Great location, loved the property! Plenty of room! Loved the swings! Can’t wait to stay there next year!

Our stay on the river was wonderful. Lots of room, excellent river view from the house, great outdoor seating facing the river, and convenient to have a covered boat dock for our boat. Denise was quick to respond with any questions we had and she was extremely kind and accommodating when we had boat trailer troubles on the day of our departure. Denise’s place is definitely a good place to stay if you are looking to fish on the river or enjoy the lake (which is only a short boat ride from the house!).

Great place to stay and wonderful hosts! This was a great place to stay for my family while attending my brother’s wedding in Sanford, Florida. It was close to the airport, and the historic Sanford area where the wedding was taking place. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. The backyard was beautiful and serene even though we didn’t get to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this particular airbnb.

We had an excellent stay in this home and would definitely book again. The house was clean and had welcoming decor. The location to the beach and Flagger Avenue was great, we hardly used our car. Diego was excellent with communicating with us when we had small issue.

We stayed a few nights and enjoyed ourselves. The backyard and patio are amazing and so relaxing. Lots of wildlife to watch and the sounds were so peaceful. We kept our boat at the dock and bowfished / fished the lake. The canal made for easy access to the lake and the location falls right between both Springs. Julie was a great host. She answered all our questions and gave us insight to the area. Thank you Julie! We will be back!

Loved the area. Walking paths right down the street. Quiet safe neighborhood. The house was perfect for 2 couples. Had everything we needed.

This is a great little place that's conveniently located for walking to shops and restaurants, and a short drive over the bridge to the beach areas. They layout and multiple bathrooms are great if you have more than one couple staying. Off-street parking is nice, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot.

Everything was great with one very minor exception, which was that the front door combination lock was fussy. Sometimes it opened and a few times we had to open the key box and use the key. This was not user error because all four of us tried and found it uncooperative. We considered this a very minor annoyance compared to the rest of the house and the value we felt it provided.

The room was exactly as described and Karen communicated with us very well to make sure check in was extremely easy and made our stay hassle free. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area and it is very convenient to local amenities

We absolutely loved staying here! Even though we were only there for one night, it was perfect! Everything was very clean and organized including the bathroom. Having small children, bathtubs are always convenient, with that being said, this was one of the cleanest bathtubs I have ever seen! Yes there is a train, but that did not bother us one bit, even my father, who is a very light sleeper. I highly recommend Emily's cute apartment! Our favorite part was the steps that light up as you go up or down! Thank you Emily for a wonderful stay!

The House is a great Airbnb. I spent almost two weeks there. Very warm and inviting. Safe neighborhood, walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. Corinne was very nice and responsive. Had a couple requests during my stay and they were taken care of very quickly. Was nice chatting with other guests. It is a historic building so there is some older things, but it just adds to the charm. Would definitely recommend.

The location was wonderful. Right on the beach, beautiful neighborhood, and could walk to so many places; including the start line of the half marathon I ran (so convenient). I also loved the turtles in the neighborhood and met some friendly residents in our short 2 days there.

The rental location is a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and the lake. It is a lovely, bright space with many amenities. Suzanne is very friendly and helpful as is her husband. We very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Good location and amenities. The room is an internal room (windows look into the hallway, not the outside of the building) but we didn’t mind since we didn’t spend much time in the room. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable.

My partner and I stayed in the cabin for 2 months and had no problem during the stay. You can enjoying the coffee and watch the pond. There’s a cute family of ducks that walking around the site. The experience at the cabin was amazing!

We loved this FarmHouse. Imbedded in a secluded oak/palmetto hammock, behind a locked gate, we saw wild turkeys, many other birds, and felt very close to nature. Kimi and Dawn, our hostesses, were very welcoming and friendly and were very responsive During our three-week stay there were no issues that needed an immediate response. The house has more goodies and is very nicely equipped. It was a special treat to learn about their farm-to-market micro-greens operation. We are already planning our next-year’s getaway. No question where we plan to stay.

Amazing house to stay at for a family vacation. Everything looked better than pictures. Extremely clean and modern house. Host responded quick and very nice.

Wow! Cabin was amazing! Had everything we needed. Very clean and cozy! Everyone there at the camp site was so nice! Was able to dock my boat on the water 30 ft. from the cabin. East to load and unload everyday. They have their own store with live bait. Everything you would need. If you love inlet fishing or canoeing with the manatees in the mangroves I recommend you to have a stay!

Amazing place! We even had a bear visitor, saw three deer on the side of the road coming back one night, and a baby alligator.

This place is awesome, can't wait to visit my Dad and stay there again! Felt just like home and Maribel was awesome. They were very proactive in their communications both prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend, beautiful place and quiet setting. Thank you for opening your home to us 👍

Unique location and unique interface with nature. Apart from our one visit to the state park next door we didn’t move from the house. We did take a good load of shopping with us but a lot of kitchen basics were already available at the house, which made things easier. We saw Manatees, Alligators and various birds all from the dock and canoe. On the houses land we saw deer, raccoons and armadillo’s on various occasions. The house reflects its history and age and the pictures are true. Tommy was great at responding very quickly when we had a slight issue with the access code but it was swiftly dealt with. If I had one refinement to make I would book more days during the week when it is super quiet on the river rather than the weekend when it gets busier. Would return again

Loved, loved the location!! Bike paths were amazing!! Felt safe . With only three other homes close by it was quiet. Ray even offered a shelter for our ebikes !
