Dian (the local host) was wonderful! I felt right at home and comfortable in the space. It’s very close to town and I didn’t hear any noise whatsoever during my stay. I loved the location (it’s not on a hill). A great place for travellers and those looking for a more genuine local stay. Loved it.

Spent a wonderful 10 days and the magnificent Sundowner villa on Virgin Gorda. Everything was perfect. Huge comfortable bed. Bathroom had dual closets, full size washer and dryer, dual vanities and outdoor shower. We also loved the full gourmet kitchen. The plunge pool was perfect to cool down after an afternoon on the beach. But the highlight is the deck. Great view of the waves crashing just below the villa. Spent many hours there reading good books or just staring aimlessly at the sailboats going by. Landscaping was unexpected and is wonderful. So many different flowering plants and bushes. Loved all of the colors. Well designed and maintained. Only a few steps down to the beach with comfortable chairs along with a perfect hammock where I took a couple of afternoon naps. Sonny took great care of us while we were there. Always quick to answer any questions. We had one minor mechanical issue during our stay and he took care of it immediately. We had an amazing time at Sundowner.

Thank you to Elton and his team for an incredible vacation in Tortola! The views were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the stunning ocean scenery every morning was a dream. The house had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable and stylish furnishings. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and we truly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. Elton and his team (Tori/Sean) were so friendly, kind, and helpful, making our experience even more special. They provided great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tortola! 🌴☀️🏝️

Our family of 3 had the most amazing stay. The cottage was so comfortable, very clean and extremely well maintained. We appreciated having a kitchen for coffee & breakfast. The AC at night worked great. Located on a beautiful beach the property was private and secluded. We loved our daily visit from the baby goat Seven and the lovely groundskeeper Loli was there everyday keeping the place. Kenny was great to work with, always super responsive and helpful. It was really hard to leave but looking forward to coming back! Thank you Kenny & Loli for a beautiful vacation. We were so impressed with how you kept the cottages and property.

We had a very nice stay here. The Caldwell family are very nice people and helped us a lot with local details, particularly the ferry schedules. The beach is very nice and the family operates a drink stand and beach chairs, which are complimentary to their guests. As it costs $10USD per chair per day this was a valuable benefit. The roadway up to the house is quite steep and slippery in the wet, so care must taken. However, it was helpful in burning off calories! Also, there are roosters everywhere in and around Cane Garden, so if you wake easily you will need earplugs. Bobby's grocery store is close by for water and other items, and if you wish to do some cooking in the well supplied kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent, there was plenty of hot water and the beds very comfortable.

Limeberry is a beautiful house in a great location. Walking distance to a gorgeous , mellow beach. Perfect for swimming and not overrun with cruise ship traffic. The hosts were extremely responsive (responded immediately!) and even offered to escort us to the house if we had any problems finding it on Christmas Day! (We had no trouble finding it.) Only a couple of issues - the driveway is a bit tricky getting out of. Must back up a long way down a tight road. But we took it slow and had no problems. Also, the house is very vertical with a lot of random steps. My elderly mother was with me, and though I loved the house, I wouldn’t recommend it to an older person. The downstairs bedroom was her best option but she had to descend four steep steps with NO railing. Otherwise, for a younger crowd the house is perfect!

The boat is lovely and spacious for what it is. The a/c works great. The marina is quiet. The real treat is Pearline though. You’ll never meet a kinder or more generous host. Make sure to book a day boat trip with her. It’s the best!

We had an incredible stay at the Vista do Mar Penthouse! The place is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of Long Bay Beach right from the patio. The location is perfect—quiet, peaceful, and you can hear the soothing sound of the waves from the comfort of the bed. Even with other guests staying downstairs, we never heard a thing, making for a truly relaxing experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even better! It was also nice to have the option to access the Beach Resort amenities (for an additional fee), which were well worth it—the bar, pool, and jacuzzi added an extra level of luxury to our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this Airbnb again! Tip- ✅ Use the host’s online guidebook—it’s packed with information on things to do on and off the island. If you’re navigating, use the pinned locations from the guide instead of typing addresses into Google Maps or Waze (trust us, it’ll save you from getting lost!).

Perfect, quiet, bright, clean and inviting house! The view is breathtaking with the crashing waves and beautiful view of Apple Bay and Yost Van Dyke island across the water. Easy beach access just a couple of houses down and restaurants and bars very close! We walked over to Long Bay and to Smugglers Bay which with the awesome hills was such a beautiful hike! We made friends with a local taxi lady Merlise and cld call her anytime for a taxi to go to West End and Road town etc. A few houses down across from Sebastians is a store and they can call taxi for u as well if u decide not to rent a car. We made wonderful memories here and will definitely be back!! Unforgettable!!! 💖
