I had an excellent stay. The place was neat and comfortable. The host was very friendly and always responsive to calls. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again in the future.

It was a great stay. Pros - Not far from the heart of the city, very clean rooms, friendly host Cons - some room walls needs maintenance.

Our first time in TVD and Binu's place was ideal for our family of 3. Location was perfect, easily accessible to most places, uber and autos are easily available and most of all helpful folks. Everyone from the caretaker to the security were very responsive and kind. An exquisitely designed and well kept home.

Very happy with the stay. The location was perfect…near to banks, shopping areas and airport. My family enjoyed the stay and Mr. Jose was very responsive to all our needs.

A clean and spacious place with amazing hospitality, suitable for families or solo travellers. It is suitably located in a residential area. The caretaker Matthew went out of his way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended if planning to stay in and around Trivandrum.

We stayed for 2 days at this place and the place is a superb homestay. you will find everything for your daily needs around the society, Swiggy takes 5 minutes to deliver goods, location is peaceful and prime. Temple is 3 KMs. Though the building is little old, the house is perfectly managed. we could also cook our few meals and wash clothes which was a great help for our 10 days long South India Trip. A neat cozy apartment in a quiet residential society. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, with the apartment staff. The hosts were always available to help with anything that we needed.

Such a great stay! The room is cosy, clean and everything in working order. Edwin was responsive and helpful which made check in and finding the place easy. Close to the beach and walking distance to nice restaurant. Nice outside area to sit. The home cooked South Indian breakfasts were varied and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

It was a nice place. Well maintained and clean rooms with most of the utilities. Close to Padmanabha Swamy temple( approx 2 kms).

This trip with my friends became more memorable because of the host’s humility and kindness. He himself took initiative and suggested lot of local places to visit. The statutory placement of the building was just right. The rooms were well ventilated and we definitely did not require ac even on the hot sunny day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect, very close to my sister’s house. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The caretaker Unni and his mother were very helpful!

Excellent stay for big groups and families close to the Padmanaba Swamy Temple, they have 2 floors with around 9 rooms which can accommodate upto 20 people. Proper kitchen with all utensils available. Dedicated gated parking available in ground floor and also has a lift.

Very good property and host was responsive. I would definitely consider this for my next visit.

It was a wonderful stay with a great location in a peaceful and calm neighborhood! The lack of Wi-Fi was a bit challenging, but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend for those looking for a serene getaway!

Pros. 1. The homestay was nice and big. Drawing room was huge. Internet, TV, AC, Washing machine all are working fine. 2. Recommendation of Car Service by Balan was great (Ranjith). He have made the travel and the visits to different places in a nice way. 3. Security staff and othe flat owners were friendly and helpful. 4. Bathrooms were clean. CONS. 1. The refrigerator was way too small. The 40 Litre bar one. Only 1-2 tiffin boxes can be kept. Need atleat a 100 litre fridge if you want to cook and keep your food, water, fruits etc. 3. The beds can accomodate 4 or max 5 persons and not 6 as mentioned. Two single bed in one room. And one queen bed and a small cot in another.
