The home was clean and spacious. Very beautiful views from the back patio. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the things needed to cook. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Stocked well with coffee and filters for coffee pot. The shower in the master bathroom had very low water pressure and shower head did not work well. The other shower water handle seemed broken as it just went around and around stopping and starting the water. The kitchen sink faucet worked well (great pressure) but could not get hot water (only figured this out right before we left) Did not use the pool, it was too chilly for us Mainers but also was not very clean. Overall our stay was great! Location of the house was close to everything we wanted to do. Neighborhood was quiet.

We stayed a few nights and enjoyed ourselves. The backyard and patio are amazing and so relaxing. Lots of wildlife to watch and the sounds were so peaceful. We kept our boat at the dock and bowfished / fished the lake. The canal made for easy access to the lake and the location falls right between both Springs. Julie was a great host. She answered all our questions and gave us insight to the area. Thank you Julie! We will be back!

Is a very beautiful home, spacious and a super large yard right on the water. Comfy and felt at home. Hope to stay again

The house was very roomy, but yet still very homey. The bedrooms were able to accommodate all seven of us and sleep very comfortably with plenty of bathroom access. The outdoor space is absolutely fantastic! We can't wait to come back!

This is our second time here, we absolutely love it. Such a great and peaceful place to stay. Cindy and Rick are super quick to respond and are very accommodating, even let us add another day last minute. We will for sure be back. Thanks again for a great fishing get away.

Perfect location off the River.

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

Josy’s place is in a great location for walking everywhere and exceptionally clean. We have stayed there twice and will likely come back whenever we are in Sanford.

If you are a young family w children, or grandparents w grandchildren, this condo is exactly where ya need to stay! From the crib, to a pac n play, to a closet full of beach toys and chairs and sun umbrellas…. To an entire closet stocked w games, puzzles and a kids karaoke machine. The giant and spacious outdoor deck was the icing on the cake. The jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower were enjoyed by all. The beach is a few steps across the street (the street has a crossing light for further safety) and behind the entire complex is a wooden boardwalk safe for kids, with secret fairy gardens embedded along the route. Everyone was so kind . Our property managers Daniel and Cindy went above and beyond! My son accidentally broke off the storage key in the door lock, and maintenance was there within five minutes to assist.. very responsive and caring. The condo was stocked w essentials until we could get supplies We can’t wait to return! Thank you ! 10 star review

Fantastic stay! Clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked kitchen and linens. We stayed four nights over spring break. Quiet location and safe. Easy parking and private entrance. Wonderful water view from the porch. Naomi was easy to communicate with and we had a wonderful time. Two full bedrooms and a nice bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and living space. Thank you!

I recently stayed at this lovely apartment. It’s in a gated community, and it was a fantastic experience! The location was easy to find, and I appreciated the ample parking available. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, providing great local recommendations that enhanced my stay. I misplaced an item during my visit, but the host was understanding and resolved the issue quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely book this apartment again and recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Place has a bit of a smell to it. But we left the slide in door open the whole time & smell went away. Def a great view! The room was perfect other then that

The unit was incredible and the location terrific. We were right on the intercoastal and were able to view dolphins swimming just off the dock, along with magnificent sunsets. Michael is a great host and whenever we had a question, he immediately responded. This is a great place to stay and we would return.

Very quiet little place. It was super clean. The pics show a lot of the St. Johns river, but this is not waterfront. There is a place very close (1.5 miles) called Renegades with a working boat ramp, great restaurant, marina, and live music.

Bob was soooo nice and he showed us all the best spots around town. The cottage is adorable and y’all should check it out!

Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

We stayed two weeks and it was lovely. Quiet, peaceful and look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautifully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Ideally located close to the beach, parks and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a truly adorable and very comfortable house. The bed was so comfy with lovely cloud like pillows. They are very accommodating with lots of amenities. Very well stocked! Great TV, huge yard with lots of seating available. Comfortable seating inside also. Decorated beautifully. Hosts respond quickly if you have questions. I highly recommend this Blue Bee Cottage!

I stayed for a month with my two dogs after coming to Mount Dora to celebrate my Mom’s 90th birthday. The backyard is perfect for pets - fully fenced with a 6-ft privacy fence. The firepit and screened in patio are fabulous! The home itself is cozy, clean, and well-appointed. When I checked in, I was a bit concerned about noise and safety since there is a single level apartment complex right next door. With the exception of festive music played on weekend nights, my concerns were unfounded. An easy walk to downtown was the icing on the cake - highly recommended.

Beautifully setup place, had all the amenities one would need. Clear instructions and very reasonable requests for checkout/ cleaning. LarryKaren were proactive and checked in if we needed anything. They accommodated our request to readjust the dates as we had change of plans. The patio setup was amazing, unfortunately was too cold at the time for us. Hoping to stay here again on our next visit.
