We had a wonderful stay celebrating family birthdays! The house was spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We especially enjoyed the porches overlooking the spectacular views!

Anthony’s home was perfect for our Galentines Weekend! Walking into the place was even more of a surprise compared to the pictures. The location is great and conveniently located. The only recommendation I have is to figure out a way to turn down the hot water as it was VERY hot. I wouldn’t want anyone to be scalded. I would love to return to this property in the future. Wonderful home for a weekend with friends! Private but close enough to local wineries and downtown area. The hosts were extremely responsive and the home was very clean.

Thos home was so perfect for myself and six of my family members. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and really well put together. The beds were so comfortable and the host was super responsive. I don't have anything negative to say about our experience at all. The area is super close to a large shopping area so it was easy to get to food and anything else we needed.

As others have said…the pictures do not capture the beauty of the greenhouse and the surrounding area. What John has done to the stone greenhouse is lovely and he has everything needed for a wonderful stay. Our dog loved chasing the squirrels ! The sunsets are remarkable as are the views from the ridge. Gordonsville is a wonderful town to wander with plenty of great restaurants near by. Highly recommend! Thank you John.

This place offers a spacious living room with lots of sunshine. The ambience is aesthetically pleasing. Direct access to Patio and the lawn was a nice to have. The kitchenette serves everything you’d need in a mini getaway vacation. We had a wonderful time throughout our stay. We kept ourselves engaged not just with the smart TV, foosball table, games, and scenic walk around the house, but also ran into the hosts once or twice and they are really friendly, kind and welcoming people. Thank you for all the help. Would love to come back again for more!

Our stay was amazing! The pool was excellent! The rooms were spacious and clean.

We were a group of three couples who wanted our own bedroom and private bathroom to retreat to after enjoying busy days and evenings around Colonial Williamsburg. We really enjoyed the location of Kingsmill and all of the spacious condo amenities!

This place was as advertised. We were in town for the Shamrock Marathon. The location is perfect. Right off the interstate and easy access to food and shops. Easy access to the interstate made it a quick commute to the boardwalk. The host was very responsive and even let us know the house was clean early and we could check in early if we needed. We didn't get to go down by the water much, but the view was really nice.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Roshana's place! From the moment we arrived, Roshana made us feel incredibly welcome. The accommodation was exactly as described, if not better. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Roshana went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Communication with Roshana was seamless. She was always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had. I truly appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying at Roshana's place if you're visiting Norfolk. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Well appointed and very clean. Nice layout and great views. Would like to have had access to a boat lift for our boat. Overall one of the best homes we have rented and you were very responsive. Hope to make a return trip in the spring.

Beautiful location on the water with a lovely dock and the ability to do SUP and walk to a small bit of local beach. Quiet neighborhood though neighbors driveway light is too bright. Enclosed porch area with good AC is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Kitchen has all you need. Bedrooms are fine but would be a bit better with nicer pillows and mattress toppers. This is a remote spot in that there are no restaurants or coffee shops to walk to. Everything is a drive. The community pool and tennis courts have to be driven to - not walkable. While nice to have them, they are a bit run down. Regardless we still used and enjoyed them. Overall I certainly recommend it and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive.

Hands down one of my best stays to date. I travel 300+ days out of the year for work and to have a place that feels like home to myself and my employees is important. The reef went above and beyond that expectation.

right in the middle of local shops, water park, and beach! this place was very clean and host was responsive and accommodating. can't beat the free water park tickets for the entire duration of our stay. water park was perfect for people with children 🙂

We ended up staying at the Reef because our original plans had us staying at a place that was just awful. I’m so glad this space was available; we felt totally at home. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to any destination we had. I messaged the host asking if we could check in earlier in the day and she responded right away; we were able to do so and that was so accommodating to our timeframe. We are so pleased that we stayed at the Reef. The amenities were great: grills and picnic tables outside were a nice touch and the indoor pool was open as well.

My mother and I absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. The property manager was so kind and accommodating, offering recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The Reef has so many amenities and it is in a very walkable location — close to restaurants, coffee, bars, and shops. This was the best stay I’ve had yet. It was also extremely clean, comfortable, and bigger than I expected! Thank you to everyone at The Reef that made our stay so wonderful.
