We just spent a week at Nikos apartment and had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding with the option to go a restaurant and the beach. The apartment offered all that and were really relaxed when we left. Only thing that is not clear from the apartment info, the second room with the single beds is not a proper room, it’s part of the living room. But that did not pose a problem for us. We loved it and can highly recommend it!

Πολύ όμορφα όλα!!! Η κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκε ευγενεστατη και κατατοπιστική! Το σπίτι ζεστό, μεγάλο και 100% οικογενειακό! εμείς και τα σκυλάκια μας περάσαμε υπέροχα!

Ο Αντρέας ήταν πολύ φιλικός, μας έστειλε προτάσεις για εστιατόρια στην περιοχή, απαντούσε πάντα άμεσα όποτε και να χρειαστήκαμε όχι μόνο την βοήθειά του αλλά και την άποψή του. Όταν μπήκαμε το σπίτι μύριζε καθαριότητα. Το σπίτι ήταν εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα, από καφέ και μπαχαρικά μέχρι σακούλες για τα σκουπίδια, γεγονός που έκανε τη ζωή μας πολύ πιο εύκολη κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Ο δρόμος μπροστά από το σπίτι χρησιμοποιείται σπάνια οπότε τα παιδιά μας μπορούσαν άνετα να παίξουν με ασφάλεια. Δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε.

Andreas was not only so kind and thorough with his directions, instructions and recommendations, he was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to help. The accommodations were so perfectly located we walked everywhere. Gorgeous streets of old town, right near the water and we ate delicious meals every time we sat and ate nearby. The market was only a 8-10min walk. The amenities available made everything so easy and convenient. I gave the highest possible ratings for Andreas and his property and location. In high seasons you may encounter street noise and foot traffic but we weren’t bothered. Would highly recommend. 10/10

The house was very spacious and comfort. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. Very good AC, spacious parking, close the beach and restaurant. Katerina had left a welcome surprise for us, a breakfast basket with croissants, jams, butter and coffee. I recommend staying!

Abbiamo dormito due notti da Sophia. La casa è comoda, in zona tranquilla, molto vicina al sito storico di Micene e a breve distanza dalla costa. Al nostro arrivo c'era miele e arance di Sophia a nostra disposizione!

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis' place. the villa was perfectly clean and had all we needed. the pool was lovely, my children loved the diving board, and the privacy was amazing. it's in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, with grocery stores in 5-10 minutes walk. Leonidas was also incredibly flexible, he met us at the property even though our arrival time changed to 5am at the last minute! he showed us all around the property and answered our questions quickly whenevre something came up. I'll just note that the pool is deep and there is no fence around it, so it's not suitable for families with small children. נהנו מנופש מצוין אצל פנאגיוטיס. וילה מקסים עם נוף מדהים, בריחה יפה עם קרש צלילה שילדינו אהבו, בכפר קטן ושקט עם חנות מזון ב5-10 דקות הליכה. ליונידס עזר לנו מאד, פגש לנו בוילה אפילו בשעת 5 לפנות בוקר, והגיב במהירות לכל שאלה שלנו. רק תדעו שהבריכה עם מים עמוקים ובךי גדר, אז הוילה לא מתאימה למשפחות עם ילדים קטנים.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our group of 13. The view was absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight! The outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the refreshing pool. The property felt private, and check-in and check-out were easy. Although communication with the host was limited weeks before arrival, they were very helpful and friendly once we checked in, with clear directions that made it easier to find the place, as GPS will take you the wrong way. The house was clean, though we noticed a few cigarette buds outside. The kitchen could use some updates and wasn’t as well-equipped as we hoped, but it had the essentials. Groups over 11 should note that two people will need to sleep in the living room, and there’s no large indoor dining area. Overall, the two living rooms, pool table, and outdoor grill made for a fantastic experience, and we had a great week. Highly recommended!

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Maria et Dimitris : la maison était très confortable, propre, fonctionnelle et bien équipée, avec une belle piscine et une vue absolument magique sur la mer, dans un quartier piéton au calme ! Maria et Dimitris ont été extrêmement accueillants (ils nous ont même préparé un feuilleté au fromage, sachant que nous arrivions tard !) et nous ont donné beaucoup de renseignements utiles pour les visites, les restaurants et les magasins. Bref, nous avons adoré et recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse à toute la communauté AirBnB

Pasamos un fin de semana en familia increíble !!!! El lugar es precioso con mucha calma y mucho verde …. El departamento estaba completamente equipado, no necesitamos nada extra! Volveremos sin lugar a dudas en cuanto podamos …. Nuestro anfitrión fue siempre respetuoso, amable y muy claro … Muchas gracias !! Lo súper recomiendo!

