Highly luxurious apartment for an affordable price, the hosts were super responsive and helpful. Very peaceful area with tons of parking.

We had a great stay. The apartment was extremely nice, and had everything we needed for our family of five. It was a perfect jumping off place for DC adventures, with easy metro access. Easy parking too. Highly recommend!

Neil was very easy to work with considering the bad luck I had getting in. The room was very very nice for the price and the on site bar with vintage pinball machines was pretty cool. Walking distance to downtown spots. Definitely recommend this spot to any mountain travelers! 5 out of 5!

Genuinely great host, very generous with all the extras thrown in, even if I didn’t take advantage of many. Great price. Very comfortable, and just perfect for the week I spent waiting for my apartment to be ready. Can’t recommend it enough.

Philip and Katie’s studio is lovely! It was so great to come back to after a long day. They are incredibly responsive, kind hosts. This is noted in the description, but be aware that you will hear the sounds of family life fairly early in the morning, so if you are a late sleeper you may want to consider that. (I was up early for work, so it was no issue). Great location on a quiet street, but still walkable (or a VERY short drive) to Main Street and lots of restaurants. Definitely a great stay, and I will book it again the next time I’m in Blacksburg!

I recently had an incredible stay at this Airbnb and couldn't be happier with my experience. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Located in a safe and welcoming neighborhood, it offered peace of mind and a true sense of home. One of the best features was its proximity to the blue and yellow METRO lines, which make trips into Washington, DC, quick and effortless. Whether you're heading to museums, monuments, or business meetings, the convenience is unbeatable. The host was exceptional, and there was excellent communication throughout my stay. They were attentive and responsive, ensuring every aspect of my visit was seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to families and anyone looking for a superb place to stay near DC. I would absolutely stay here again!

Neil's place was absolutely great! The location was super convenient for us, the price was great and the place itself was super comfortable, clean and very spacious. We enjoyed our stay and even tried the Brewery they had on the location. Ample parking and Neil was super communicative and helpful. We will be coming back!

Bridgette was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed a last minute booking! The spot was very quiet and peaceful and a plenty places to take our pup for a walk.

We loved being right in the heart of Colonial Beach! Less than a 10 min walk to several restaurants, breweries, entertainment and the beach! We would totally stay here again. It felt like grandma’s fun beach house; cool vintage touches throughout, cozy and welcoming.

We had the best weekend exploring Charlottesville and the surrounding wineries and breweries, with Kayleigh's beautiful home as our home base! It is conveniently located to Veritas, King Family, Blue Mountain Brewery, Pippin Hill, and downtown Charlottesville, while offering a chance to get away from it all. The house had great areas for our group to gather, both inside and out. We enjoyed sitting by the fire and stargazing from the hot tub! Kayleigh's home was well equipped for all of our needs, and provided the perfect luxuries for a weekend away. Would absolutely stay there again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

We had a great stay! Laura’s Airbnb Felt like grandmas house as soon as we walked In! It was a cozy and delightful stay. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful time exploring nearby city’s and enjoying the wilderness!

We had such a Brett time staying at Ali’s place! Her communication couldn’t have been clearer. The house was roomy and comfortable, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive—especially when a medical emergency threatened to derail our adventure. Definitely went above and beyond for us, which was much appreciated! Highly recommend. :)
