Excellent séjour. L’appartement est bien situé, très facile d’accès avec des instructions claires, comporte absolument tout ce dont on a besoin et est très plaisant. Hôte très réactif et à l’écoute de quelconque demandes. Quartier très silencieux et agréable à vivre. C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons !

This was a great gem to find for our stay. Many things to do in the area and this place was a nice place to rest. It was cozy and had everything we needed for our trip. The lady that let us in was very sweet and easy to work with. Close to metro and grocery stores. Will definitely book again. Merci!

Lovely spot - great view of the Eiffel Tower, spacious living room, and nice neighborhood near Champs Élysées and restaurants towards the north

Great location, very centrally located. Excellent boulangerie right next door. Less than 5 min walk to Hotel Deville and Carnvalet Metro stations. 5 min walk to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, and Conciergerie. The only draw back was not having a window. But since we were there to get out and sight see it wasn't a problem.

Good reception on arrival. It’s a nice studio, with all you need for a comfy stay, very neat & clean, was so easy to locate too, loved it. Bus stop is close down the street and train station is 2 stops away, easy connect to Paris central. I had a great stay.

I absolutely loved this place. The apartment is beautiful, clean with a modern design and in a very good area full of stores, good restaurants but quiet in the same time. The host was extremely helpful and receptive. I really hope i can stay here again.

Ziad and his family’s home was perfect for our visit with extended family and friends. The gated yard provided a sense of security, and the outdoor space was beautifully maintained. Ziad’s hospitality was incredibly welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for both short and long stays. The home is conveniently located within walking distance of the La Défense Arena, as well as nearby markets, bakeries, and a variety of eateries. It’s also very easy to arrange Uber pickups and drop-offs, making it simple to spend the day exploring Paris. I can’t say enough great things about Ziad’s place—you just have to book it!

We had a wonderful stay at Emilie’s place, everything was as described/ pictured in the listing. Emilie and Nicolas were very helpful providing recommendations for places to eat and shop in the surrounding area and how best to get around Paris. We had everything we needed in the house with some welcome extras too. The area felt safe and the gated entrance provided that extra sense of security needed when staying in an unfamiliar area. We would definitely rebook with Emilie if we were to visit Paris again. Thank you Emilie and Nicolas for a wonderful stay!

Tarik est un super hôte. Il s'est montré réactif et agréable. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions. Le logement était spacieux, fonctionnel, top pour une famille qui se retrouve mais où chacun souhaite disposer de son espace. Les produits de petit dej offerts étaient une belle surprise et une attention très appréciée. Pouvoir se garer sur place était un plus. Le métro ligne 7 est accessible à moins de 10min de marche et nous a permis d'aller visiter Paris tranquillement. La literie est top, le logement est extrêmement calme. Les jeux à disposition, le baby foot et le billard ont permis de s'occuper en famille le soir. Nous reviendrons!! ☺️

Un top endroit admirablement aménagé. Le confort est exceptionnel. Je recommande sans hésiter. Nous avions un séjour en famille avec un membre de notre famille ayant des difficultés à se déplacer, et le fait d'avoir un ascenceur dans la villa a rajouté un confort pour chacun.

Our stay was superb! Very close to all the attractions, metro, restaurants! Beds are comfortable , fully equipped kitchen. We felt like home away from home! Definitely recommend!!!

Great location. It is a converted, old great hotel in the middle of walks to all the sites and shopping.

The view is unmatched truly. See it for yourself! My only issue is the lighting in the hallway didn’t turn on which made for some spooky walks up to the door but once inside everything was lovely.

Je suis davantage habitué aux hôtels qu’à Airbnb mais ce logement vient de m’offrir une parenthèse enchantée au-dessus de Paris ! J’ai offert à ma femme ce dont elle a toujours rêvée : s’endormir face à la Tour Eiffel. C’est l’expérience Airbnb Ultime ! C’est le logement parfait pour un séjour à Paris ! Suspendu dans les nuages la vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur tout Paris. Tout est encore plus beau que sur les photos !!! L’autre trésor de ce logement: Sa magnifique terrasse. Nous gardons des souvenirs unique grâce à cet endroit: le café du matin ou le verre de vin au coucher du soleil, avec Paris qui s’illumine sous vos yeux. Ici, vous aurez l’impression de flotter au-dessus de la ville, comme dans un cocon dans les nuages. À l’intérieur, l’appartement est tout aussi exceptionnel. D’une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec pureté et d’un confort absolu, il offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé.

Excellent séjour chez zineb! Une super hôte qui porte bien son nom! Disponible, réactive et particulièrement bienveillante! Accueil personnalisé et boissons rafraîchissantes mises à disposition, de délicates attentions non négligeables pour prendre possession des lieux. Zineb est aux petits soins pour ses invités ! Le Studio est tres bien équipé et agréablement aménagé , cosy dans un quartier très sécurisé et paisible . L'environnement est très bien desservi (arrêt de bus, tram...). Un studio qui répondait à tous mes critères et même au-delà avec une place de parking mise a disposition, un véritable plus. Je m'y suis sentie tellement bien que j'ai prolongé mon séjour chez zineb. N'hésitez pas , vous ne regretterez pas ! A très très vite Zineb
