We had a lovely time at the Airbnb, super clean, super comfortable beds, had all the amenities/appliances needed and the appartement is in a great location. The door code makes the stay very easy as well (flexible arrival time and no key to share). I would 100% recommend this Airbnb with a lovely and accommodating host!

Great base for us in Rotarua. Would thoroughly recommend. Tony is a really nice guy and was always available if we had any questions. The cats were very friendly especially Socks who loved a lap sit outside. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Had a great stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies, close to bus stops and local parks. I recommend this stay.

Amazing place, well thought out with board games for kids and adults as well as toys in the closet. Comfy beds and quiet area. Would stay here again.

Beautifully decorated, warm and cosy retreat, French doors were open out to the awesome outdoor area and the sun streaming inside. Wow.

We booked the Modern Apartment by Rugby Stadium, as business accommodation for guests travelling from overseas. Elaine was a fantastic host and catered to their needs. This flat is the perfect retreat for those seeking both inspiration and grounding in an unparalleled setting. My mother and I needed a quiet place to rest and recharge; this home overlooking the garden and sea was truly extraordinary. The apartment, with its bay windows, is perfect—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. We spent our days marvelling at the lush garden, chatting in the spa or gazing out at the open sea—watching surfers and letting the rhythmic crash of the waves lull us into deep relaxation. I can't stress enough how magical the garden is—every corner is bursting with life, from vibrant flowers to fruit trees, herbs, and vegetables. We cooked with the windows wide open, letting in the fresh air and ocean breeze, and dining outside, immersed in the scents and sounds of nature. Julls and the team were fantastic—warm, welcoming, and attentive. Just a few minutes from world-class surf and fifteen minutes from Raglan, this home is a true oasis, radiating love and care.

We had a great time in the apartment, it is super clean (even cleaner than hotels), cozy and comfortable. The landlord is warm hearted, turned on light and heat before we checked in. The bed was equipped with electric blankets, which made it warm, and we had a good sleep with it. 👍🏻

We loved our 12 day stay and didn't want to leave. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, heated bathroom floors, adequate kitchen, bifold doors opening into lovely private courtyard gardens and then there is the panoramic view of the lake. Oh and the delux spa!! What a treat. Luxurious accomodation. Value plus! We will be back.
