One of the best places I have lived in is Vicky’s apartment. Her wonderful reception of us since we arrived. She welcomed us and the apartment did not lack anything. The house is tidy and clean. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of visiting this beautiful city. Finally, thank you Vicky.

We really loved staying here. We have been to Koroni several times, but this apartment is a perfect location, right on Artaki beach, and very near to town. It is clean, comfortable, and just right for our family of 4 adults. We will come back here!

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Besitzer geben sich viel Mühe den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Kleine lokale Gastgeschenke sind echt etwas besonderes. Die Küche ist etwas zu klein für die Zubereitung eines Essens. Wir mussten uns selbst versorgen, da wir so früh dort waren, das kein Restaurant offen war. Im Internet waren die aber als geöffnet gekennzeichnet. Das war doof, kann hier aber niemand etwas dafür. Wir kommen wieder!!

Dieses Haus ist fast wie aus einem Film, der Architekt hat es so gebaut, dass man einen tollen Blick in alle Richtungen hat, immer auf einer der Terrassen Schatten ist und immer eine frische Meerbriese durchs Haus weht. Es ist nur ein paar Schritte vorbei an Tavernen vom Strand entfernt, ruhig gelgen, und die Minimercados sind auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Man ist für sich und doch mitten drin. Tonia ist ein Schatz und super zu erreichen, das ist ein Ort wo Erinnerungen geschaffen werden können. Absolut zu empfehlen, fast unwirklich schön. Und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort und das Haus strahlt einen kolonialen Charme aus, besonders wenn man Abends auf einer der Terrassen sitzt und die Sterne zählt. Es ist Platz für Mann, Maus und Auto... für Kinder ein Paradis und für Eltern ein Gelegeheit mit Familie zu entspannen. Wir sind das zweite mal in dem Haus gewesen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke Tonia, für Alles.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Schlafzimmern zum Meer hin, so dass man mit Wellengeräuschen einschläft, die Küche ist top ausgestattet, der Blick vom Balkon ist herrlich und die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Dimitris war problemlos und sehr freundlich! Jederzeit wieder gerne Gast!!

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, σε πανέμορφο σημείο με καταπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ολοκαίνουριο και μοντέρνο. Πεντακάθαρος χώρος, απολύτως λειτουργικός και μελετημένος στην παραμικρή του λεπτομέρεια. Σίγουρα θα τον ξαναεπισκεφτούμε.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und abgelegen zwischen Oliven-, Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Wir kamen nachts an, aber durch die sehr gute Wegbeschreibung von Dimitrios haben wir das Haus schnell gefunden. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn und dessen Familie im Haus ( insgesamt 6 Personen). Wir hatten genug Platz und in der Küche ausreichend Utensilien zum Kochen. Der Backofen war toll, um den Kindern Pommes zu machen. Die Terrasse ist riesig und superschön. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Ventilatoren waren auch vorhanden. Waschmaschine ist toll, wenn man mit Kindern reist.Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und bietet nachmittags viel Schatten. Mit dem Auto sind Bäckerei, Metzger und Supermarkt schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr gut empfehlen. Dimitrios ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet.

Claude and Marianne's place is perfect. It is comfortable, it is well furnished, and it has one of the most beautiful views in the world from the balcony: the harbor of Pylos, whose water glistens in the sun. Claude and Marianne are friendly and helpful.

Beautiful accommodation facing the sea and in a very peaceful area. Selana the host was very kind and reactive to my messages. She made sure that I had the smoothest check-in possible. I also very much appreciated that she left me some supplies for breakfast in the fridge. I found all the necessary amenities available. I also had a restful night in a comfy bed. I definitely recommend!

Die Villa gehört sicher zu den besten Unterkünften in der Mani, vor allem, wenn man Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht und zu schätzen weiß. Die Ausstattung entspricht dem Luxus-Standard und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Nur Natur! Dennoch ist die Anbindung an die nächste Ortschaft und sogar an Kardamili ausgezeichnet. Die Gastgeber sind von ausgesuchter Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Sie reagieren auf Nachrichten sofort. Für uns waren es wunderbare Tage in der Villa, wir wollten nicht abreisen und kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank!

