I give this place 10 stars! Michelle was awesome to work with. She was AVAILABLE the entire time...from booking to check out and even let us know she found our grandaughters stuffed bear! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated and even the smallest details were given special attention-such as little paper cups in the bathrooms, coffee pods, spices, dishwasher soap, shampoo and cream rinse in every bathroom! Linens and towels were plush! We could walk to the playground, putt-putt, gym,pool, and tennis. PLUS there were no "hidden fees" to use the facilities. It was really nice to have access to an indoor pool as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this Air B&B, especially great for families! ALSO, we loved that Edisto does NOT have hotels or high rise condos...there were cool little shops/restaurants and we drove to Charleston to visit Patriot's Point in a lilttle over 1 hour! (Savannah is just a little over 2 hours drive) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VACATION SPOT!

We had a wonderful weekend to celebrate my bachelorette party. The house was beautiful and perfect for me and my girls. It was a cozy, relaxing, enjoyable weekend. Would totally stay here during my next stay in Charleston.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Lots of space. Really nice, warm pool. Kids loved elevator. Neighborhood was super walkable. So awesome for groups or families.

Alica's place is the perfect Edisto getaway. VERY clean and well kept with everything we needed (two adults; one 10 year old child). Plenty of space to spread out or gather together. Utensils, plates, pots and pans supplied; bring your own seasonings, cooking spray or oil. Unit has washer/dryer. Outdoor pool, playground, and putt-putt course are very easy walking distance (maybe 2-3 minutes); enclosed heated pool easier to access by driving or bike. Walk to beach is an easy 20-25 minute stroll one way. Key fob (included with reservation) gains access to all amenities along with a "private" cabana, bathrooms, and shower at the beach. Beach and most businesses and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Island grocery is sufficient. The only word of caution is that, like most Edisto homes, there are steps to enter and steps to get to bedrooms, so if accessibility is a concern, this is something to check into further. Alica responded immediately. Definitely recommend Alica's place!

The place was quaint and relaxing. I was only there to relax and it was exactly what I needed. The hottub and the boat swing brought me so much joy and relaxation.

What a great house! Lots of great space to hang out between the many TVs inside and outside, the game area on the ground floor, the pool, the bocce court. And when you want to leave the house it's great because you can easily walk to the beach or even to town.

We had so much fun in this home! Loved the big kitchen, dining, and living area to gather together. There was even another living space upstairs and plenty of bedrooms. Everything was clean and kitchen well equipped for meals in. Easy walk to the beach!

I cannot say enough great things about renting from the boys of HHI. They were so responsive thru out my booking process, leading up to the trip and during my stay. The house was wonderful and they had so many touches that made you feel right at home. The house had everything we needed and more for our stay. It is so rare to stay at an AirBnB and have the luxury of staying at a hotel (shampoo, body wash, coffee, snacks etc) but that’s what they provide. Highly recommend!

This is a great house in a perfect location on Folly! You can walk anywhere you need to go including the beach and Center Street (with all the restaurants/bars/shops)! The house was super clean and very well furnished! We will definitely look to book again!

The home was decorated beautifully, right out of a magazine. So cozy and welcoming and we slept great. I loved all the decks and the screened in porch. 10 out of 10.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here . Everything is as pictured everything needed is there . Very clean and just homey feeling when you walk in . When arriving the WiFi would not work just was buffering .. I called Nancy and right off she said well it was just working for me . Very smart and rude . Told me basically I did not know what I was doing .. then tryed saying the WiFi wouldn’t work inside sometimes .. her husband ended up coming over to fix the WiFi but was extremely nice .. he knew exactly what the problem was . Nancy was just very defensive and didn’t seem to care to resolve the issue … but her husband did . Overall we did enjoy our stay .
