We had an excellent stay. The home was clean and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to our requests and was very friendly. We would stay here again. We loved the private beach just steps away. The view was awesome. Thank you!

Ο χώρος ήταν ακόμα καλύτερος από τις φωτογραφίες. Πολύ ωραίο το σπίτι και είχε πραγματικά όλες τις ανέσεις που θα χρειαζόταν κάποιος για να αισθανθεί άνετα. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξαιρετική. Πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική, πάντα πρόθυμη να δώσει προτάσεις και συμβουλές. Ο χώρος αξίζει τα λεφτά του και με το παραπάνω. Δήμο και Δήμητρα, ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την υπέροχη διαμονή!

We were very pleased with the house and the host Yanis, Spyros' father, who was really nice with us and very helpful. Spyros answered to our request very quickly and efficiently. The house is located in an amazing spot in the mountains, perfect if you look for peace and the sound of nature. The house is amazing and very clean, and has all you need for your stay. It is walking distance from the beautiful square of the village. We had a wonderful experience and very recommended.

Pelion is a wonderful area, but the access to the east side is not easy due to the high altitude differences (serpentine and narrow roads). The disadvantage is also an advantage, as there is no congestion and a very friendly and peaceful environment, with unique natural beauty. The apartment is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, extreme terrace with a wonderful view. The apartment has direct access to the beach (this means a private beach in a small cove - but you have to get used to the steps.) The charming local tavernas are within easy reach of the apartment and are located next to beautiful beaches. The host Kostas is very friendly, hospitable, quickly available, flexible, and helpful.

Υπέροχη εμπειρία διαμονής στο Πήλιο! Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο. Η θέα στη φύση ήταν μαγευτική, και η ηρεμία του τοπίου μας βοήθησε να χαλαρώσουμε πλήρως. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική για εξορμήσεις στα γραφικά χωριά της περιοχής. Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!

屋主很友善，提供了我們許多食材讓我們在早晨可以自己弄早餐，有洗衣機跟曬衣服的地方，適合長途旅行的旅人，屋主就住在樓下有需要時，很有善的提供我們各方面的幫助，這次的經驗讓人感到愉快，如果有機會再來到Volos會想再來住這邊 唯一的困難是停車位空間較窄小，比較難停進去，但是屋主也很友善提供我們必要的協助

The house is simply spectacular! Situated nicely few minutes away from Portaria, it took us less than 20’ to get to the ski center; the views of Pagasitikos bay are simply amazing. The interior is beatifully decorated, it is evident this was done with care, good taste & attention to every detail. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & clean, with the house offering all necessary amenities to secure a pleasant stay. Communication with Johny and his sister Elli has been flawless, while the check-in/out with their housekeeper Krasi seamless. All in all, I would recommend Johny’s house in a heartbeat!

22-29.07.24 we spent a nice vacation here with two other families(10 people). The hostel actually resembles a noble mansion of the past, exactly as it looks in the photos. It is located in a very spacious area, one could say that it is in the middle of the olive grove. The sea view from the yard, terrace, and rooms is most fantastic, it is worth getting up early and watching the sunrise. It would have been the icing on the cake if the beach had been directly accessible from the yard. Due to the height of the coast, this is not feasible. There are beautiful beaches nearby with a 5-10 minute drive. You can find everything you need in the nearest store (Katigiorgis, 6 km away). There are also 3 restaurants next to the shop. The house is clean and has everything you need. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary equipment. The host provided us with all the necessary information and was at our disposal at any time. I warmly recommend this place to those who like wild beaches!

Merci Liana ! Nous étions 8 et nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances chez Liana et Dimitri. La maison est confortable et bien aménagée. Un salon spacieux donne sur une grande terrasse avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Le jardin avec ses nombreux oliviers est très agréable. L’accès à la mer par un petit escalier est facile. Une taverne à proximité avec vue sur la mer propose de très bons plats locaux. Liana et Dimitri nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement et nous ont donné de précieux conseils ! Je recommande vivement cette location.

