What a shame we only had four nights to enjoy this wonderful apartment and lovely area of Croatia! Davorka was a lovely host, and made us feel at home. The apartment was spacious, spotless and well equipped. The location is well located for exploring Split and further afield. We took the train to Split but there were also bus options. We also enjoyed exploring the local Kastela villages, which we may have overlooked without Davorka recommending them.

Très bon séjour. Le logement correspond aux photos. Les points positifs: accueil et disponibilité des hôtes. Ils sont réactifs. La localisation offre une vue sur la mer. La piscine et la climatisation sont agréables surtout en été. La literie est confortable dans toutes les chambres. Des serviettes sont à disposition. Les espaces extérieurs sont fabuleux: piscine, coin repas avec le barbecue et la cuisine d'été, salon extérieur. Les enfants apprécieront la balançoire, ainsi que la caisse de jeu et les jeux de piscine. Point négatif: proximité de la gare. Les trains bien que peu réguliers sont bruyants, mais ca ne gêne pas la nuit. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Pas Cvita ir Ante apsistojome antrą kartą,mūsų viešnagė buvo nuostabi, butas idealiai tvarkingas. Šeimininkai yra labai malonūs,paslaugūs ir rupestingi.Mūsų vaikai ypatyngai nori padėkoti Cvitai už blynelius jie tobuli!!!🥰 Mūsų visa šeima dėkoja Cvita ir Ante už tokią nuostabią viešnagę!!😘❤️

Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ruhig und entspannt, und dennoch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Meer entfernt. Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Borko est un hôte très accueillant, ainsi que sa sœur. Des personnes charmantes. Le logement est très bien situé, dispose d'une place de parking ce qui est rare dans sibenik. Le centre de la vieille ville est accessible à pieds. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et vous pouvez réserver chez Borko les yeux fermés

Die Fotos werden dieser schönen Unterkunft gar nicht gerecht - es ist noch viel schöner und gemütlicher! Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage und der wunderschöne Ausblick gefallen, genau das was wir brauchten! Die Kinder hatten ihren Pool (der war sogar in der Temperatur erwärmbar!) und wir haben die tolle Badebucht, die nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt ist, genutzt und sind u.a. Kanu gefallen- die hat Tomislav sogar extra bereit gestellt! Sehr herzlich wurden wir von Tomislav begrüßt- sogar frisches Obst und Getränke hat er uns bereit gestellt - was für ein Service! Tolle Tips zum Essen gehen hat er uns auch gegeben und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar- was wünscht man sich mehr! Ein Auto ist muss, sonst sind die Strecken z.B. zum Hafen einfach zu weit. Für uns 4 war die Unterkunft perfekt, die gemütliche Wohnküche hatte alles was man braucht, 2 Bäder gab es auch! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können diese schöne Unterkunft mit so einem tollen Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

Situated in a quiet road just a two minute walk from the marina and 15 minute walk from the busy old town. The apartment bedrooms, bathrooms and living room are all larger than they appear in the photos. Self catering was easy due to the large number of kitchenware and several supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. If you like forest walks, definitely stay up this end of town as it's so close to the wooded park peninsular.

The place was actually from Maria’s mother and she was so nice and gave us a lot of local recommendations. We stayed there to visit split and other things in the area. When by car this is the perfect location for that. The apartment was just like the pictures and felt really homely.

We loved our stay in Zoya’s cosy apartment. The moment we arrived we felt at home. Everything was great, from the king size bed, bathrobes, slippers (which gave a hotel feel) the waterfall shower, air con and the fully equipped kitchen. It was great being able to make breakfast in the morning to set us up for a day of exploring the area. As eating out in Split 2 or 3 times a day can prove expensive, so having a kitchen with everything you need was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to Bacvice beach and an 8 minute walk to the old town. Bus stops are also right outside the apartment if you wish to explore further, as we did with visiting Omis and Trogir (must see places). Zoya is a responsive and friendly host and it’s clear she takes great pride in her apartment and goes the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 6 stars!! We were sad to leave but hope to return one day. Thank you Zoya for a memorable stay!

