Marco è stato molto disponibile con noi: siamo arrivati alle 22, ci ha aspettato, aiutato con il parcheggio e ci ha accompagnato in appartamento. Il monolocale è piccolo, essenziale dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione è fantastica e la vista meravigliosa.

eravamo una coppia + 2 amici. tutto perfetto. tutto come da descrizione. flessibilità sia nel check in che check out. parcheggio interno nel cortile con barriera automatica. meno di 5' per arrivare alla funicolare che in 5' porta su ad Orvieto centro. sempre meno di 5' arrivi sempre da casa in stazione. ascensore per raggiungere l'appartamento, enorme,pratico,come da tutte le recensioni che avevo letto. assolutamente da suggerire a chiunque venga ad orvieto o si trovi in zona. tv in camera oltre che in salone dove si mangia. cucina completa di tutto. balconi d'appertutto. non ho nessuna recensione negativa da segnalare. e' stato tutto perfetto. grazie mille ...non mancherò di suggerire ad amici e conoscenti

We had the most incredible time in Giove! Michele was so helpful before our stay, answering all of our many questions, and his parents Ornella and Marco were such wonderful hosts. Marco showed us around his art studio (he is an incredible painter) and Ornella baked us the most delicious cake! They were both friendly and helpful, but also they left us privacy and space to relax. We have to also mention the cats, who we were very sad to say goodbye to! We were 4 girls looking for a relaxing escape from London and we were so pleased we chose to stay here. We decided on the upper apartment which had the most incredible views of the area and was just a stones throw from the swimming pool. The views were incredible, the local town was beautiful and we can't recommend the place enough for a relaxing, Italian stay in the country.

Upon entry, you immediately realize you are stepping into someplace truly special. The entryway and staircase have been carefully renovated, giving an authentic, powerful sense of history and space. This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Spent again the night on our way back from Sicily. We were very happy with Paolos place like the first time.

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

We spent New Year's week at Leonardo's beautiful guest house and we LOVED IT!! He is very friendly and helpful and considerate, suggested many local markets and restaurants, and also provided us with his own produced olive oil from his garden outside, accompanied by clementines from his garden as well <3 He greeted us with a bottle of champagne and a cake as an arrival gift! We specifically picked his place for the isolation and beautiful surroundings and his rustic look, it didn't feel like we were staying in an Ikea copycat Airbnb, it was a beautiful guest house that was designed with love and lots of attention. Would come and stay again at this paradise!

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Abbiamo soggiornato nei gg 31/12 1 e 2 gennaio. Il casale è veramente grande con ampi spazi e tante camere funzionali. In salone un grande camino ci ha allietato le giornate. Lo spazio esterno è fantastico…. Si è immersi nella natura e non si sente nulla all’infuori di chi soggiorna. All’esterno un grande barbecue ci ha permesso di fare una ricca e abbondante sbraciolata. Gli host Rossana e Cesare sono eccezionali, gentili e disponibili. Unica pecca il segnale del Wi-Fi un po’ debole. Per il resto siamo stati veramente bene e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Sicuramente ci torneremo per altre occasioni.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! I stayed at this Airbnb for a week, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The place was fully equipped with everything I needed – from cleaning supplies to kitchen essentials. Everything was thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. She even drove us to the train station and helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. It was a comfortable, smooth stay and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-prepared and welcoming home away from home.

il viaggio con mia figlia ad Amelia è stato memorabile..Dal paese a pochi minuti di macchina c'è la possibilità di vedere tanto altro di meraviglioso come le cascate delle marmore... Fabio è super disponibile e si metterà a vostra disposizione per accompagnarvi nell'appartamento, in più non vi farà mancare niente per le cose essenziali del bagno,della cucina e per la prima colazione...sono molto soddisfatto...

Nice and comfortable appt in the center of Terni. Lovely small balcony. Stefania is a great host, gives you lots of tips to see and to do. She does her very best to make your stay a success. Terni is a good location for daytrips such as Todi, Orvieto etc Recommended.

Siamo state un weekend nell’appartamento di Mira ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (caffè, zucchero e spezie varie anche). La vista sul campanile, da cui dietro si scorge la montagna, rende il tutto più magico soprattutto di sera, momento in cui Narni diventa quasi incantata. Il rintocco delle campane è quello che ci vuole per vivere l’esperienza di questi posti che restano quasi fermi nel tempo. In sostanza, consigliatissimo!
