We particularly enjoyed the sitting out on the deck soaking in the sunshine, and the outdoor shower was bliss. We appreciated your quick responses and helpful recommendations. We had an awesome couple of days at this property. The location was perfect for us, close to Bayfair, Bay Wave and just a quick walk to the beach. It was also only a quick drive down to the Mount and easily accessible to Bay Oval.

It was a good fit for our whole family, including our small dog. The location was a highlight, with the beach just a short walk away. The living area was cosy and worked really well for relaxing and watching movies on the rainy days.

A great place to stay for a long weekend. Right on the beach.

Great location near the beach and family friendly house with a backyard full of toys. Also near great coffee/lunch spots. Comfortable beds and good curtains. Outside deck and the house overall could use an upgrade as its all outdated and worn thin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house was pristine, very comfortable and had all we needed - was better than the pictures As a group staying for a surf competition at Papamoa was only a short distance to where we needed to be. We definitely look to stay here again as a first option next visit.

Rebecca has a beautiful place to host our group. We really enjoyed the pool, spa and the outdoor area for the kids. The house has lots of space to offer, it felt like home. We loved stay there, especially when the weather isn’t great, we still have plenty to do around the house. Thank you for hosting us.

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

Our big family had a great stay at Nathan’s place over the Easter weekend. There was lots to do including a hot tub, pool, dartboard, tennis court and games. Best yet, it is also home to lots of sheep and some chickens! During our stay we were able to enter the chicken coop and pick fresh eggs in the morning! Very lovely home and 100% would go back again.

The place was amazing, really nice and modern. Hosts were very friendly. Highly recommended if you are doing anything g in the Waikato (or Auckland as we did) wasn’t get to and from the expressway.

Always a pleasure to stay at Juliet's place. A wonderful, peaceful hideaway so close to town.

Let me just say, if i am ever in Tauranga again (from Florida), I know a fantastic B&B. Laura is a warm and welcoming host and her accommodation is clean, stylish, and comfortable. She is a detail person and it shows. We loved the neighborhood. Mount Maunganui was an easy drive and a great hike. The hot water pool at the base was relaxing. Laura cooked for us one night after a full day of activity. Delicious. Our stay at Laura's was a highlight of our NZ holiday.

Thanks Wendy for spoiling us soo much ! You just thought of everything ! From bikes, helmets and bike locks to doggy poo bags and water bowels .. even balls to play ! Chocolate and coffee, a quiet and super comfy bed, beach and grocery shopping around the corner .. what more could we ask for ?!!! Would love to come back ! 😉🙂🤗🤗🤗

Really great spot! Comfy and easy to get in and find. The breakfast and snacks were so appreciated especially since I got in late!

Lydia's place I can't recommend enough. we were over that way for a friend's Wedding which was just 7 minute walk from out accommodation. loved John the dog, he showed us around inside even sat down ( like welcome 🤣) really good spot 👌. Apart from been unwell I loved our stay and felt really safe.

Had a great stay, clean, heaps of space, comfortable beds, great shower, nice outdoor setting. Accidentally left a necklace over the stay and Jessica was kind enough to courier it back also free of charge!

We had a great stay! the home was clean and well presented and had everything we needed. Including a big box of toys that our 2 year old loved to play with!
