Çok memnun kaldık. Gordana ve Igor bizi oldukça iyi karşıladılar. Dairenin konumu her yere çok yakın ve inanılmaz sessiz sakin bir konumda yer alıyor. Her şey için çok teşekkürler, bir daha gelecek olsam yine Gordana’nın evini seçerim.

Jelena was very quick to respond and helped with various questions, not only those related to accommodation. For example, she recommended excursions and the best places in the area, and also gave me advice on tourist registration. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jelena's apartment! Thank you!

Simple and clean accommodation with great views. Beds were comfortable & shower hot. As others have said there are a lot of stairs if you walk to the old town but this was no problem for us & neighbours we met along the way were friendly. Hosts are great communicators, even sending a video with instructions on where to park, how to check in & path to the old town. We would stay again.

Biljana is a great host, very helpful and caring. Her apartment is spacious and comfortable, has washing machine, air conditioning etc. It was a pleasure to stay here ;)

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

O apartamento é bem localizado, espaçoso e confortável, exatamente como nas fotos. Gostamos muito de tomar café da manhã na varanda com vista para a baia de Kotor. Mladen foi muito solicito em tudo, inclusive nos chamou um táxi quando precisamos. O apartamento não fica no centro de Kotor, mas em Dobrota, perto de uma praia tranquila, com restaurantes, mercadinho e padaria próximos.

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Ado bey ile görüşemedik fakat sanırım oğlu bize yardımcı oldu , kendisi çok kibar ve yardımseverdi bu kadar iyi bir ev sahibi olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Ev çok güzel konum olarak ve evin içerisi de harikaydı, biz çok memnun kaldık herkese tavsiye ederiz…

We absolutely loved the place! It was very rural, relaxing and remote. There were barely a handful of people in the village, although apparently there are 2 bars and it is very busy in the summer. The house is charming . I slept in the master bedroom. The bed was so comfy ! Had coffee in the morning on the balcony. Stunning. There is a water filter and tap for drinking water. We rented a kind of motor boat from the landlord , which was an exciting experience . Our landlords were super helpful. We showered them with questions and they were always helpful and responsive. Great English too! Important to know: we arrived on a Sunday and there are no shops open in Montenegro on Sundays so come with supplies.

We loved our stay at the beautiful stone house on the Bay of Kotor! The location was perfect, easy to explore neighboring towns of Kotor and Perast, lots of great restaurants within a short drive (and a few within walking distance). We loved the quiet street and the location right on the water was absolutely perfect to enjoy the outdoors (a huge plus to have a paddle board for our use as well!). House was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were so lovely, allowing us to check in early and were very responsive to any questions we had. They also provided wine and fruit and some great local recommendations. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

El edificio es nuevo y la habitación estaba muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Kotor. El entorno es hermoso y muy tranquilo, y tiene unas vistas espectaculares a la bahía de Kotor. La comunicación con Jaroslav fue fluida y cordial. Muchas gracias!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Nenad! Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (wir hätten uns eine Auflaufform gewünscht). Nenad war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, v.a. als wir Probleme hatten die Unterkunft zu finden (nach Ljuta fahren, nicht der automatischen Wegbeschreibung folgen). Ansonsten ist die Lage super: ein bisschen entfernt vom recht vollen Kotor kann man mit einem Wein oder Bier den Blick auf die Bucht genießen. Und in nur 2 min Fußweg gibt es einen kleinen betonierten Zugang zum Meer. Klare Empfehlung! Danke für das Begrüßungs-Bier im Kühlschrank :-)

Всё очень понравилось!! Jelena — потрясающая хозяйка, всегда была на связи, принесла нам красивые бокалы для вина, встречала и провожала! В доме есть всё, что нужно для отдыха на море, а для моей больной спины хозяйка принесла 2 мягких матраса, что сделало отдых ещё лучше. Моя однозначная рекомендация! 100 из 10! Вернёмся сюда ещё!

A very quiet and cosy apartment with a beautiful view. Close to grocery store, bakery and seaside. Great swimming opportunities. Local life and friendly people around. Ivona was great to help with sightseeing and taxi. We really enjoyed our stay😊Thank you!
