Great little place. Very quiet building, location was great and within walking distance of all things downtown and Magnolia. Space was very clean and simple. Miller's communication was excellent.

This place was a fantastic getaway from the city. The area was peaceful, and the residents are very friendly. Loved that the place was walkable to the lake, and there was plenty of nearby trails as well. We forgot to bring a lot but the airbnb came with everything you could need. I was very impressed with how well stocked the place was. The hot tub of course was the cherry on top of it all. Rodney was so kind to allow my sister to visit as well. I mean really couldn’t have had a better experience, would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay for stopping in Waco for a few days on our way to Dallas. Visited the Magnolia Silos, Dr. Pepper museum and enjoyed hiking in Cameron park. Apt was in a great location and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Its nice and private in about a 15 minute you can be at any store or restaurant. I think its perfect

I enjoyed the host and location. I liked the extra lights in bathroom mirrors and windows. It is located in an area where you can’t find much for temporary living. The community is great. Accommodating and helped with my transition to living in this part of Texas. Many areas nearby. Big fridge and neighbors are spread out.

This place is the perfect location when visiting the Silos and the Dr. Pepper Museum. Short walking distance. Fabulous restaurant in the same building. Would definitely stay here again!

What an awesome experience! I felt right at home in this super cute cozy apartment. It has the most comfortable queen sized bed ever. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Location is great for visiting area attractions, and totally beats booking a hotel. Especially if you want to cook meals. The kitchen has everything that you need included a stocked coffee area. Plenty of gated parking available. I wish that I could have stayed longer. This will be my go moving forward when visiting Waco.

I stayed 10 days. The apartment was great. I really appreciated that all the TVs were signed into Netflix. The work desk was very comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. You are next to any tow truck place and across the street from a car repair. There was some noise first thing in the morning, but other than that I was able to go right back to sleep.
