I love this place. A beautiful old Villa, full of character. extremely well looked after and laid out. Lovely furniture and decor which enhances its character and is very comfortable. Ella answered all my questions and had someone on hand to help with a couple small issues. She was fantastic to deal with. I have no hesitation to recommend her and this home.

Fe has set up a great little retro cottage which worked well for a family gathering in Rotorua. It had everything we needed and just loved the spa in the backyard. We did find the beds a bit too soft but that can be a personal preference. Fe was a great host who explained everything very thoroughly

We stayed for 10 nights whilst visiting our daughter in Taupo - it felt like home from home! Very well equipped, comfortable bed, brilliant shower and easy walk to the lakefront and local amenities. Highly recommended!

Our family really loved our stay here, it was so peaceful and quiet… the house has homey feel and a hour drive from the beautiful beaches, we loved that the cows were right outside our fence, lots to enjoy! Thank you !

Location is excellent - the main high street is a few minutes walk away, and in 10 mins you can be on the beach. Facilities are exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Kitchen was a little dated but fully functional and had everything needed to throw together an easy meal. The shower over the bath only just reached the top of my head so anyone tall would have to get creative! Communication was excellent start to finish. Clear instructions. A very helpful book with tips and ideas of places to go. Would absolutely book again. Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay, it was very clean and situated in the industrial area away from town (town 10min walk)lovely spot. Communication with Shelley was great. Easy access. Would highly recommend. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Really great property to stay in city limits and all the amenities were nearby. Easy to get to city as we used uber cost less than $10 compare to parking in city. Lots of restaurants near also. Only downside for me is if any guest had knee problems or hate steps both bedroom & toilets are upstairs. other than that good value for money and friendly hosts.

I cannot fault this property. My wife and I had a wonderful weekend, the place looks even better than in the photos. The tiny house is chic, cosy, modern, has an incredible sound system, extremely comfy bed, proper little coffee machine, the hot tub was always hot, there was fresh fruit, herbs and flowers from the garden provided - these hosts really go the extra mile! We loved meeting Jeremy and Rae to greet us when we arrived. They recommended the coolest little secret beach ⛱️ they were super relaxed about us bringing our dog. We would love to come back. This is definitely a place we will highly recommend to our friends and family. We feel so relaxed and restored. Thanks you two!

Quirky fun layout. Very practical & roomy enough for 9 guests. The kids loved that the pool was available even though it was Easter weekend. Roszarri was very helpful and welcoming.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay

Had a lovely staycation here. Inside the house is very cozy and comfortable. Had great views of mountains and valleys, and was overall very peaceful. Cherry and Murray communicated well and made everything easy. Awesome airbnb :)

The place was amazing, really nice and modern. Hosts were very friendly. Highly recommended if you are doing anything g in the Waikato (or Auckland as we did) wasn’t get to and from the expressway.

Always a pleasure to stay at Juliet's place. A wonderful, peaceful hideaway so close to town.

Let me just say, if i am ever in Tauranga again (from Florida), I know a fantastic B&B. Laura is a warm and welcoming host and her accommodation is clean, stylish, and comfortable. She is a detail person and it shows. We loved the neighborhood. Mount Maunganui was an easy drive and a great hike. The hot water pool at the base was relaxing. Laura cooked for us one night after a full day of activity. Delicious. Our stay at Laura's was a highlight of our NZ holiday.

While a little way out of Hamilton, the drive is well worthwhile as Gilmore Manor is a delightful accommodation, set in a glorious formal garden and the guest's outdoor area is beautifully framed, and therefore quite private, by formal and informal planting.

Lydia's place I can't recommend enough. we were over that way for a friend's Wedding which was just 7 minute walk from out accommodation. loved John the dog, he showed us around inside even sat down ( like welcome 🤣) really good spot 👌. Apart from been unwell I loved our stay and felt really safe.

Paula's place was great! Such a great location to stay at in Auckland. Plenty of space with 2 separate rooms with Queen sized beds. Very nice washroom. We really appreciated how friendly and welcoming Paula and her partner were. Recommended for a amazing, relaxing stay in Auckland!

We loved our time here. Sharlene was helpful and we had no problems finding the house or while we were there The kitchen was supplied with so many extras including basic food items and cooking equipment etc. All the bedrooms were super comfortable and overall we felt totally at home. A special family time for us all. It rained the whole time we were there but we embraced the quiet and loved the bird life. A family of Tuis in the enormous Puriri tree kept us entertained! I would totally recommend to anyone.

Sue’s place is exactly as described on the listing. Bedrooms are all generous in size and beds are very comfortable. Essentials such as salt / pepper were all supplied and we took the option to pay extra to have the linen included which was super convenient. Woolies is a 5 min walk away and also the Ostend Markets (Saturday mornings). Sue is super helpful and very responsive - I would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, it was bliss. Beautiful location, cute accommodation and good facilities. Breakfast bits an added bonus. Cambridge nearby was handy for BBQ bits, although we struggled to work the BBQ but our host came to the rescue! The biggest compliment we can give is that we are gutted we only had one night here. Would definitely stay here again if we ever visit NZ.

We had a lovely few days at Sue’s place. We flew in from the UK super early and Sue was kind enough to let us check in early. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the furniture was very very comfortable (perfect for the jet lag). And the bathroom was a thing of dreams. Sue was very friendly and responsive to messages but was happy to just let us crack on. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Auckland, closer to nature but still very close to the main city.

We loved all of the animals and having a cute place to chill. The outdoor bath and brazier were a great hit with our son. We all loved having a family BBQ on the last night as didnt feel the need to head out. Highly recommend Ninas 2 bedroom pod for a family of 3. Will definitely stay again.
