Das Appartement ist nur 5 Minuten von dem Motodrom Vallelunga entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr neu ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man benötigt - tolle Küche, Klimaanlage und vieles mehr - Parkplatz gratis am Gelände. Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check in und Check out super easy. Wir waren bereits zum 2ten Mal in ihrem Appartement und können es nur jedem empfehlen der auf der Rennbahn in Vallelunga eine Veranstaltung hat. Gerne wieder!

Therese was there to meet us and we were very happy with the apartment. Exactly as described and close to everything. Do not miss the chance to walk the area at night. It is so beautiful. Mylord Restaurant is very close and it had the best crab sauce gnocchi I have ever had. So delicious. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the description is very accurate. L’alloggio nella struttura di Omar è stata la migliore che potessi desiderare. La struttura è conforme alla descrizione, molto pulita e tenuta ancora meglio. Omar è stato super disponibile negli spostamenti e velocissimo nelle richieste, soprattutto nella flessibilità del checkout, sempre cordiale e molto amichevole. Lo consiglio vivamente e nel caso ne dovessi avere di nuovo bisogno in futuro farò sicuramente affidamento su Omar e la sua abitazione.

Junas appartment is a jem, well worth staying at. It is super cozy and every detail is well thought of, very clean, amazing bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely chose to stay again, the location is also super, and having a parking makes everything easier.

Host gentile e disponibile, tutto perfetto

Perfect location for arriving or departing from a cruise. lightning fast internet and nice TV. Literally steps from Restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores and the main drag. Taxi from the apartment to the cruise ship was 11 euros. Easy walk from the train station in Civitaveccia, 12 minutes. with roller bags. We would definitely stay again.

A beautifully designed apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay prior to taking a cruise. Great location for exploring Civitavecchia, within walking distance from the train station with luggage and there is a fabulous ice cream shop called Chalet del Pincio a few minutes walk and a park nearby for children. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 1 infant and we had a lot of luggage, Cristian was very kind and took myself and our luggage to the cruise shuttles and the rest of my group walked to meet me on the morning of our cruise. He had even offered airport transfer but we opted for the train as we wanted to spend a few hours in Rome. Great communication from Cristian before and during our stay. If we cruise from Civitavecchia again we will certainly check with Cristian for accommodation availability and stay a few nights instead of one.

Zoek je een mooi plekje om te genieten van Viterbo en omgeving twijfel dan niet om dit te boeken. Het biedt een heerlijk terras, een brandschoon en goed geoutilleerd appartement. Bovendien is er gratis parkeren op loopafstand en ligt het binnen de muren van de oude stad. De host is heel vriendelijk en responsief. Wij hebben van dit plekje genoten.

Traveling with two children and a small dog and this stay was perfect. Our host was amazing and provided several local restaurant recommendations. They even provided travel tips so we could take the train in the next town over to Rome for a day trip. The stay was cozy and just a described with lots of space. For all the "Everybody Loves Raymond" fans this stay is perfect to walk the private town from the Tv series. We were able to find all the scenes with ease and then enjoy the local restaurants just around the corner from our stay. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and after a long day head upstairs and enjoy the balcony lakeside views!

la casetta è in una posizione davvero favorevole, sembra di stare in uma fiaba. tutt'intorno è molto silezioso. l'interno dell'appartamento è delizioso, fornita di tutto il necessario, anche qualcosina con cui fare colazione. letto morbidissimo, bagno co. doccia spaziosa e fornelli più che funzionanti. Kerstin è stata fantastica per il check in che ha comunicato tutto nei minimi dettagli e chiaramente. L'appartamento ha una vista spettacolare ed è tenuto molto bene. Non ci siamo solo rilassati ma proprio rigenerati! Grazie

Il B&B di Stefania a Terni è perfetto per chi cerca un soggiorno davvero senza pensieri. L’appuntamento è impeccabile, ben arredato, dotato di ogni comfort e pulitissimo. Stefania è una host attenta e cortese, il B&B è situato in una zona tranquilla nel centro città e vicina a tutti i punti di interesse. Torneremo senz’altro!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Giulia per 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutto corrisponde alla descrizione, l'alloggio è attrezzato con tutto il necessario ed è comodo. È situato in una posizione perfetta per godersi il lungo lago. Giulia è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Lo consiglio!

Wie waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (5+10 Jahre) dort. Ideal für Familie. Den Pool teilt man sich mit den anderen Wohnungen, ist aber nie überfüllt, oft waren wir alleine dort. Er ist gut unterhalten. Wichtig für uns, man hat von der kleinen Terasse direkte Sicht auf den Pool und hat so die Kinder im Auge. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einem Traum von einem Haus. Ruhig und idyllisch. Es gibt kein WLAN. Anfahrt hat 500m Schotterpiste. Beides hat uns nicht gestört. Todi ist 15' mit dem Auto entfernt. Gastgeberin reagiert sofort und effektiv auf jede Frage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Le logement est conforme aux photos. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment magnifiques pour se détendre et se reposer. Prévoyez le répulsif à moustique pour la fin de journée et la soirée. Nombreux sites et chateaux à visiter à proximité. Je vous conseille le restaurant Le Fenice à proximité (menu à 15€ avec entree, pizza, dessert et café).

Benedetta è estremamente gentile e disponibile e reattiva. L'alloggio è in una posizione magnifica e la piscina in estate deve essere stupenda. La casa è carina, una stanza da letto è di dimensioni normali, l'altra ha spazio solo per i letti e per muoversi, ma è stato necessario inserire i bagagli e vestiti in corridoio. Nel complesso ottima esperienza.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Il casale di Anthony e Jo è un posto incantevole a pochi chilometri da Orvieto e immerso nella natura. L'appartamento è nuovo e dispone di ogni comfort. Jo ci ha accolti in modo magnifico ed è stata sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande e fornirci ciò di cui avevamo bisogno (colazione, shampoo e balsamo ecc). Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

We needed a place with air conditioning and a pool during a bad heat wave and this place delivered! If there was any issue, the owners were very responsive. The pool was perfect, the ac units in the bedroom worked great and the farm setting was lovely. They have sweet cats and dogs, too. Would definitely stay here again!

La posizione è tranquilla , Lara molto gentile disponibile per le necessità e allo stesso tempo nonostante abiti nello stesso stabile ( la casa ha un entrata indipendente ) è riservata e per nulla invadente . Abbiamo alloggiato due settimane con amici e 4 bambini che hanno tutto lo spazio per divertirsi sopratutto grazie alla piscina bella grande dotata di lettini e spazio dove appoggiarsi o mangiare . Presente un barbecue che abbiamo usato un paio di volte . Nei dintorni di Terni belle cose da visitare . La descrizione della casa è corretta in ogni aspetto :camere bagni e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze . Infissi e zanzariere nuove . Insomma consigliato per chi vuole rilassarsi e godere delle bellezze dell Umbria , o del Lazio . A un ora di treno da Roma .

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.
