Great place and great host Madhavi is very responsive and the care taker is also great and helpful Just keep in mind the hotels near by and at the resort is not very good so have something planned for food. The kitchen is great so cooking something basic won’t be an issue.

The host and caretaker both were cooperative and was available when needed. The place is good for couples nit and clean.

Everything about the place was exceptional. It was super clean, had good food, the host was friendly and accommodated to our requests. It was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. And would stay here again in the future.

Although the place is difficult to find at first but the property is perfect for group of family and friends and matches the description. The host is very responsive and his staff is very proactive. We were served meals all at the right time and the taste was lip smacking. Enjoyed everything which was offered from a wide variety of menu. The pool was clean and could easily accommodate 10-12 people at once. The rooms were clean and space never felt like a concern. We may definitely visit the place again since it was a complete stress buster for all of us. Great weekend!

House is beautiful and nature around it is astounding. Veranda has huge swing, sitting on it was relaxing. The highlight was the swimming pool. It is not huge but very clean. Nature is awesome. Three bedrooms are super clean and huge. Living room has high ceiling. Few things to note. Kitchen has only one burner so, not ideal for full-fledge cooking. Bathrooms need some cleaning. Host lives in the same bungalow but they have separate entrance so it is up to the guests to communicate with them. We had good time with Raj. Overall we liked the place and hosts were helpful.

I had the privilege of staying at this enchanting villa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The lush green haven felt like home from the moment I arrived. The villa's atmosphere is infused with positivity, making it perfect for those seeking solace from everyday chaos. The caretaker was warm and welcoming, ensuring every guest felt pampered. Our furry family member was also welcome, and he thoroughly enjoyed the expansive lawns and gardens and had a blast. We're grateful to the owner for their exceptional hospitality and dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect.From guiding us to the location to ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. And he was a very warm person to talk to. We are definitely returning soon. One minor suggestion: installing Wi-Fi would be wonderful, as mobile internet can be spotty.

Amit, from the beginning was a very warm and humble host I have ever met. I have been to other villas in the area before and this has by far been the best villa experience I've ever had all thanks to him. The clear instructions, the immediate assistance we needed from time to time and the help he offered in general was the most pleasing gesture I have ever felt during any stay. The little things like clean kitchen utensils, the water bottles, ambience alongside the pool, the speaker for music and the amazing wifi contributed beautifully to the stay. We will definitely visit the place again, highly recommended!

Hiten's house is Love looked exactly like photos and quite spacious with all the amenities. He was proactive to make my stay hassel free.

I had been looking forward to visiting this place for some time, and I was delighted to finally experience it on a special occasion. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The space is beautifully curated with a lovely blend of vintage and modern themes, making it just perfect. Thank you for such a wonderful experience; I would definitely recommend it and would love to book again in the future.

It was a very nice and homely stay. The building looks old from outside and it has some 16 stairs. But as the saying goes, don’t judge the book by its cover, we were rewarded with similarly. Inside the rooms, kitchen, washrooms are very well stocked and maintained. It’s like home away from home. Unaiza and Shikher welcomed and gave us a good tour of the house that made it very confortable for us to acclimatise with all the amenities. And as with every normal house, there can be issues and we had it too but Unaiza took prompt and quick action to help remedy those. It’s well connected to rest of the city and transport, delivery is quickly available. In all, it was good cozy and comfortable stay for us. Will surely try to avail it whenever we are in Mumbai again. Thanks to Unaiza and Shikher!

Had an absolutely delightful stay at Valley-view. The villa is very spacious and well-appointed, and being a corner villa, it has a lovely view of the greenery outside. Since it’s December, I was half expecting the place to be not so lush, but it’s not hard to imagine how beautiful it will be during the rains. Still, we heard the calls of woodshrikes, pale-billed flowerpeckers, tailorbirds, Taiga Flycatchers, coucals and sunbirds. The hosts, Megha and Angad, had made every arrangement for a very comfortable stay, and were always very prompt in responding to our messages. The caretaker, Shankar, was extremely helpful, and Suman aunty made us very good food. Valley-view proved to be the ideal setting for a relaxing break and a productive brainstorming session with friends. I'm already looking forward to returning with my family next monsoon. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, I highly recommend Valley-view for a wonderful experience.

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

The place was beautiful me an my friends enjoyed it alot we felt like our home an the main thing is the place is build in between of forest where you can find peace privacy an you can spend your quality time with your loved ones like Me an my friends did!!!!! We visited the place in December 2024 on a weekend. The place is well maintained. has lots of trees and a beautiful garden around it. The care taker makes really amazing food . Do try out his barbecue chicken. Overall loved it and find it good for a family outing.

I had stayed along with my family here. The property is way too perfect. 1. The host was not just responsive, he was also proactive to provide us comfortable stay. 2. clean and spacious. 3. Had all the amenities. We were never felt troubled. Highly recommended.

The stay really felt like a home and enjoyed every bit of it. House was well maintained and all the required stuffs was in place. All the rooms and bathroom were neat and clean. The owner was cordial and helpful each time for all our request. A big thumbs up to the caretaker also. I would suggest one should surely opt for a staycation at this place with the family.

This is little hidden gem of a stay. Kamran (host) was keen to be helpful and proved trustworthy. The accommodation is adequate for a solo traveller. There is a gym close by and is in a fairly peaceful, leafy area. All basic necessities are close by, stores, market etc. The accommodation is merely a 10 minute walk to the Madh - Versova ferry jetty point.

Well maintained property and well appointed rooms, better than shown in the pictures. We loved the food and hospitality offered to us by Pratik and Ashwini. Both of them had finness in preparing main course delicacies. We found them to be a very polite and decent family. Loved to extend our stay by one more day for the experience provided. Clean and affordable. Highly recommended. This place offers the best value for your money. Birds chirping early in the morning make the surroundings quite a bliss. Hustle and bustle around make the neighbourhood a bit noisy during the day. Overall the place is perfect!
