The house is in excellent condition and well looked after. If I really have to say something about the place, probably be that the table tennis rackets could use a change. Overall the family loved the place and we enjoyed the time we had. Many thanks to the host!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hun’s house Jun was accomodating with flexible check in and check out and have clear instructions for check in On arrival Jun’s home was absolutely stunning and smelt so good!! It was super clean tidy and well organised. Merry loved the pool, spa and even coffee machine with pods provided Loved the use of washing machine and dryer Beds were comfy, great shower, plenty of parking space, nice safe area Couldn’t fault Jun’s home other than I did wish it had a couple of occasion lounge chairs that weren’t so low but that wasn’t really a big deal for us and if I could rate it a 20/10 I would definitely! Definitely recommend staying here!

After staying at Benny's we feel like we have come back from a beautiful remote island getaway. The outdoor area was so lush and it was so peaceful, we loved sitting outside and listening to the ocean waves in the distance. My partner and I struggled to be out at the check out time due to Aimz Games and the hectic traffic there was on top of school drop off being a 45 min drive turning into an almost 2 hour drive.. But Benny was super helpful, even going as far as helping me to carry my luggage for me! we highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet getaway by the sea. Absolutely loved it, wish we could have stated longer!!

A wonderful experience, clean and tidy, completely consistent with the description. The internet speed is excellent, there is ample sunlight in the yard and there are no mosquitoes or insects around in night as sleeping with the window open is stress free. There are all the tools needed for cooking in the kitchen. Thanks for everything!

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

Beautiful stay, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay at an affordable price.

We loved our stay at Katie’s house. She was always quickly responsive to help us settle in. The community is beautiful, and it is such an easy walk to the most incredible beach and the house has all the modern amenities and lots of out door deck space. Great house for hanging out but also easy to get everywhere. Mount Manganui only 12 min away, Tauranga 15. We are from New York and were visiting family and we lucked out having a play room filled with toys for our 3 year old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again if we come to this area.
