Wonderful place! Everything in great condition, unit very clean and well equiped. Would absolutely stay again. Also pool was lovely, hot tub fantastic for cooler days. And all common facilities well maintained. Nice location slightly out of town, flat and easy walk in. Meant we had a quiet night sleep in a busy town! Hayley was really quick to respond to messages and everything was as stated (I’d argue even nicer than the photos).

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The unit was spacious, light and very private. It had all the amenities you would need. Also very clean and tidy. Silvana and Neno were fabulous hosts! We would highly recommend this spot to our family and friends. Thank you for having us!

A decent sized studio in a great location. Communication from Cannelle was great, she was responsive and gave us a late check out. No air con but it wasn't too bad at this time of the year.

Perfect stay at Josh’s place which is very well located next to Ponsonby road. Calm, clean and sunny appartment with all necessary amenities. Highly recommended for your trip in Auckland !

My two sisters and I had a great stay. The unit is light, sunny and had everything we needed. Very good walking distance to the Viaduct area and downtown Auckland. It was lovely sitting on the wee balcony in the morning and evening, with the Harbour bridge lit up in the distance. Pam left good information, and responded immediately with helpful advice to the only question we had. This was an excellent spot to base ourselves for a weekend in the city, we would come again.

We loved our stay with Clint and Jessie. They are so kind and welcoming and very responsive! The place was very clean and tidy and we felt right at home. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Leon and Alex were very kind and perfect hosts. They always asked us if we need anything and if everything is okey. Even when I got sick they helped us and gave us some medicine and a thermometer. The accommodation was very clean and we felt directly comfortable. The kitchen is very nice and there are a lot of things already in there like spices, sugar,… We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it for anyone.

Great place for a weekend or business stay. Well-maintained and close to Queen Street. Convenience store across the road. Will definitely stay again!

What a great base to explore National Park. This is not a “professional” Airbnb but their vocational home and it feels Ike one. This is a very nice surprise vs 100s of faceless Airbnb locations which. Everything was clean, kitchen was stacked. We can confirm that outdoor hot tub is there and operational. We did not use it but the water was hot and views were nice. The only small issue: no shampoo, only body soap ( or we did not find it). Not a big deal as we had some but was surprising given how stocked the house is. Thank you Debbie for letting us stay.

The place was exactly as depicted. It was clean and spacious, excellent for an extended stay in Auckland!

A quite location lots of space inside and good flow to covered outside area. Spa was clean and great to use. Having a garage was great for storing bikes. A quick ride to the forest for mtb trails. Also handy to supermarket airport and restaurants.

Our family loved staying at Heemi's home for a short holiday and to move our son into University. The house was clean, comfortable and clutter free, with high-quality furniture, a lovely kitchen and comfortable beds. The number of bedrooms (4), toilets (2) and showers (2) made it perfect for our family of 5. The house layout is excellent with bedrooms separated from the living areas. Excellent off-street parking. Only a short drive up the road to Hamilton City itself for shops/places to eat. Heemi was very responsive to messages and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you Heemi!

Second visit to this little cabin. It’s perfect for a couple of days away with our elderly German Shepherds. Fully fenced year and enough room for them to lay out on the grass or deck.

we've stayed at 6 bachs in Piha now, and this is the best. not cheap, but you get what you pay for. great facilities, great decor and lots of nice touches and location is unbeatable with views over the beach. one thing is that the upstairs and downstairs are 2 separate units both with their own bathrooms and kitchens. this would be great for 2 couples, one with a kid or two, but the levels are not internally connected. we just had it for the two of us and never went to the lower level.

We bought family together from various places. So it helped a lot to have clear instructions and especially that Charlene went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We also appreciate the assistance with a late change in timing due to travel issues. The balcony area was particularly appreciated to get a cool breeze and nice view!

We stay in short-term rentals a LOT. Searching for an exceptional property where you know you will be comfortable and enjoy your time there can be stressful. Let me make it easy for you. The 40+ five-star ratings this property has are for good reason. If this property is available for your desired dates, stop searching and book it. The only nit-picky complaint we had was the lighting in the main bedroom's bathroom. There is a window opposite the mirror. While it provides great natural light, you must keep the shade down when using the mirror. Otherwise, the backlight makes it difficult to see your face clearly in the mirror. Bottom line: whether you are staying for a couple of days or several weeks, you will be very happy that you landed in this lovely property.

Great host, clear instructions, respond to questions fast. Apartment was clean, cozy, spacious with excellent views! We, a family with 4 adults enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Linley's apartment was perfect! A beautifully setup place to relax in which had everything you needed, even down to a portacot for our little one. There a as also a swimming pool, spa and a carpark available. A quick walk to lovely cafes, and the Viaduct and downtown CBD. Just a perfect location! Linley was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and we would most definitely recommend a stay at this awesome air bnb. Thanks so much for everything Linley, and also to Karin! 🙂

Geoff & Bee's place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The location is practically at the foot of the mount and the building has access on two sides allowing us to go one direction for our hike around or up the mount and the other direction to go directly across to the beach. Also it is about a 5 minute walk into town with lots of great restaurants and shops to visit. Geoff & Bee's Airbnb was exactly how it was described, very neat and clean with everything we needed to stay for several weeks. The unit also has a washer and dryer which was a big plus since we exercised and went to the beach pretty much every day. Also the bed was super comfy which made for a goodnight sleep each night. The building is well run and was very quiet. We got to meet Geoff & Bee for coffee and they are an absolutely lovely couple and terrific hosts!
