Kelly’s place was perfect for our bachelorette weekend! The house had all the amenities we needed and was walkable to a grocery store. Beds were comfy. Downtown is a short uber ride away. Kelly was extremely helpful and responsive. We had no complaints and would stay again!

I’ve stayed in a number of well taken care of AirBnB‘s but I have never been in one with such an intentional health and wellness area. Back deck/yard is a beautiful and peaceful Zen center with hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna (and about the highest quality of each one can imagine having all to yourself!) The house was perfect as well—three really good size bedrooms with super comfortable mattresses, best stocked kitchen I’ve seen, and everything immaculately clean. You will be well taken care of and very rejuvenated in this home!

This place is an absolute gem. Wacky and fun, it’s a house with unique charm and character, something that is increasingly rare to find on Air BnB. The bedrooms are a little unconventionally arranged so if privacy for every single bed is your main concern, perhaps it’s not for you. Otherwise you’ll fall in love with this one-of-a-kind place like we did. There were 8 of us staying for SXSW and we really felt like we had a home base. Brian was attentive, flexible and helpful throughout our stay. The neighbourhood is ideal, and walkable. In a world of grey floored rentals and bland, heartless renovations, this spacious home is a whimsical breath of fresh air. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

This was our 2nd time staying at Sandi’s place and just like the 1st time we had a good time. There’s so much to do on the property (for all ages). The host are super nice and friendly and you discover something new every time you visit. George was very helpful throughout the entire process and even gave us a late check out. house is amazing with tons of room. within walking distance of alot of places and only a 10 min Uber to downtown. def wroth checking out George's house if you're gonna visit Austin.

2 adults and 2 children in a studio worked far better than I imagined. There was plenty of space while we were awake and while we were sleeping. The property was relaxing and peaceful. I took a nap in the hammock with my daughter and had lunch with my son in the treehouse. Very easy drive into Round Rock and Cedar Park. The location was great for access to grocery stores and entertainment. There was an unforeseen situation with the pool heater but Trisha was prompt and communicative to address the issue and give us updates along the way.

Lovely space and it’s in a great part of town. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at this Airbnb during our daughter's graduation at the University of Austin was absolutely fantastic. The home was not only comfortable but also conveniently located, allowing us to easily navigate the city and attend all the graduation events without any hassle. What truly set this Airbnb apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the host. She made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay and gave some great suggestions on places to eat. But what truly blew us away was her responsiveness to our request to look for our forgotten sunglasses. She found out sunglasses and promptly shipped them to us. It's these little gestures of thoughtfulness that truly make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. Comfortable accommodations, a great location, and a host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home.

Larry is exceptionally hospitable, his place is gorgeous, bright, and well kept, and the location was ideal— with most destinations requiring just a quick drive. I would highly recommend this spot as it was also reasonably priced.

The decor was charming, with little touches that added personality and warmth to the space. I especially loved the outdoor area and unique layout. The location was perfect. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’d highly recommend this tiny home to anyone looking for a unique and cozy stay! I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve stayed at Brunson’s place, so that says it all. It has been our home-away-from home in Austin, very conveniently located, clean, and a great host. We will certainly be staying there again!

Hosts were fantastic throughout and very quick to respond when we had questions. Place worked out perfect for our little family of 4 with kiddos. They went above and beyond to supply us with extra kid supplies that they had which was really appreciated.

We were looking to get away for the weekend with our 6 year old twins and John and Sherri’s place was perfect. The kids loved all the different activities. They had everything we needed and more. If you’re looking to disconnect this is the perfect place.

we definitely enjoyed our stay. Super peaceful and clean. I really liked that it had two restroom. The lake is dried up so you don't get the view from the balcony but you still get to see the deer roaming the area which is nice.

We went there to celebrate my daughter’s sweet 16. The girls loved the goals, fire pit for smores, and hot tub. A great time was had!

Enjoyed our stay at Todd and Darlene’s. Todd was very responsive when we had a request. The garage apartment was very spacious and had all the things we needed for a longer stay in Austin. We would like to return next time we are in Austin for a week and hopefully make use of the pool a bit more.

Such an amazing and responsive host! We had an amazing stay, particularly enjoyed the backyard. Definitely would recommend this spot to anyone visiting!
