Sehr zu empfehlen ! Gute Lage, Supermarkt mit 24/7 Öffnungszeit, gute (seit Januar 2025 kostenlose) Busverbindung in die Innenstadt und ganz Belgrad, Parkplatz (mit etwas Glück) direkt vor dem Haus, große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, schnelles Internet, ruhige Nachbarschaft.

Marija cok guleryuzlu ve yardimseverdi. Evin konumu her tarafa yakin, kolay ulasilabilir durumdaydi. Merkeze yuruyerek 10 15 dk icerisinde gidebilirsiniz. Banyo yeterince temizdi ama tozlara daha dikkat edilebilir. 3 kisi icin beklenenden kucuktu. 3 kisi konaylayacaksaniz ayni odada yatacaginizi unutmayin. Ama 2 kisi icin gayet yeterli ve kullanisli bir ev.

This is quite spacious, all furnished apartment with microwave dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi is pretty good. Several playgrounds around the building. a lot of cafes and services like currency exchange, hairdressing, post office, private parking. So it is really useful and comfortable flat in a place with developed infrastructure

My stay at this Airbnb exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. The host was truly outstanding; they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing great recommendations and being incredibly responsive to any needs.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Şehir kalabalığından kaçıp kurtulmak için güzel bir yer. Sakin dinlendirici ev sahibi de bize karşı çok kibardı. Evin teras alanında akşamları manzaraya karşı gündüz ise doğaya karşı güzel bir manzara var. Her şey için teşekkürler. Beşik gibi sallanarak uyumaya hazır olun güzel oluyor

What a nice place to stay. We enjoyed staying at Marina's place. We had an early check-ins. The host was always responsive and understanding. We felt at home. Lots of restaurants, and shopping centers nearby. The bus stop is only 3mins away. We will definitely come back and stay here again if we ever come back to Belgrade. Thank you very much!😊

A very nice peaceful natural hideaway in half an hour drive from Belgrade center. Spacious, clean, with everything inside. Suitable for occasions.

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

The house is cousy and spacious with all you need for a comfortable stay (+ free and good wifi). 2-3 cars can park easily in front. It is also very easy and quick to get to Beograd city center...20 min or so with a car. Many bakeries and stores in just 2-3 minutes drive. I also recommend the "Deda Stavre" as nearby restaurant - you wont regret it :). And Luka is very friendly. Cheers mate, thanks for eveything!

Tina was very helpful and warm host. She explained everything with all the details. The apartment was in the city center. You can go everywhere by walking.

Nemanja is a wonderful host - so responsive to every question, proactive in regularly checking on me, and quick to deal with any issue - even when I couldn't get the shutter to close. The apartment is big and has just about everything you could want. Comfy bed, shutters that keep the light out, good hot water, plenty of things in the kitchen, great couch and huge TV with all the apps. I felt so at home here and wished I could have stayed longer. Worth noting that the building number on the street is slightly different to the address supplied - 41 rather than 41A (it's inside). The apartment is first floor, so there's 1 1/2 flights of stairs to climb...easy, but of note if you have heavy luggage. The location is fantastic, public transport nearby, and the fabulous St Sava church greets you as you walk out of the complex each day. Loads of cafes and restaurants around and it's even walkable to the old town. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment, very responsive host who went out of his way to help with some local links. The apartment is up a couple of flights of stairs but it feels very safe. The apartment is central and the main street and waterfront are all walkable. We never intended to get a car so never questioned parking but this is limited for the apartment. The road the apartment is on should be one way - this isn't a reflection on the apartment but it does mean getting up and down the street, you're faced with cars coming either way and sometimes need to reverse near to a main road due to limited space. Would recommend booking here and we will do the same when we return next year

I really enjoyed this stay. The apartment is quiet and comfortable, with a no-frills decor and lots of flexibility in how to use the space. It's just a few minutes walk from the A1 airport shuttle, if you are arriving that way (it is easy and cheap); other transit accessibility is a definite plus for staying here. Daniel is welcoming, respectful, and an interesting cat in general. Would book again!

Cozy apartment in the heart of city centre. 10min walk to Trg Republike, 5min walk to Skadarska. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Host friendly and very responsive. Quiet neighbourhood.

Mima is a great host and the apartment is a beautiful and clean, the location is great and it’s not difficult at all to travel to and from as buses are frequent. Overall a great place to stay and I would happily stay again.

Second time staying at Ivan's apartment. Very good apartment and probably the best location in Belgrade. Very helpful host that helped us after forgetting some things behind after we left. The most worth it place i have ever stayed at.

Great host, great affordable apartment in an incredible location. It is small, as seen in the photos, but it was perfect for us.
