The apartment is pure Parisian charm, flooded with natural light from a wall of glass doors leading to a penthouse balcony with breathtaking views of Notre Dame and the city. The design is impeccable, blending modern elegance with Haussmannian character. With a spacious layout, a huge kitchen, and a cozy living area, it felt like a luxurious retreat. Located in the iconic Marais, you're steps away from boutique shops, art galleries, and cafés—everything you need to immerse yourself in Parisian life. The neighborhood’s cobblestone streets and historic charm make it the perfect base for exploring. Camille’s hospitality, stunning apartment in an unbeatable location, was beyond perfect!

Benjamin was heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en toegankelijk. Je loopt binnen een paar minuten naar de metro, maar het is een half uur lopen naar Père Lachaise en een uur naar het centrum. Er is van alles in het appartement aanwezig om te koken, ook kruiden, zout, olijfolie et cetera. Er zijn winkels in de buurt, ook cafés en restaurants maar daar hebben we niet gegeten. Een aanrader dit comfortabele appartement!

We absolutely loved staying at Valerie's place. The space itself is lovely and there was plenty of room for myself, my wife, and our young son. Valerie was thoughtful enough to provide a wonderful travel crib, a great high chair, and lots of toys and books to entertain our son. She went above and beyond and accommodated us for a slightly later checkout as well. I can't recommend this place enough, and when we are back in Paris we will look to stay here again!

I visited over the Easter weekend with my mum. We loved how spacious the apartment was and the location was extremely close to the Metro. Leah's place is very dog friendly, I wish I had brought my dog! I would love to return.

An amazing apartment! We loved our stay here. Apartment looked exactly like the pictures and had so many Disney themed things. Spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Location was great… a 2 minute walk to the local supermarket, amazing bakery on the corner and less than 10 mins to the train station, restaurants and bars and shopping centre with many many shops. Perfect location for Disney. Either 24 mins walk or a 5 min taxi which were always around with UBER. Would certainly recommend and return should we go back to Disney. Thanks to Vanessa for great experience and being a great host.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Tanedice. Il est propre, confortable, bien équipé… L’endroit est calme et à 10 minutes à pied du métro et de RER . Le parking en sous-sol est un vrai plus. Le petit Intermarché en dessous de l’immeuble est vraiment très pratique. Bref, un logement que je recommande.

Perfect little apartment for anyone traveling to Disney, only 2 stops on the train. The sofa bed could have been better and the bedding didn't seem the freshest, but overall a very good little apartment

Worth every penny. The view is just incredible, the photos don't even do it justice - we loved being able to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night. Everything was spotless and there were lots of amenities, the kitchen was well stocked - Marco had thought of everything. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, we were so sad to be leaving!

The place is very clean, beautiful, and located in a quiet, peaceful area. The host was kind and helpful, and everything matched the description perfectly. Highly recommended, especially for families!

David and Linda were great hosts who communicated proactively and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The little house is tucked away in a quiet spot and felt very cozy. The place is very accessible and a quick train ride from the center of Paris, which made getting around very easy. Pharmacy, Bakery, Minimarket were all within a quick walk. There was a park only 5 minutes walk away which was great for our kids. It was great having this much space which is rare so close to Paris. We had a very comfortable stay there and would choose this listing again given the chance!

La Maison était facile a trouver, elle ce situe dans une belle résidence calme et sécuriser. Les indications (photos + description) qu’on reçoit le jour de son arrivée, fourni par le hôte sont très serviables. Deux parkings privés et sécuriser qui se situe en face de la Maison. La Maison est très jolie, moderne et avait tout a Disposition. Cuisine équipe de tout comme a la Maison (sel, poivre, huile…. Niveau propreté nickel. Cafetière avec des capsules et des gâteaux de bienvenue sont a disposition. 2 petits jardin super paisible pour profiter du soleil. Mon chien se sentait comme a la maison. Il a y un franc prix (magasins) quasiment dans la résidence, très serviable pour des petits courses manquantes. Le centre commercial Val d’Europe et d’autres commerciaux accessibles facilement 10-15min en voiture. J’ai beaucoup aimé l’environnement et je n’hésiterais pas une seule seconde à revenir. Un grand merci a Luc (l’hôte) qui est super gentil est a l’écoute.

I and my family had a memorable stay. From the beginning of the reservation made. We had a contact from Tarik about our arrival. He provided flexibility check in time, the day of we arrived. He waited us at the street to extend the warm welcome. The impressive things are about the welcome fruit, bread, milk and juice for next day morning due to we arrived on Sunday late. The house is exactly the same as picture display. Sufficient and spacious bedrooms, as well as the impeccable game room for child. Basically the house has everything you need. Forgot to mention the location where is very closed to metro in both stations with 5-7mins walk. Surrounding area is quite and safe. On th departure day, we scheduled a time to meet and run smoothly. Overall the price we paid that it is worth and recommend for any family too.

We loved our stay. It felt like a home from home and we particularly enjoyed the character within the property. It had everything we needed, was quiet, spacious, comfortable and was perfect for relaxation after busy days. Good road and rail connections meant Disney, Asterix and Paris were all within easy reach. We would definitely stay again. Mandy was a responsive, considerate and helpful host.

Grâce à Milka et ses enfants adorables comme elle bien sûr, nous avons pû passer un agréable séjour dans un endroit chaleureux où il fait bon vivre : un havre de paix tout simplement. Great stay chez Amane. Very well equipped and comfortable for our family of 4. Even some games and a garden with swing for the kids. Amane was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 recommended.

Viaggio in famiglia, con 2 bimbi, spazio accogliente per gli standard di Parigi in contesto con parco giochi condominiale. Vicino a più fermate di metro, quindi molto ben collegato. Host estremamente gentile e affidabile. Consigliatissimo

Eva's flat was very charming in a location really easy to get to. We often just walked rather than taking the metro but when we wanted to take the metro it was super accessible. The neighborhood is quite urban and lively. We jogged along the Canal Saint-Martin, enjoyed meandering around the city and also relaxing in her cozy flat. The bed is very comfortable, we slept really well. Her flat is lived in which brings an added charm, with good light on the 5th floor. She always answered my messages really quickly and had great restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated her flexibility with check-in. We arrived on the last train and picked up a key at a hotel around the corner from her flat. Eva is friendly and easy going and we would absolutely stay again.

Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

Die Wohnung war ordentlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir konnten von dort aus mit der Metro in die Innenstadt fahren. Es gab kostenlose Parkplätze.

Wonderful! The apartment is as described and very comfortable (single mum, 2 kids 10&6). The apartment has everything you need. I ordered groceries via Uber eats as it was easier than dragging the kids out to the shops and that was very easy. Getting to Disney was 12 euros in a taxi, again you can do the bus but I wanted to save our legs for Disney! We went into Paris, again this was easy we took an uber to the Disney station (12 euro) and then the RER train. The instructions were really clear for check in and out and Lara was only a what’s app message away if I needed to ask anything. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t definitely come again.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

A great base for our trip to DLP. Being away from the park and having the option to cook or eat out a great advantage. A fresh and new feel to this area on the outskirts of Paris. Easy to find by car. The flat itself is secure and clean. Beds were comfy and it was really quiet.

Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Etagen verteilt, liegt ruhig in einer gepflegten abgeschotteten Wohnanlage. Schöne Terrasse mit Garten, schattenspendende Bäume. Alles vorhanden, was notwendig ist, um selbst kochen zu können. Mit der Metro einfach und schnell im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Laufweite. Super Service von Yasmina mit Team: umgehende Antwort und sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützend. Preis-Leistung sehr in Ordnung. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!
