofort geantwortet. Ein Riesen Dank auch an ihren lieben Vater der uns geholfen hat :)

Merci à Serena pour son accueil amical. le studio est conforme aux descriptions, agréablement décoré et avec tout le confort nécessaire. les instructions pour y parvenir sont claires. évidemment il y a un peu de route de montagne à faire depuis la côte pour y parvenir mais on le sait. très joli environnement du coup dans un petit village italien typique.

Absolutely lovely place. Tranquil and beautiful, this place was exactly what the doctor ordered. Sound of waves and the birds chirping made every morning coffee that much more enjoyable. Easy access to the beach and a local cafe with fabulous espresso and pastries. Only drawback was the timing of our visit meant many places were still closed and resulted in limited choices for restaurants. But the few that were open were great. Spotless house, beautiful location and friendly host made this a great place and I highly recommend.

A perfect home away from home. Marzio is an excellent host. His place ticks every boxes. Peaceful, rustic with charm, super clean, well decorated, over the top equipped, extremely comfortable. The cherry on top of the cake is the fabulous housekeeper Maria, always present, yet very discreet, a real addition that makes you enjoy your holiday to the fullest. We have been travelling quite a bit and never been in a better B&B, especially for the quality of the service we received. It’s so true, that when you travel in southern Italy, every family welcomes you like you are part of theirs. You won’t regret staying here. Thank you Marzio, Antonietta and Maria, we’ll come back for sure.
