We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and made everything easy. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect—shops, restaurants, and beauty salons were all within walking distance, making it super convenient. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place and location. I repeat - the location is incredibly convenient, there are exits to various transport systems from where you can easily get to any point you need. Everything was clean at home, there were all the necessary things, the owner kindly answered all our questions. It was a little chilly when we first moved in, but this was quickly resolved with the help of a thermostat, after that the apartment became warm. We are very glad that we chose this apartment

Everything was very nice, the only one thing I was kinda upset about was when we were about to check out, which should be before 10am, there was a lady already came in at 9:30am to clean the apartment. We were still there doing our final check to see if we had left anything behind. That made us feeling a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we really liked this apartment.

It was a very nice Apartment nearly the centre. A lot of restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. The Apartment was clean and for 3 people perfect.

Good location, and Milena was very friendly and responsive. She even helped us with the laundry! Plenty of parks nearby, which is good if you come with children. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport, and a tiny market nearby...

Everything was as described. Host was helpful. Totally recommended place. Thank you.

Great place very comfy & warm, walkable to all places one needs. There is a lift but you need to come up a flight of stairs, which matters if you have a large luggage - just heads up. Beautiful building and peaceful environment. Recommend it!

Ratko is a polite, helpful host. He helped us when we need help and he answered every question we asked. The house was very quiet, nice, warm and lovely. It has a great view and it’s in the center. Thank you for everything.

Excellent; this is a new build which you cannot yet see on Google Earth Street View. There is a nice coffee shop on the corner and a small grocery shop just a few yards away on the adjacent street. A supermarket with everything you need, no more than 10 mins walk. There is a wheelchair ramp and the entrance door to the flat is wide enough for that. It is about a 12 to 15 minute walk maximum to the main tourist centre. The flat is spotless with all the necessary cooking utensils, cleaning items etc, including towels. The bed was comfortable and the flat was warm. Check in and check out was smooth and Vladimir kindly registered me with the police which is why I am still free to write this review! The reason Vladimir has been given superhost status is obvious to me.

Stayed here several times, everytime felt comfortable and peaceful, everything in apartment clean and just like in the pictures , they have easy and safe access, looking forward come again...

The apartments are located in quiet and comfortable area of Vracar district. Right around the corner you can find our favorite Sloj bakery perfect for breakfast or brunch. The apartment has everything you need and plenty of storage space. While choosing the place to stay good to understand that it’s 3rd floor without elevator and there is no balcony there, but we feel absolutely ok with this. In sum it’s really cozy place, like visiting grandma home🙂 Neda is leaving next door, she is the most friendly, caring and supportive host we ever met. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

Dorde çok iyi bir ev sahibi , evin konumu muhteşem heryere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Bize yastık ve battaniye yetmedi , istememiz yeterli olacaktı belki ama ev içerisinde bulunması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Duvarına ufak çaplı bir zarar verdik ödemesi konusunda ise bize yardımcı oldu. Tekrar görüşmek üzere :)

Mila , çok dost canlısı ve ihtiyaçlarımızı anında karşıladı. Küçük fakat temiz ve şirin bir yer , konum olarak Zemun merkeze harika mesafede..

Awesome modern and clean apartments and a very kind host. Perfect location - grocery stores are 2-3 mins away walking, as well as a few nice restaurants. A quite street and close to the old city center. Jakuzzi in the apartments is great. It's very big, modern, with soft materials for head. The only caveat is that we had to boil a few batches of water in the pots to fill it up, because just water from water boiler isn't enough 😅 otherwise everything's great!

First of all, hosts are so kind. They responded very quickly and instructions were so clear and easy to understand. It was a quite place and it felt like home. I enjoyed it staying there.

The location was perfect — close to the city center, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, offering great tips about the city and making sure I had everything I needed. The location was very good, we walked everywhere and the house was very clean and tidy. Marco's brother Milos helped us a lot with the transfer service. When I come here again, I will stay in this house again.

A nice place to stay in Novisad. Marina's place is 10 mins from the bus station and the city centre by foot. The place is perfect for a solo or a couple. the balcony is a added bonus to enjoy a coffee or a drink. I would definitely come back and recommend it to other travellers. Only to bear in mind that it's on the fifth floor without the elevator so may be not ideal for some people.
