We had a good stay at Linley's place. Check-in was straightforward, and the house had everything we needed. Lots of nice dry firewood which was appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious home! It’s perfect for groups—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—just a short drive or walk into Hokitika town, which made it super convenient for dining and shopping. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and quick replies to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place if you're traveling with family or a group of friends. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for work, clean and tidy and would stay again

The house was big and clean! It was also well equipped. The surroundings were great but we didn't get the time to walk around. The host was responsive and helpful. Would recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Clean, tidy. lovely and quiet at night. we were worried a hostel would be noisy at night. All ages booked in. Young and elderly. Good friendly atmosphere

A unique and special experience! Outdoor bath in the moonlight was definitely a highlight. Kath, Dan and family were friendly and welcoming.

Place was so awesome! Nice clean, good space for 3 adults and 2 infants. There was some fresh eggs, fresh milk and mandarins! It was so amazing. As it's farm, in the morning me and my kid could see milking cow, some ducks and chickens with chicks. Shame that we couldn't stay one more day. I really recommend this place.

Wow!!! Where do I start? This has to be one of the best air b and b’s in NZ. The host has thought of everything! The outside deck area is lovely with a real fire and comfy sofas and a fab outdoor bath. Inside it is very tastefully decorated with lovely sofas and a huge tv! The kitchen was fab to cook in and you will find the local supermarket in Franz Joseph well stocked. Great bathroom and super comfy beds with high quality bedding. This place is a real find!

It was a great place to stay at. Right in the midst of the rainforest, with a private hot tub and sauna to our unit. Private and peaceful, yet close to everything out there. Property has everything you need and it felt cosy, luxurious and clean! Love it!

Perfect stop for us as we worked our way down the west coast. The room was super clean and really well-equipped, and the location was convenient and centrally located. Although we weren't able to stay long, this would have made a great home base for more explorations in the area.

A cute little and clean house with a well-equipped kitchen. You can see the sunset from the terrace. It got quite cold at night, but there's a heat lamp in the living room. The communication with Debbie was very good and we self-checked in without any problems.

Cabin was exactly as described, tucked in a peaceful setting while also only a short drive to the center of Franz Joseph. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and efficient, which was very helpful since we arrived a bit late and left a bit early. The cabin is cozy, but great size for our family of four. Thanks for hosting us. Would highly recommend.

We made a huge mistake when only booking this place for part of our stay. My thought was to jump around the South Island with my family at a couple stops. Had I known it was this awesome, then I would’ve booked our whole time at Anna’s. This place is exactly what my family loves. The kids will definitely be complaining about where we stay next. This property is AWESOME.

Lovely location. The house is lovely. It doesn’t have a washer and dryer but you can pay for one that is available to others. Would be nice if they gave you a voucher for use as you are paying a premium for staying at the house. Other than that, would recommend to others to stay here.

A great place to stay. Enjoyed watching the Keas playing in the trees around the house. The hot tub is a fantastic addition. Lovely rooms and well set up. Nice and private at the back of the Ranforest Retreat. Thank you for hosting us.
