Four of us came down for Daytona Bike Week and stayed in this beautiful home. Walked into a freshly cleaned and smelling just as good large living room. The kitchen and second living room is very spacious. Loved playing pool on the back screened in porch. The bedrooms are all a good size to each have a comfortable king bed in them. The garage easily fit 3 Harleys. The yard easily fit two trucks and two enclosed trailers. We had no complaints, the home was great and so were the hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is located in a nice neighborhood, and the house was super clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. Leah is an attentive host, and she provided easy instructions to check in/out and was available to answer questions. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Updated home with a well manicured yard, very clean inside, and well equipped kitchen. Located in a quiet family neighborhood. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool & hot tub. Great screened in patio pool area with plenty of comfortable seating and enough privacy that you do not feel like the neighbors were right next door, but could still see all around you. Gas fire pit that we didnt have time to use but was very inviting. The mattresses were new and firm but super comfortable. Nice linens and plenty of towels. There is a TV in every room (and a lot of remotes, which was a little confusing). Close (driving within 5 to 15 mins) to shops and resturants (Dahlias Mexican was the best Mexican food we’ve ever had! We highly recommend), the Daytona Speedway, the beach, parks, lighthouses and a lot of stuff to do. We are from Virginia and stayed during Christmas week while visiting family in the area and enjoyed our trip. We definetly would stay here again.

This place was great! Highly recommend! Jacob answered any questions quickly and took care of us right away. location is nice, easy to get to, felt safe, and private. We have 3 Boston terriers, so the fenced yard was awesome! House was clean, inviting with each room having a nice theme for the Winter Park area. We only used one bedroom, with ensuite, as it was just me and hubby and closed the others off. We used the hot tub which was great, and tried the pool but was a bit cold for me. The backyard is where we did most of our sitting, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Area was quiet I was able to work and not be bothered. It was nice to see a red cardinal, some squirrels, and some finches as well. Great water pressure, kitchen was wonderful, and the bed was comfy. We had a great stay overall, and will definitely stay again 😊 Great spot for couples, families and friends. Thank you Jacob for being a great host!

Dorys place was perfect for our trip to Daytona 500. She was so sweet and had anything you may have needed! Even a portable charger when my phone died!! We actually got to hang out with dory which has never happened with any other host and she was so much fun!! She is an amazing host and her home was so comfortable and clean we couldn’t have asked for more!

The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Awesome place to stay definitely recommend to anyone.

This house and our stay was amazing from the welcome drinks all the way to check out! The house was beautiful and had been very taken care of everything was updated! We love the back porch the most such a great place to have out play games and have a great view! The hot tub was awesome! Couldn’t enjoy the pool since we were up there early march! Eric is very fast to reply to any questions you have about the home! Whenever we stay in new Smyrna at Beach we will be booking this house if they are available! 10/10 recommend!

This house was perfect for the 3 moms and 3 daughters for a local ballet competition we attended. The backyard oasis is stunning and peaceful. The hot tub was great after a long day of dancing. The host was fabulous to respond and very helpful. The beds are comfy and we even played the games available. Super thick bath towels. Great stay

The home and host were both great. They have to charge what they do to keep the riiffraff out. It is a smart home w/ all the amenities you need. The elevator was helpful. I blew a circuit. She let us know immediately where the circuit breaker was. The alarm wouldn’t stop beeping. She had a tech out right away. She accommodated us with check in and out based on our flights. And luckily we were out of storm Debbie’s way! It was a great place to unwind and I am impressed how well we were able to unplug from work. We would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Place was very nice . Being in the cabin made it feel secluded even though there were neighbors . Was a very nice stay .

Amazing place! We even had a bear visitor, saw three deer on the side of the road coming back one night, and a baby alligator.

reserved the location just for one night, but everything was so amazing!! the outside scenery on the lot, the privacy, self check in and out was very easy and more. very communicative, responsive and friendly host! everything listed seemed to match up and meet our expectations! definitely would stay again. 10/10!!

Such a beautiful space! The kids loved the hottub / games / soccer field was the best part! Very clean, great water pressure in the showers. really enjoyed having Netflix already set up on the TV as well. Would definitely stay again!
