Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

This spacious riverfront home was absolutely perfect for our large group getaway! The views from the the livingroom of the river were amazing . The house itself was well-appointed with plenty of comfortable seating, a fully-equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms - everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Austin was very responsive and accommodating.

Our stay was great, the house offered plenty of useable space and the kids loved the pool!it was cold the week before we got here so the pool temp was chillier than we would have liked, but nothing that Jay could have done about that. I greatly appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts!

The house is great for large families. Plenty of rooms, large living room fun boat dock by the water and water toys for days. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!!!!!

My little family loved our stay. It definitely gave us a homey feel, it was very nice and quiet. The balcony/patio area was great to sit at to watch the sunset/sunrise, my kiddos had a great time. The host, Brad, responded quickly to questions and easily accessible during my stay.

We've made an extended annual visit to Austin in recent years to spend time with family and new grandchildren. This year, we spent five weeks staying in Arianna's place. It was clean, very comfortable, and afforded enough space to have the grandkids spend an occasional overnight. The unit is tastefully furnished with relatively new items and everything worked as expected. The location was perfect for our needs. Although it isn't walkable to many destinations, it is close to lots other attractions (Zilker park, downtown, restaurants, a very nice large shopping mall, etc.). The unit is adjacent to an entrance to the Greenbelt trails which makes for a nice bit of exercise (the trail down to the Greenbelt is a bit steep and rocky). Arianna is a super host who responded very quickly to any questions that we had and was always friendly and helpful. She also checked in once or twice to make sure all was good. I would wholeheartedly recommend her place!

The place was exactly as described and Brett was a great host - very communicative. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the fifth time we had stayed at Cristina’s place while visiting family and friends, so that should tell you all you need to know. Super cute condo looks just like the pictures. The neighbourhood is ultra convenient and walkable. Easy access to highways. Looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful week staying at Joe and Susan’s place in Austin! They are such kind and welcoming hosts, and their little studio had everything we needed—and more. Thoughtful touches like bottled water in the fridge made us feel right at home. The dedicated parking spot was super convenient, and even though the property is on the same grounds as their house, the studio’s private entrance made it feel completely independent. Joe and Susan were incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations both before and during our stay. Joe suggested an amazing BBQ place, and the apartment was stocked with plenty of guides to help us explore the city. When we met them, they were so friendly and welcoming. Our trip to Austin was even more special thanks to this lovely accommodation. Highly recommend!

We loved this place so much that this is the second time we've stayed here. The apartment is spacious and has a great view. It's also walking distance to Rainey St. and so many restaurants. There's a small market right around the corner. Did I mention the view?

I will stay here anytime it is available. Very consistent experience every time. I will continue to recommend to others.

We had a lovely experience at this airbnb! it exceeded my expectations & was well worth the listed price. gorgeous condo with amazing views! very peaceful & quiet. hardly anyone was there & i felt safe! had everything we needed, the restaurant was delicious & had great views! i will definitely be coming back.

Hands down the most “at home” I’ve felt in an Airbnb. Everything was perfect. Hoping I can stay here again this time next year if I’m back in Taylor!

We enjoyed a lovely 4 day stay over Christmas with our adult children. We were able to go kayaking and enjoy the fire pit area, as well as take in the beautiful views and the total peace and quiet! The house was very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. Thanks so much for sharing your cottage.

John's unit, located within Barton Creek Lakeside, is just great. Well furnished with everything one might need and actually is even more lovely than the pictures present. Very comfortable in all ways. We rented both sides to this duplex for a family gathering and it could not have worked out more perfectly. Do not hesitate to stay here. Really nice.

Quiet, private location. Love that we could take our dogs. Loved: spacious living areas, screened porch & deck (although we used it less than expected due to weather), bluebonnets. Beds comfortable, kitchen stocked. Bring bottled water. Loved seeing & feeding the deer every night & morning. We brought extra deer corn. Took our Roku for the TVs. We expected to have access to the washer/dryer which is in the listing. Wasn’t a deal killer, but we didn’t bring as many clothes because of that and weather got chilly. We knew the river might be low, but would have good to know in advance just how low it was as well as the difficulty getting down to the river. We had to cut our own path through the weeds. It’s a bit of a challenging hike. We were able to catch several large fish from the shore (bass & catfish). Can see lots of stars & sunsets. Overall, a very homey & comfortable place to stay.

What a delight it was to stay at Flamingo Cottage! Cozy and beautifully decorated with a county flair, it was the perfect accommodations for our daughter's wedding at Blissful Hill, a grand venue in itself with incredible service all around with the platinum package. We also rented the 13 bed, 8 bath Villa, across the driveway, for our large family, and it was the best accommodations ever! Kudos to Blissful Hill and all their lovely places to stay!
