We had such a great stay! - Home was clean, very well set up and close to town but still quiet and private. The pool and back yard are perfection and the beds are super cozy! - This place is a winner and I can't wait to go back!

The home is absolutely gorgeous, well thought and decorated so beautifully. Well stocked with all necessities and more. Clean patio, pool and jacuzzi, and on top of it all is salt water system! Beautiful view of the mountains from the backyard. A quiet and safe neighborhood. Would have loved to spend a week here! The host is super communicative!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here! We were displaced due to the Eaton Fire, and from the moment we arrived, our hosts made us feel truly cared for. Check-in was an incredible experience—we were graciously given complimentary early arrival, and they took the time to personally walk us through the beautiful home, ensuring we had everything we needed. This amazing hospitality continued through our whole stay. The property itself is a dream. Immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The layout was perfect for us, especially since we both had to work—the bedrooms being on opposite ends of the house gave us the privacy we needed. Speaking of privacy, the entire space felt like a peaceful retreat, tucked away yet so thoughtfully designed for relaxation. We’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay. Thank you for your hospitality—it meant the world to us during a difficult time!

We enjoyed the space inside and out was perfect to have room to spread out. The space outside was as pictured with lots to do. More games than pictured were available. The outside grill and kitchen is perfect! So clean and in great condition. The pool and spa were perfectly overlooking the mountains and also perfect for stargazing. We had awful winds during part of our trip and the inside space was just as entertaining. Great space in the kitchen and tons of games to play. We will def book this space again.

We had a serene experience. The home was warm and welcoming. We had plenty of privacy, and no disturbance. The home had all the amenities, including for our pups. The pups had a lot of room to roam. We enjoyed the jacuzzi especially the views were incredible! Our host Randi was very informative, and answered quickly. The neighbors were kind. We had a great experience overall! We will be returning again and recommend this home to any of our friends and family for a time away from reality!

Great duplex within walking distance to many LGBTQ hot spots. Large hot tub, full kitchen and BBQ. Owners are so kind by saying “Lumber yard type notices” but it was minimal at best. You can hear to boyz hooping and hollering at Tool Shed some nights but expand your horizons and join them. Great stay. Great property.

We had a great vacation! The home was beautiful, clean and fully stocked. We had lots of fun out by the pool and our host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi just loved this spot! Great location great views! Comfy beds and sheets! Relaxed vibe. Quintessential Palm Spring pad. Only complaint was the wind storm which blew all furniture into the pool. 😊

The surrounding community was absolutely beautiful, with lovely pools and relaxing spas that we thoroughly enjoyed. Alisa’s was a great place to book for a large group celebrating a birthday. There were plenty of bedrooms and common spaces to enjoy. We were close to downtown to spend time in Palm Springs. Alisa was quick to respond and answer any questions we had during our stay.

Great accomodations for all ages! Pool, spa, pool table, video games, and the cute ride on car was a plus! It was a great surprise to see a high chair and crib provided. Nick and Steve were quick to respond and easy to work with. Thank you for opening your home to us.

the cabin is very comfortable, we loved the jacuzzi after a day of hiking. comfy beds and has everything you need. a minor thing is the upstairs bathroom the shower head pressure is not the greatest but everything else was.

Charming and unique 3-level cabin built on a steep hillside that feels very private and secluded. Very roomy for our party of 6. The king size beds were very comfortable, cabin was well furnished. Loved that theatre room! Living room is very inviting gathering place with nice wood fireplace. Lot’s of outdoor deck space to hang out, too. Easier to find home from lower cul-de-sac entrance. Use upper driveway entrance from highway to avoid stairs but may be intimidating with steep and curvy turns. Shelley is an excellent and communicative host. Great location only a 5 min drive from town.

Great location, very clean, everything looked very stylish and well maintained. There are couple of cabins at the property who are managed by the same owner and the shared space is also awesome. Great if you want to stay with friends in cabins at the property, could be a fun get together! Very peaceful place with matching aesthetics that promote relaxation!

Had a great time here in this special mountain retreat. We arrived after a significant winter storm to find a freshly plowed parking space as we observed guests at other properties being welcomed with a shovel. Idyllcove is very thoughtfully appointed, the fenced back yard is private and our pups loved to explore it. The immaculate hot tub is such a treat under the stars.

Five stars nothing less! This place was amazing and just as described. Definitely coming back.

Great for a weekend getaway. Private and quiet, tastefully decorated, great kitchen and bed linens, and within easy walking distance to stores and restaurants without feeling like you were staying downtown. We had a great time!

This is our 6th stay at one of David's places (4 stays at Racoon Ridge and 2 at Racoon Rock). We continue to return because both places are beautiful, well priced, and David is a great host.
