My family of four had a wonderful time in Belgrade. This apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It was spacious enough to host my in-laws for a few days as well. The location is incredibly convenient, with grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, shopping, and the stunning river walk all nearby. Although it’s in a busy part of the city, the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful. Situated between the charming old architecture and the modern Belgrade Waterfront development, we got to experience the best of both worlds. Miljan and Danilo were fantastic hosts—very responsive and quick to assist with anything we needed. Parking garage is only 3 min away. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a great stay at Katarina's apartment! It is beautifully designed, impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect and well connected to the city center. Katarina herself was a fantastic host, always responsive and thoughtful. Thank you Tomislav for providing such a beautiful place to stay for our family. Flat is located in the heart of the city however has a sense of privacy as is located in the quiet courtyard just off one of the main streets in Subotica. Excellent heating, well-equipped kitchen (not big but sufficient with double induction hob), light and has enough space for 4 people and most importantly for us - it had three VERY comfortable beds (double and two singles). Plenty of storage, GOOD hairdryer. No washing machine but dry cleaners a few doors away. Bathroom could do with a bit of updating but other than that, felt modern, clean with nice decor. WiFi was great. Tomislav was very professional and helpful, great communication and overall a pleasant experience :-) Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The apartment is located in the perfect center of the city with a nice view of the park and the river down below. The entrance is on a busy street but is on the quiet opposite side so is nice and quiet to sleep in and then awake with a view. Coffee and some small candies were a nice treat that made mornings easy and the view with balcony to pair.

Die Wohnung ist für 3-4 Personen ausreichend geräumig und bietet alles, was in der Beschreibung angegeben ist in vollem Maße, manchmal noch mehr. Die Möbeln sind alle in perfektem Zustand, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Kommunikation mit Mario hat stets sehr gut geklappt. Die Sauberkeit lässt genauso keine Wünsche offen. Besonders ist die geniale Lage zu betonen, neben der Knez Mihajlova Meile aber trotzdem von dem großen Trubel verschont. Vom Schlafzimmerfenster kann man zum Beispiel morgens das Treiben zum Versorgen der zahlreichen Cafés und Lokale darunter beobachten: ein wahres Genuss! Wir würden immer gerne wieder hierher kommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Dejan iyi ve ilgili bir ev sahibi, ev tertemiz. Çarşaflar, banyo pırıl pırıl. Bizim kaldığımız apart diyeyim çünkü burası yazan villanın tamamı değil. Alt katta annesi kalıyor galiba üst çatı da iki apart şeklinde ayrılmış. Ben kiralarken yanlış anlamışım onun dışında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Keyifli bir konaklama idi. Teşekkür ederiz.

We had a wonderful time in the right wing. The house is extremely spacious, with a beautiful garden and view. The kids really enjoyed the billiards room. Jasmina was an incredibly welcoming host who waited for us with coffee and homemade cake. The location is off a small road, but the signs are well marked and it is easy to find. Getting to town is about a 15 minute drive. Staff is on sight 24/7 to help with anything but at the same time completely unobtrusive so you have the whole enormous place to yourself. The hosts were incredibly accommodating with any requests. I would highly recommend staying at Saga Paradiso and will certainly come back when it is nicer weather!

This was our second stay at Felix's place for the winter holidays, and it was just as wonderful as the first. It's hard to imagine a more convenient location or a more responsive host. Everything was absolutely perfect, as expected. Felix's attention to detail and the thoughtful welcome touches truly made our stay extra special.

We spent 50 great days in Zemun. It’s an vintage building, some things should be upgraded, but all works. The description needs clarifying, that would be helpful for future guests. Two apartments are collectively described, still not in details, like there are 25 stairs to the apartment and no cleaning service. The host and her family are very kind and friendly, they were right there if we needed something. It was a great experience and we would be happy to stay there again.
