Great hospitality in an excellent location. We enjoyed the friendly staff at the theater downstairs, and the beautiful views of the river and town of Alma! Hosts were exceptionally helpful and proactive about making sure we were happy with the accommodations. Thanks for everything, Matthew and Amy! We hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Mary's Airbnb in Pepin! Mary was such a thoughtful host - she was easy to communicate with and even brought us a cribbage set to enjoy during our stay. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable night by the lake. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind with a beautiful view. I’ve rented from Marya multiple times: great accommodations, clean, cute decor, everything you need in a kitchen, perfect location and close to good eateries. Always a pleasure… look forward to returning PS if you love sunsets this is the place to be!

The house had so much character and lots of rooms to relax in. The coffee maker was super slow so probably could use a good cleaning. Otherwise, we found everything we needed in the house with lots of nice dishes and glassware. We really liked the porches.

This place was a gem as it was so easy to get to and was open and inviting for our small group of women. It had the accommodations for all of us to spread out and have our own space. It is very well maintained, clean and not cluttered. The check-in process was easy along with the few things to make sure to check off before leaving. Matt and Amy were wonderful in their responses when we did have questions. This property is across the street from train tracks which there is quite a bit of traffic from. They are loud, though that didn't slow us down or wake any of us up in the middle of the night. We did stay in the winter, so I am not sure what it would be like during the summer when windows may be open.

Beth’s place was a peaceful respite for our family during a rough time when our dad was ill at Saint Elizabeth’s hospital. The serene setting calmed us, and it was reassuring to be so close to the hospital. Fresh air walks between dad’s room and Beth’s place were therapeutic. Beth’s home has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Little touches like nice dishes, silverware and nice coffee mugs, extra blankets for chilly nights and well stocked bathrooms made all the difference. And the river view … Oh My … the grand view of the Mississippi brings beauty and awe day and night.

Captain's Quarters is very beautifully decorated & lovingly cared for, the furnishings fit the 1900 theme to a tea. Every detail was looked after to make our stay an enjoyable one, from the soaking tub to the freshly-baked cookies, coffee & tea. We loved the basket of goodies waiting for us! We appreciated the communication with Denise & Lyle-they are kind, hospitable hosts. Denise had written check-in & out instructions, making it extremely easy to do both. She also checked on us through a text the next morning, to make sure everything was okay. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was very convenient and walkable to things we found to do-walk to the library, restaurants, the grocery store, popcorn stand, food truck, and the historic home walking tour-it was also very easy to get out of town for scenic back-road driving. Lake City is an adorable town by the lake/river; it was fun to spend a few days there to unwind & enjoy Bluff Country and new scenery.

Wonderful place to stay right on the river! Very accommodating, dog friendly, and the house was clean and well kept. Peaceful neighbor and gorgeous sunsets. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Also fun restaurants close by with great food.

It was absolutely perfect! Weather was lovely! Walked to downtown Lake City! Beautiful marina!! Beautiful views! Back porch for happy hour and snacks! Morning coffee in the front living room!! Big dining room to sit down to eat !! Everyone had room in the bedrooms!! Beds were all comfortable!! Great place to relax and enjoy!!
