Es war insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt. Wir wurden freundlich umsorgt. Die Unterkunft war klasse und in der Umgebung konnte man vieles unternehmen. Kommen gerne wieder. Ivanka war immer erreichbar und stehts freundlich und nett sowie hilfreich.

Nenad hosts a beautiful apartment right in the centre of Split, which is great for being walking distance to everything! The apartment itself was lovely, decorated very well, clean, and had all amenities as described. If we come back to Split, we’ll definitely be booking this apartment again - it was perfect!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

What a great place! I can only echo other reviewers...the view, the design, the bedroom, the host—all are top notch. I particularly liked that there is a ton of storage and closet space in the bedroom, so we could stow all our stuff and keep the space uncluttered. The home area is serene, but the palace area is less than a 10 minute walk and is hopping with restaurants, stores and people. We did a fascinating city walk with Ancient Tours that overviewed the history of Diocletian's Palace and gave us a good intro to the city. Ate at Fetivi (very good food, best meal), Adriatic (gorgeous views, decent food, expensive), sandwiches at Foccacina (amazing!) and, for our first night, great pizza at Basta right across the street from the house. The weather in mid october was delightful (70's).Never got to the point where we were bounding up those steps, but it was definitely worth it.

Ha sigut una estada d'una setmana, en l'apartament tal com l'imaginàvem amb els serveis enunciats, barri molt bon localitzat per accedir i sortir a la carretera fàcilment amb el cotxe, l'aparcament davant l'apartament totalment gratuït que ofereix l'Ana també s'agreix molt. Espai gros, i còmode. Gràcies Ana per haver deixat allotjar-nos al teu apartament.

We are so happy we chose Merimas place! Everything was clean and nice! She welcomed us and we immediatly felt like we are at home. Definitely we recommend staying at Merimas place! You will not regret this! Merima was so lovely! Thank you so much for everything!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hat uns der Weg in die Stadt entlang der Promenade gefallen. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Einrichtung ist neu und fühlt sich wertig an. Insbesondere das Badezimmer und die Küche haben uns hier gefallen. Aber auch die modernen Rolladen fanden wir super. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Ausstattung der Küche ein wenig zu kurz kommt. Es es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht - aber es wäre z.B. schön gewesen ein paar mehr Teller und Besteck zu haben, um die Spülmaschine sinnvoll nutzen zu können. Das ist natürlich Meckern auf hohen Niveau, wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter! :)

We never had a better experience than with Sanja! She is so helpful and we are really thankful for her welcoming. We felt like we are at home, so we enjoyed the wonderful house to the fullest. Our dog Louie also enjoyed playing with her dog Bura and we are sure, that he will miss her. We will definitely come back! Thanks for everything.

We had a great time throughout the stay. The place is beautiful and clean and located very close to the center. It had all amenities that are mentioned in the description. The place could use better wifi for streaming.

Pas Cvita ir Ante apsistojome antrą kartą,mūsų viešnagė buvo nuostabi, butas idealiai tvarkingas. Šeimininkai yra labai malonūs,paslaugūs ir rupestingi.Mūsų vaikai ypatyngai nori padėkoti Cvitai už blynelius jie tobuli!!!🥰 Mūsų visa šeima dėkoja Cvita ir Ante už tokią nuostabią viešnagę!!😘❤️

Lídia nagyon kedves házigazda, mindenben segített, nagyon-nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A környezet szép és csendes, a tenger két perc sétával elérhető. A ház felszereltsége kifogástalan.

This is the perfect place to stay if going to The Garden, a well equipped apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Marin’s place! The house was clean, nice spot the terrace for the sunset, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. What it really made our stay special was the wonderful neighbor, who treated us like old friends. We had a nice short time with her, sharing grapes and figs, She truly was the icing on the cake!

Die Unterkunft war Blitz sauber. Das Haus ist sehr modern und schön. Der Außenbereich und Pool auch sehr sauber. wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit 6 Personen insgesamt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut erreichbar. Alles in Allem war es rund um ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft. :)

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

Mr. Vjenceslav war super nett, lustig und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls ohne größere Mängel wie auf den Fotos anzufinden. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit tollen Blick aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania- čisté, útulné.Apartmán bol kúsok od pláže, čo bola veľká výhoda. Za poplatok sme mali k dispozícii aj vírivku. Dovolenku sme si veľmi užili. Ďakujeme.

First of all: amazing host and hostess. Extremely kind and very knowledgeable about the whole island (and what there is to do/where to go). Diana and Dragan provided excellent service throughout our stay, making you feel like nothing is too much to ask for. The apartment is small but very conveniently decorated. Everything you need is present, and even some extra complementary beverages. As is evident from the pictures: the balcony few is gorgeous. The town is within walking distance, and so are several nice bars/restaurants. Personal favorite was the fish restaurant Bago. There are a lot of mosquitos late at night, make sure to bring appropriate clothing/spray (they also have some at the apartment). There is also an AC in the room for warm evenings. Last thing to keep in mind is that the church bells ring early in the morning (06:00), but it wasn’t too bad. Thank you for your amazing service and letting us stay at your lovely apartment. Eine kleine aber sehr praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtete Studiowohnung. Leider hats bei uns geregnet, so konnten wir den schönen Garten nicht geniessen.Dafür die gemütliche Wärme. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Iain And Joyce una decina di giorni in agosto. Direi tutto perfetto, la location è bellissima direttamente sul mare nella proprietà privata del residence quindi senza macchine o traffico ti godi in pieno la natura. L'appartamento arredato in maniera essenziale ed è un valore aggiunto per una casa vacanza, luminoso e spazioso. Noi eravamo in tre e le dimensioni erano perfette. La terrazza è magnifica per cenare e vedere gli splendidi tramonti. Si trova all'interno di un residence dove si può usufruire di tutti i servizi dai vari ristoranti al market. Il contatto con i padroni di casa nonostante non siano presenti in loco è sempre stato immediato. L'unico difetto è che è talmente rilassante che passa la voglia di muoversi dalla location. Super consigliato !

I loved the location. Short drive to beaches & the marina. Beautiful view from the patio. Pero was a wonderful host & extremely helpful.
