This was a great stay for a weekend away to celebrate my birthday with my husband. It was very quiet & peaceful, and the view was beautiful. We wish we could have spent more time outside to enjoy it, but it was just a bit too chilly. We did have an opportunity to sit by the fire pit and watch the swans! We found some good restaurants not too far away and overall we were very happy with everything. The heated floor in the bathroom was awesome!

Great location at Chincoteague! Very clean, and amenities in this home are great! Kitchen is fully-stocked with all the basic necessities to be able to make home-cooked meals, even on vacation. My 5-yr old appreciated the toys and books available. My husband appreciated the milk steamer on the coffee machine. I appreciated the indoor wood shutters on the windows. Chip and Courtney is also very proactive and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again when visiting Chincoteague in the future.

Had a nice mini stay over Easter weekend. Lovely home, so cute and comfortable. Loved the main bedroom with the covered porch. The house was so clean and everything worked really well, no issues at all during our stay.

Maria was very communicative and hospitable before and during our stay for anything we had questions about. The house was charming and was the perfect cozy stay during our March weekend at cape Charles! The beds are very comfy! Wish we stayed longer to enjoy more!

Kathleen’s place was just what we needed for a short trip away from the city. Very peaceful. Comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Kathleen was very communicative and checked in regularly, which we really appreciated.

We had a great time at Summer Camp! The location was great and very walkable. The place was exactly as described, and a nice size for two people. The shower was a bit small, but we knew this going in. There was a little hiccup on check-in, but Katie went above and beyond to accommodate us which was really nice. She made sure to communicate with us the whole time. Overall, this was a great little cottage and would definitely recommend.

Very good spot for a small family trip to Tangier (I came alone, so it was more than enough.) The house is spotless, and Travis has some extras there for his guests (coffee, water, fishing rods, board games for young kids on a rainy day.) Travis also sent me the phone number for an evening ferry off the island, which was extremely helpful. I had a great stay at Travis' place, and would stay here again. I hope to soon.

We’ve Thought of Everything So You Can Relax!

If you want to get away from it all and feel right at home, this is the place to be. The house is beautiful, the rooms were all spotless and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. I also loved the little porch and porch swing with a view of the pond. The beach and some good hikes (to see the ponies) are just a short drive away. Check-in was super easy with a personalized code. Michelle always responded immediately to any question we had. We really enjoyed our stay on Chincoteaque Island. It's unique place.

We had an amazing Spring break stay! The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect for adventures to Assateague and OCMD. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable with great amenities. The host was very responsive and helpful. We hope to return!

Adorable house—has all the charm of an older home along with modern kitchen/bathrooms. Great location—easy walk to the beach/shops—and easy parking. Lovely backyard patio. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at White Heron Cottage! It was clean, bright, and quiet. Ashley was incredibly responsive and made everything easy. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Sea Glass Cottage - The best relaxation vacation.

Sea Glass Cottage was a delight! The house was very clean, bright and totally charming! Doris has everything you could need for a couple nights or extended stay. I would suggest everyone who stays read her "Welcome" book. She has great suggestions for dining, sightseeing, art galleries, etc. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is VERY large. Onancock is a fun, charming town to visit. We will definitely return and, if Doris will have us, we'll be staying at Sea Glass Cottage. Thanks Doris for a great visit! Cheryl and Jerry

Lancaster Waterfront Historic Home

Sadia’s home on the river is a beautiful home in a very private and serene location. The house has been beautifully renovated for today’s comforts but it oozes with historical charm. The bedrooms worked out well for our needs for 5 adults. The house had a large kitchen for gathering, a cozy den for board games, a screened in back porch, and a lovely dock to sit by the water. We also enjoyed the fire pit while taking in the amazing stars. It really is such a special location. Kilmarnock is not too far away and offers shops snd restaurants but be aware that most businesses are closed on Sunday so do your town exploring on Saturday. We did run into a major plumbing issue upon our arrival. Sadia was extremely responsive and had a contractor at the house within an hour. Unfortunately the issue was not easily resolvable during our stay so we had limited water usage. Sadia was very easy to work with and we received a credit for our stay. It is truly a lovely home with a wonderful host.

Cozy Beach Cottage

I loved my stay at Barbara's little cottage, it is just the right size for one or two people and the kitchen is great , fully equipped, so I can prepare meals. it is local to Chincoteague National Park and to restaurants and gift stores. Barbara surprised me with a small gift under a small lighted tree as it was near the holidays and was very helpful with my every need. I will definitely stay again here next time I come!

Christy's house had everything needed for a two night stay or even a month long stay. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood about a 1/2 mile walk to downtown, but just down the street from the water. The house has a really cozy and screened outside space which is perfect during summer. Overall, the house is small but lives large.

Rivah Mojo Waterfront-off Rappahannock River

We thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable, peaceful stay in this house and took advantage of the waterfront for fishing off the dock and canoeing in the bay. The open plan kitchen and family room were great for relaxing and the picture windows were spectacular. While the kitchen is well equipped for home cooking, we highly recommend a visit to the Merroir Tasting Room and Deltaville Tap & Rawbar.

Fantastic location! The place is sparkling clean & great for a family stay! Fully equipped with everything you need! Walkable distance to the beach and the best of it all is the golf cart rental offered! So worth it! Very close to shops & restaurants! There’s a beautiful park right by the property for the parents to enjoy a walk and kids to enjoy their time after a beach day or for early mornings walks!

Our family had a fun little girls weekend at Deja Blu! It was the perfect size for four of us - cozy and comfy with sweet beach decor throughout! The house is conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach, making it easy to run home quickly if you need. The hosts have ensured the house is well-stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach...plus an outdoor shower! Quick and easy communication too!

Little Gray Beach House

we had an excellent time at the little grey house. its cute and comfy and the view is to die for. please do yourselves a favor and watch the sunrise at least once its beautiful. theres not much on the island itself for food but there are plenty of places to find good food near by. I highly recommend the pizza at southwind pizza. was really good. I promise you will enjoy your stay at. Will hopefully beable to book again next time were down in the area!

We had the pleasure of staying here during the winter while we looked for a place to live. It was perfect! Quiet and peaceful yet super close to all restaurants and stores. We had some snowfall and the views were stunning! Once it warmed up we even got to see some wild life in the woods behind us. Lovely huge porch! Lots of space in garden escape. Can bring the entire family and more!!! Nice big driveway for easy turned around. Patrick was beyond responsive for all my questions.Whether is was just informing be as something as simple as an Internet outage in the area or we had one situation with an unsure smell. Patrick acted immediately on the problem and it was resolved within 2 hours from start to finish. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This is my 3rd year staying at one of Lynn’s properties. It is in an amazing location very close to the reason/location that I visit each year. I love the home and plan to book here once a year every single year when ai visit the area. Great host, great home, and great location.