Je suis partie avec mon fiancé pour fêter nos 10 ans. Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans cet appartement. Le lieu, la vue, l’appartement, tout était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons pu partager quelques moments avec nos hôtes, ce fut un plaisir de faire leur connaissance. Ils mettent très vite à l’aise et on se sent bien chez eux. L’accès à la plage quasi privée en 2 minutes est un gros plus, nous avons été ravis d’avoir cette surprise à notre arrivée. Elle est magnifique et nous y étions pratiquement seuls Nous sommes venus en basse saison (novembre) et n’avons rencontré aucun problème pour manger, faire des courses ou un peu de shopping sur place, tout est ouvert et le personnel des alentours très accueillant. Pour moi qui ai beaucoup de soucis de sommeil, le seul problème de ce séjour a été le matelas, très rebondissant. Mais quand on est dans un cadre comme ça, ça devient un détail. Si l’occasion d’y retourner se présente, ce sera sans hésitation

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

This is a very special place -so special I almost don’t want to share! The attention to detail, love, and appreciation of nature the hosts have poured into their home shines through. From beautiful antique furniture, exquisite bed, silence, little spots to sit in peace and kindness of the hosts to the nearby beach and lovely nearby town, this place has it all. If you’re looking for a retreat, place for creative inspiration,or rekindling a romance- this is it. A car is required- beach umbrellas and towels available.

Called Sunset Mani for a reason. Beautiful sunset from terrace / pool. Photos on site do not really do it justice. Had to actually drag ourselves out some days as so nice and easy to stay by the pool, looking out to see and across the bay. Great restaurants in Agios Nikolaos (Elli’s at far end particularly) around 5-10 mins drive, plus supermarket there. Also, taverna marked as Voulimeneas cafe on Google is good (another great sunset view) - sure the sign on road said “Roses”. Stoupa - great beach and good restaurants. Thoughts Agios better at night though…. Visited Sparta and then the shipwreck on eastern coast of Mani. A nice drive…..

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen 👍👍👍.  In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß an einem herrlichen Sandstrand. Das Haus liegt ruhig und abseits von touristischen Ballungsgebieten.  Die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Hier kann man jede Mahlzeit im Freien genießen.  Die Küche bietet vielfältige Kochutensilien. Besonders hervorzuheben ist ein kleiner Kontaktgrill, in dem man toasten und Sandwiches zubereiten kann. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle und Mülltüten sind vorhanden. Diverse Gewürze, Salz, Pfeffer und Öl sind ebenfalls vorrätig.  Es gibt eine praktische Außendusche und einen BBQ-Grill. Abends kann es schon mal etwas lauter werden, wenn im angrenzenden Restaurant viel Betrieb ist. Eine Sperrstunde und Nachtruhe scheint es dann nicht zu geben.

Had a lovely stay here. Beautiful apartment, stunning location - peaceful and serene not far from the gorgeous / bustling town of Areaopoli. Spiro was super friendly greeted us with a huge smile and Buddy his dog was the bestest good boy!!

we loved the spaciousness and peacefulness of this villa and its grounds. The host provided many amenities in the kitchen, and a basket full of goodies, olive oil, jams, and wine. The beach was a short walk down the road, with a bar café, right on the water to have coffee or drink. It was a short drive to town, or less than a mile to walk. comfortable beds, outdoor balcony to gaze at the stars, a large covered porch outside the kitchen door, and a dining area under the olive trees. As close to paradise as anything we could have hoped for.

Vassilio et Rosemarie sont des hôtes très accueillants, aux petits soins pour les voyageurs. En cas de problème ils sont très réactifs... Notre séjour s'est exceptionnellement bien passé et c'est notamment grâce à eux. La maison est idéalement placée à deux pas de la mer (90 pas de l'eau pour être exact !!). Elle est très bien équipée pour passer un excellent séjour...

We had a fantastic stay at Fiona’s house - it is fully equipped, located very close to the water and had a beautiful patio. Hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay is comfortable. Mr. Lambros would bring us fresh fruits form his garden 😊 There is a nice tavern near by with good cocktails and food - it includes restaurant area for sit down dinner and beach area with bar with chilling by the water. Supermarket is 10 minutes drive and a few beautiful golf courses in the area if you like to play. We highly recommend Fioras house!

The house is in a nice natural garden with olives and different fruit trees. Joanna, the host, has prepared everthing well for our arrival.The place is close to the beach and only a short ride to Koroni with its restaurants.We loved to spend our time in this place.

O Δημήτρης ήταν ευγενικότατος , το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο με όλα τα απαραίτητα , πολύ ωραίες παραλίες σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση , το χωριό Πεταλίδι πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι , πανέμορφο με ωραίες ταβέρνες. Όλη η περιοχή είναι πανέμορφη ,σίγουρα με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα την ξαναεπισκευτώ.

Our family loved staying here over the New Year holiday. The surroundings are beautiful. The access to the beach is through olive and citrus groves, and the beach stretches on for miles. The home was cozy. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the outdoor brick oven, and hanging out but the indoor fireplace at night. The host and her family were so kind and helpful, and we even took home some olive like produced on the farm!