Bin alleine gereist.Wohnung war super auch leise.Alles neu und schön sauber.Die Orte Kali und Preko waren die Hauptorte auf der Insel . Habe in den 4Tagen sprich 3Übernachtungen sehr viel gesehen.Alles ohne Auto. Dafür muss man gerne aktiv sein ,geht natürlich auch alles mit Rad oder Auto. Werde wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung. Es war sauber und sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Unsere Abende haben wir in dem Whirlpool mit tollem Ausblick ausklingen lassen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage, wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Everything was perfect. Appartement very clean, with a good location not far from the beach. Would 100% recommend! We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

We spend one week in Mirtas villa with our friends (8 peoples). There was enough space for all of us and it was nice that there was possibility to eat inside and outside. Jacuzzi and heated pool were very excellent and we used them a lot. Sunbeds were nice also, you did not have to go beach if you like to lay in sun. The house is very lighted and functional. We used also table tennis and other activities. We did not met Mirta but her husband Vinko was very friendly and helpful, he even brought us two new bikes. Vinkos father have a big car (1+8) and he was driving us where ever we want to go in reasonable prices. Thank you for your hospitality.

Mirko is the perfect host. Always available, friendly and with great recommendations. The place was perfect for my wife and I. Authentic, modern with all the amenities you could desire. Great location! We travel often, and we’re very happy with our choice. Delivered breakfast was perfect to start our day!!

This was my groups first time visiting the Split area, and we are so grateful to have stayed in Kastela Novi and at this AirBbB! Alec was very responsive to questions ahead of the stay, and Petra was readily available if needed. The location is very close to the airport which is extremely convenient after a long travel day or if leaving very early. Planes do fly ahead but, honestly, you barely notice it. Villa is just as it’s pictured, rooms are comfy and AC was so great given how hot it was. Pool was also fabulous (don’t forget the bug spray!). Most importantly the neighborhood is absolutely charming. We were very grateful to stay here versus in Split proper.

L’appartement est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer incroyable ! Les commerces de proximité peuvent se faire à pied (dont une boucherie de qualité) Parking voiture est un plus :-) La climatisation dans toutes les pièces ! Les 3 vélos à disposition nous ont bien servis : les balades le long de la côte me manqueront ! La plage au bout du quai avec le beach bar ! Les recommendations de Marko ont toutes été de qualité : la sortie en bateau était géniale ! Nous avons adoré le fait d’être sur une île : c’est tout de suite plus paisible Que du bonheur !!!!

Ivan er virkelig imødekommende og den bedste host jeg nogensinde har haft her på Airbnb. Han svarer med det samme, og hvis man har brug for hjælp til noget, kommer han selv op til boligen og hjælper. Han gav gode anbefalinger til seværdigheder i området og tjekkede altid ind om alt var godt. Hvis jeg nogensinde besøger Kroatien igen er Ivan og hans Airbnb uden tvivl noget jeg vælger igen!

Milivoj's home was perfect for our family of 11. We were able to be together but maintain our separate spaces. The apartments are beautifully appointed and have great air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool and the wonderful outdoor spaces, including the gorgeous cooking area. Milivoj went above and beyond to make ouour stay enjoyable! He even brought over toys for the children. He gave us fantastic local recommendations and even helped us plot out stops along our way to our next destination, which was so helpful! I highly recommend this amazing home and host!

Booked last minute. House was perfect for our family of four plus two dogs. Great bbq area, nice sized pool and plenty of garden space. House was cosy and clean, with comfy beds. There is a small chicken/goat farm next door which was the kids thought was great! The owners were very responsive and super friendly, providing fresh bread and cheese on arrival and later cherries 🍒 from their garden. The neighboring town Sibenik was a beautiful day out, and the beaches in Murter were a must-see. Would have no hesitation to book again. Thank you, Tonka and Hrvoje!
