We really enjoyed our stay - perfect for a group of couples and walkable to the train and to Brewtown where we were attending a concert. Willem was a friendly and accommodating host - highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Suzanne’s. Their home is very spacious, lots of beautiful natural light and had absolutely everything we needed. An easy walk up into the hills to Butterfly Creek and very close to the beach. The house was very well equipped and Suzanne and Glen were fantastic to deal with. It was also a very quiet neighbourhood and we loved the bird life. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely little place. The furniture is all very cosy and comfortable and we felt right at home. Michael and Joan reached out multiple times to check that we were okay. Lots of amenities and very easy to find.

We had a wonderful time at Ros's place. Waikanae Beach was a perfect place for our month long stay, with the beach just a few minutes walk away. The house has a lovely interior, the photos don't do it justice. We especially liked having breakfast in the outdoor space. Most of all we enjoyed exploring the area on the bikes.

What a beautiful house, definitely felt very Wellington! Love the area, loved the house, gave us a flavour of being a local. Kit was helpful and responsive. Thank you for having us!

Loved! Loved! Loved! Nicola’s place was home away from home! As soon as I opened the door, I felt totally at peace ! My mum who had a recent knee surgery also felt the same ! Skye my Schnoodle was in heaven ! Nicola has an eye for detail and looked after the smallest of things , there are even dog toys ! Lots of cooking items for those who wish to cook - we did ! Coffee machine was a bonus ! Loved the different areas you could sit and relax .. also loved the beach decor - beautiful and calming and 5 minutes from the beach ! ❤️💕

We had a fantastic stay at Linsay's place! The house is very well stocked and the toys and table tennis were a huge hit with our family. The house is very spacious to easily accommodate a group and in very close proximity to the beach. We appreciated Lindsay accommodating and early check in for us and being a very friendly and responsive host.

The Retro Retreat was a fun family friendly home - there was ample space for our family and lots of fun kid friendly activities to do. the kids particularly liked the play room and had great fun with the outdoor train set. We enjoyed the fact thee was also a gaming set up for the older kids too. We enjoyed our dinner outside by the fireplace and the kids enjoyed making smores too. It was a great location for the event we had travelled for and was easy to find. There was a great folder of information about the property which we all found really interesting - such a cool additional touch. Highly recommend, we had a really comfortable stay.

Jackie’s place suited us well. Bed was comfy, shower was great and the BBQ in the courtyard was very useful. Jackie was a great host, chatty and very welcoming.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The apartment is well furnished and the sea view is truly stunning. We loved our time here and will be back if we’re ever in the area again. Easy drive to downtown Wellington and Lyall Bay is lovely to explore as well.

The apartment was perfect for our needs - so great to be so close to the waterfront, and nice and spacious.

Linda's home was the perfect place to land coming off the ferry from the south island. The kitchen was well appointed in the bed and linens were comfy. Just steps from the beach, it is a great place to catch a sunset or to take an extended walk along the miles of beach. We would definitely recommend Linda's home to future guests.

Gemma’s place was clean and comfortable she was a very responsive host! The flat is in a brilliant location to explore Wellington and we had a very relaxing stay.

location was fantastic. Everything on the doorstep with great access to bars, Te Papa & the waterfront. A small balcony we loved to people watch from.

Lynette and Mike are the kind of hosts who take an already amazing stay and make it truly exceptional. Their Airbnb is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked, and full of little touches—like luxurious robes—that make you feel completely at home. But what really sets this place apart is Lynette and Mike themselves.Even before our trip began, Lynette went out of her way to offer helpful travel tips, answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. She even encouraged us to reach out during our stay if we needed ideas for the rest of our trip. Their generosity didn’t stop there—when we unfortunately had a car accident on our first day, they went above and beyond to help. They spent the day assisting us with getting a new rental car and offering genuine care and support. It was far more than we ever could have expected, and we are deeply grateful.This Airbnb was already perfect for our needs, but Lynette and Mike made it even more special.

Myself and my two friends had a wonderful stay in this AirBnb. Adam was the perfect host! He was always very responsive and helpful if we ever needed anything. He was also very accomodating and flexible with check in, which we are very grateful for. The location is fantastic, situated close to local amenities and public transport. The apartment itself is spacious and cosy with spectacular views of the city! It is fully equipped with everything we needed for the perfect stay. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! 😊

This was by far one of the best airbnbs I've stayed in not just because of the central location of the beautiful house, but primarily because of the awesomeness of the host Brenda. She is extremely accomodating and helpful. She was available whenever I texted. Her house is located centrally and is better than how it is described. It has partial bay view, and is even taller than the nearby hotels. Super convenient paid parking available within the building if requested beforehand. Walkable from Lambton Quay. If this airbnb is available, go ahead and book without any doubt.

Loved Wayne’s place. He really thought of everything from the washer and dryer and providing laundry detergent to all the kitchen equipment and lovely breakfast. Eating at the table was surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees-so peaceful! I especially loved that he offered to bring us coffee in the morning-so thoughtful and much better than instant!! We had so much room and so many places to relax in comfortable chairs and couches. I only wish we could have stayed there longer!

Fantastic location! Walkable to Cuba Street and Courtenay Place. The place itself was very clean and homely. We would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay during Wellington Fringe Festival. Easy to get around to venues for the festival and for other site seeing. Loved exploring Wellington from this place. Home well stocked and comfortable like a fun friend had lent you their flat.

My wife and children stayed at Craig’s place and it was top notch!! Everything about the place was just what we wanted, the view, the close proximity to the CBD, the modern decor and all the furnishings. They have honestly thought of everything you could possibly need while enjoying your break away in Wellington!! Would 100% recommend and definitely use again. Craig met all our needs and proved to be an excellent host.