We waren met 9 vrienden. Elk jaar doen we een stedentrip. Dit jaar Athene. De villa zelf staat zeker in onze top van bezochte accomodaties. Prachtige klassieke villa met grote zeer goed onderhouden tuin voorzien van zwembad, tennisbaan en buitenkeuken voor bbq. Je loopt zo vanuit de tuin de zee in. Super! Andreas is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een prima host! In Kineta is redelijk weinig te doen. Er zijn enkele barretjes en restaurants aan t strand op loopafstand. Er een bakker en kleine super vlak bij het treinstation. Voor de grote boodschappen moet je 5 kilometer verderop zijn. Andreas maakte ons dit gelijk kenbaar en regelde bij aankomst een taxi naar deze supermarkt ,waar we voor t weekend gelijk de grootste boodschappen hebben gehaald. Kineta is vanaf de luchthaven per trein te bereiken, maar deze reis duurt bijna 1,5 uur. Ook kun je met deze trein naar Athene. De verbinding is mooi, maar we vonden de afstand van Athene naar Kineta ver. We hebben enorm genoten van de villa!

Ioannis is the best host one can dream of! And his house is a paradise ! Every amenities is as listed and it’s even better in real that in the pictures. We had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Ioannis !

Πολύ καλή διαμονή, μας αρέσει πολύ ο εξωτερικός χώρος και ο κήπος με λαχανικά. Νιώθαμε ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Τα παιδιά ξετρελάθηκαν όσο με πισίνα τόσο και με το τραμπολίνο, πινγκ-πονγκ, μπάσκετ και ηλεκτρικό αυτοκινητάκι, το οποίο μας πρόσφεραν οι οικοδεσπότες για το μικρό μας παιδί. Το σπίτι είναι καλά εξοπλισμένο και έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Η Ελένα μας άφησε δωράκια : βιολογικό κρασί, γλυκό του κουταλιού, δάφνη σπιτικό, σαπούνι χειροποίητο. Την ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Θα ξαναεπισκεφτούμε το κατάλυμα το καλοκαίρι για να απολαύσουμε την πισίνα περισσότερο 😉. Ευχαριστούμε τα παιδιά για τις ευχάριστη διαμονή που είχαμε.

Dieser Urlaub war ein Stück Paradies auf Erden. Teti und ihre Familie haben uns warmherzig aufgenommen und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war rundum perfekt: der Strand war einige Meter entfernt und die Stadt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Mithilfe der Tipps von Teti hatten wir einen wundervollen Urlaub und konnten in das griechische Leben eintauchen. Das ist definitiv nicht unser letztes Mal gewesen und es war dank Teti einer der schönsten Aufenthalte die ich bisher erleben durfte. Ich bin absolut glücklich und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen!

Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό. Μείναμε 6 άτομα με πολύ μεγάλη άνεση. Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πολύ άνετοι και το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο. Κατά την άφιξή μας υπήρχαν καλάθια στην κουζίνα με πορτοκάλια και καρύδια. επίσης, υπήρχαν νόστιμα μελομακάρονα. Το τζάκι ήταν πολύ εύκολο στη χρήση. Τέλος, ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν πολύ πιο όμορφος από τις φωτογραφίες και πήραμε εκεί το πρωινό μας και τις 2 ημέρες της διαμονής μας. Είναι συνολικά ένας πολύ ωραίος χώρος για χαλάρωση.

Un emplacement idéal pour des vacances en famille. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée ( nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants) Il y a un grand jardin au bout duquel un portillon permet d'accéder à une plage peu fréquentée. Le rêve! Transats, parasols, mobilier de jardin, grande terrasse ombragée...Tout est prévu pour profiter de la mer. L'hôte habite dans une maison voisine. Elle a répondu d'une manière très réactive à nos demandes et nous a renseignés sur les bonnes adresses des environs. Elle a un contact amical et chaleureux et nous la retrouverons avec plaisir car nous comptons retourner dans ce logement l'année prochaine.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus von Nikos. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, das Haus sehr groß mit allem, was man braucht. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Unsere Kinder waren sehr in den äußerst freundlichen Hund verliebt. Wir wurden freundlich von Nikos‘ Eltern empfangen, obwohl wir ungeplanterweise spät ankamen.

Ο Βαγγέλης ήταν ευγενέστατος και όποτε χρειαζόμασταν κάτι μας απαντούσε άμεσα. Το σπίτι ήταν άψογο, πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις και ακριβώς όπως ήταν στις φωτογραφίες και σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή. Όταν ξαναπάω Ναύπλιο εκεί θα προτιμήσω να μείνω πάλι.

The place is very convenient and cozy! It has a private parking space too, which is very useful. The bathroom is very comfortable and clean, and the rooms are big enough for a couple. Only minus, little far from shops as mentioned in the description, so a car is needed for sure.

We had an amazing stay at Ana's place. The house is located just outside Nafplio (5' drive) on the top of the hill and has an amazing view towards the beach. The house is fully equipped, very appropriate for a family stay. It's also pet friendly which was a huge plus for us. Ana is an amazing host. Very accommodating, helped us with everything we needed, responded super fast. We felt like family. We would definitely visit again.