Μια απο τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες φιλοξενίας που είχαμε ποτέ! Η τοποθεσία ιδιαίτερα προνομιακή, το σπιτι κυριολεκτικά μέσα στην θάλασσα! Το απόλυτο ησυχαστήριο ακόμα και την εβδομάδα του 15Αυγουστου!! Η Αγία Κυριακή, το Τρικερι και το Νησί (παλαιό Τρικερι) μοναδικά μέρη που μπορείς σε 5-10 λεπτά απο το κατάλυμα να επισκεφτείς!! Η φιλοξενία παροιμιώδη! Η κυρια Μαρία, υπεύθυνη για την καθαριότητα, μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν στο σπιτι μας! Η ταβέρνα του Μανωλα, στην Αγία Κυριακή (10’ με τα πόδια απο ένα πανέμορφο μονοπάτι ή 5’ με αυτοκίνητο) ήταν μια αποκάλυψη (φρέσκο ψάρι, αστακομακαρονάδες, ψαρόσουπα με τιμές απίστευτες!). Το κατάλυμα, σαν στο σπιτι μας, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και εντυπωσιακά καλαίσθητο! Λόγω τοποθεσίας μονίμως δροσερό ακόμα και τις πιο ζεστές ημέρες (δεν χρειάστηκε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το air condition ούτε μια ημέρα). Μια εμπειρία που προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα ιδιαίτερα αν αναζητάτε ένα «ησυχαστήριο» για ξέγνοιαστες και χαλαρές διακοπές κυριολεκτικά μέσα στην θαλασσα!

It was a very nice week. We are coming back very happy. The hostess is a wonderful person. Helpful and friendly. The area is very interesting which will make us come back for sure. The description does not do justice to the charm of the place. it is a wonderful and authentic area.

Wow - even better than the pictures! We were Chris's first ever guests and he made it a really special experience for us. The property is like something I've only seen in the movies. Chris stayed up late serving us margaritas in the cocktail bar and around the open fire which was a fantastic experience. Before the cocktail night, we enjoyed an hour in the sauna - again, brand new and never used before! For sure, it really has to be the best villa in the region - we were all blown away!

One of our best airBNB experiences so far (and we’ve had quite a few great ones!). It was so good, almost tempted to keep it all to our selves :) The place itself is nothing less than astonishing. A vila with your own private top-notch pool in a beautiful garden taken from a movie seen, accompanied with the perfect mountain and sea scenery. But this is only the beginning. The hosts, oh the hosts….. Kostas and his lovely wife took us (me, my wife and our two children) in as if we were family, catering to our every need, surrounding us with care and lots of treats and giving us that warm fuzzy feeling. This was a perfect family vacation (great for couples as well), and we can’t wait to come back!

We loved this villa, it had lots of space and, even though there were several of us staying there, it felt private and relaxing. We particularly liked the olive garden with its wonderful set up, we enjoyed a lunch and a nice evening there, it felt so much like a home away from home. Kyriakos and Vasso were wonderful, always responsive and caring, we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and their recommendations were excellent. Highly recommended for those seeking a bit of luxury and relaxation.

We had a magical time in Olga's house! The first thing that struck us was the natural coolness on what was a series of very hot days (about 40 degrees C). It's built so that air circulates through. The second thing is that it's a home and not just a rental property. It's clear that Olga and her family have spent a lot of time here, and it feels as comfortable and well-equipped as your own home would be. Everything is meticulously clean and organised. The location is beautiful, with an amazing view over the city of Volos below. The garden is an oasis of green and colourful flowers. The terrace has a stone table that is in the shade all day long thanks to an overhanging tree and the strategically placed parasol. The pool is simply stunning, and a good size for our 6-person family. The water in the house comes from the mountain spring and is super clean and delicious. The picturesque village of Portaria is a 15-minute walk up the hill, and has a number of good restaurants. Olga was very easy to communicate with - we did this through the AirBnB chat function as well as Whatsapp, in German. We would advise that you use a car rather than a van if possible, as the drive is quite steep.

Essential you drive to the house via Milies. The house is old style/traditional, very comfortable and well equipped with lovely views, especially from the upstairs balcony, over the sea in the distance. The pool is at the front of the house, alongside the little road, and there are neighbouring properties. This did not worry us but may not be for you if you are after more seclusion and privacy. The pool is very welcome in the heat; my husband enjoyed the challenge and exercise of clearing the leaves out of the pool with the net (there is a line of trees) whenever the wind blew. You can easily walk to the pizza restaurant at the top of the lane and an additional 20 min walk (uphill in places) takes you to six restaurants in the village. Our favourite beach was Papa Nero: car park at the end of Agios Ioannis then walk along to Papa Nero which has coarse sand and is excellent for swimming. There are several supermarkets here too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time here.

Andreas and Mary are lovely hosts and made us feel at home from the first momentBefore the arriva, Andreas send us specific instructions for getting to the house. Whenever we needed something, they were very responsive, and kind.. The house is located in a beautiful spot with marvelous views. Most of the time we used our car to visit the beaches and the restaurants, but it is not very complicated to walk down and up the cliff with the stairs. The private pool is a great bonus and when we wanted to stay at home it was a great alternative for the beach. The house as nets for all the windows so it is nice to feel the evening breeze.
