We had a group of six and this property was spacious and lovely. The furnishings were all of great quality, all of the group commenting on how comfortable the beds were. The view is simply stunning, and if you don't have a reason to head out you could spend hours looking out to the water while catch up with family - which is exactly what we did. Highly recommended. We will be back!

This is our family’s third stay at Charlotte’s and we hope it won’t be our last! Our family feels very comfortable staying here and can’t rave about it enough. There is everything you need, it’s a great location and Charlotte is amazing as a host and communicator. We are so grateful that Charlotte has had us back time and again.

Absolutely amazing location amongst rolling farmland. Beautiful, private beach within walking distance, no light pollution equaling breathtaking stars and for the nerds out there - Weathertop from Lord of the Rings is nearby! The house has everything you’d need, including one super soft bed and one super firm bed, satisfying both kinds of picky sleepers. The hosts were very friendly and responsive while also allowing us privacy - if you’re looking for peace and solitude, this property is it! There is zero cell phone coverage in this area but the WiFi worked perfect. We will definitely be back!

Lovely clean house with spacious living areas and a large deck. Great views of estuary. Walking trails close by, and walkable to town. Very enjoyable stay.

We had a great time at Lena's unfortunately it rained every day and the tide was out during the day so hard to take advantage of the canoe and bike option. But great art shops and wonderful restaurants . The local pub was a highlight. Great coffee close by as well as shops. Loved the ocean surf beach views just 5 mins drive away.

I had such a wonderful stay at this cozy house! The host was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is just perfect—so close to the beautiful Hamilton Lake and downtown. I highly recommend this lovely place! A big thank you to Alyssa for your amazing hospitality!

I was part of a wedding party for days-long wedding festivities up the road and Jeremy and Rae's Tiny House was the perfect retreat from the chaos – as well as a blissful place for us to do hair and makeup looking out over the peaceful paddocks! Jeremy and Rae are super lovely, helpful and friendly and I really appreciated the little extras – from chocolate biscuits in a tin, to bringing coffee while we were getting ready for the wedding. Highly recommend The Tiny House for a rural escape that's not too far from AK City!

We absolutely loved this place. The patio views are way better in real life than in the photos plus we had perfectly clear skies to watch the stars from the hot tub. We spent most of our time in town or on the patio and enjoyed the views day and night. Even though it’s near town and the owners live upstairs, we felt like it was really private. We had 2 adults and 2 kids 14 and 16 years old and there was enough chairs and space for all of us. The toilet and the shower are separate which makes sharing one bathroom easier. We also loved having access to the paddle boards and kayaks, we just didn’t have enough time to use them. It’s worth noting that one of the bedrooms is attached to the living room and the kitchen isn’t a full kitchen. This didn’t bother us one bit as we spent most of our time outside and eating out but is worth knowing for planning purposes. We will 100% stay again the next time we visit raglan. My family very much enjoyed our night at Rachael's place. The kids spent hours in the pool and we had a bbq in the lovely outdoor space. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. My bed was comfy with nice bed linen etc. I especially enjoyed using the beautiful bathtub. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We'd be happy to stay there again

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful area, private setting, and a great location to access everything Hamilton has to offer. If you want a quiet and peaceful stay in the Hamilton area and friendly hosts, I would highly recommend this stay!

Exceeds expectations and all the comforts of home. I settled in and loved my time at Cosy Cottage. I highly recommend it; especially if you love the beautiful countryside and scenic vistas.

I stayed at the cottage for a week and it was a very peaceful place to stay. Very cute cottage, comfortable bed and couch, lots of space. Felt very welcome there. Definitely a great place for anyone looking for somewhere more quiet.

Simple but a serene place to stay, lovely place if you have dogs, heaps of area to play around it.

Eloise’s place was perfectly located for our needs. Everything we needed was either a short walk or less than 5 minute drive away. The accommodation was comfortable with enough space for two people to spread out.

We had a comfortable 4 nights at Steve’s place. Enjoyed the lake views and garden, kitchen was well equipped and ease of access to the lake.

Loved the bungalow - it took you back in time with the leadlights but reminded you with all the modern amenities that you were still in the 21st century. It was so close to Claudelands to take a walk to the Zuru night glow and it seemed like everything else was only 10mins away. Thank you for having us and answering all the questions. We had the best time would absolutely visit again.

Everything was perfect! I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Louise was great to talk to and communicate with. The accommodation was spotless and beautiful. Beds were comfortable! Would love to stay again.
