Great location. Stunning views from the balcony. Leslie was very flexible that let us check-in earlier due to our earlier flight arrival.

Honestly we were hesitant arriving because the building is outdated but the condo itself was spotless, very clean & full of amenities. We did a load of laundry and soap was provided and the kitchen was fully stocked, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable and my kids loved that they got to blow on the shell every evening. No complaints here. Mahalo for our stay! 🐚

This was our favorite place to stay in Maui!!! It was so beautiful! The windows with all the natural light was great! Cross the street and you’re on the beach! Marie left a sweet welcome card and some local treats as well which was such a nice gesture!

This was a beautiful place that truly looked exactly like the photos. Gabriel was always responsive and this place has everything you need for your stay in Maui. I highly recommend it!

It was a lovely unit! The master bedroom and bath are very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The pool/hot tub area was very nice and the beach is right there where you don’t have to walk across a road to get to it. The only thing I would change is to have the pool open earlier in the morning and later in the evening. We are usually so busy on vacations, by the time we get down to enjoy the pool, it’s 8 or 9:00 at night. I loved it there and would definitely come and stay again!!

This was our second visit to Luana Kai, but our first stay at A305. It exceeded all our expectations! The apartment’s kitchen & bathrooms are newly updated. Both rooms have very comfortable king beds - always hard to find! The view is amazing! We love that Luana Kai sits on a park, just before the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching folks walk their pups, play pickleball, and enjoy the beautiful sunset each night. You can easily walk to great restaurants, food trucks, & coffee shops - and you’re a 10-15 minute drive to Wailea Shops and Beach Walk. Leslie was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions & requests. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked a return visit for next year!

The condo was centrally located, a short drive to everything on the island. A beautiful setting and view from the balcony, we saw whales breeching during breakfast. Beach was narrow but nothing beats being able to walk out your door and swim in the ocean. Pool was nice as was the view from the pool. We also walking the beach in both directions.

This place was outstanding! Beautiful beach location. Beautiful condo with great amenities. Lots of restaurants and activities in the area.

Location was great — could easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of fans to keep cool along with an A/C unit. Overall was a great place to stay.

This condo was perfect for our three week visit. Comfy beds …even the cot our daughter slept on for the time she joined us was cozy. The bathroom was well stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash, and lots of nice of towels. Wonderful sand free beach towels too. The kitchen was a dream. Great pots and pans, good knives and nice dishes. The decor in Kandi‘s condo is peaceful and calm and feels just like the ocean on Maui. We have already booked our time there next year, and cannot wait to return. Kandi does a great job of anticipating “staple needs” for normal living and is responsive and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend her as a host.

This is a great condo. it had a very well stocked kitchen, and all the beach necessities like chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear. The lanai had great views of the water. the only thing that could have been better was the kitchen lighting. We had some light bulbs out, and they quickly replaced bulbs, but overall the kitchen doesn't have enough light and cooking, especially at night, was hard. Even making coffee in morning required cell phone light to see. Additional lighting would make the place great, but it was pretty dang good even with less light in kitchen.

Beautiful view! Clean condo, and all the amenities you need for your stay. The resort was awesome! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub multiple days. Close to everything you could want or need! Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Maui! Book it! You won’t be disappointed!

We loved staying at this Airbnb! This is our favorite building in Kihei and we always try to find properties here. We really appreciated how well stocked the apartment was -- it was such a pleasure to not have to worry about how many towels we used. Also, the air conditioning was better in this condo than any of the others that we have stayed in in this building. The hosts were really communicative and accommodated a late checkout for us, which was super helpful.

The condo provided everything you would need. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the lanai and made use of the community grill a few steps from the unit. Parking is convenient, the pool is close by, the view of the sunset is beautiful from the pool area, the grounds are very well kept and the neighborhood is great for morning walks. Host was great communicator and flexible with check-in time. The unit sits along the entrance road, so there is a little traffic noise from delivery vehicles and cars coming and going.

This is my new favorite place that I have ever stayed. I hope to be back. I have done a road trip around the entire big island and a trip around Maui, also spent some time is O'hau. this is the most peaceful place with the an amazing view. I wish we had rented it for our entire trip around Maui instead of renting other places along our way.

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Luana Kai. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed for our time there. There was plenty to do right in Kihei and we had a great time.

Great stay

Beautiful condo in Kihei with every possible amenity to make you feel right at home. Private and peaceful with a pool, beach access. Perfect for getting around to snorkeling which was nearby. Access to stores too. Great place from which to visit Haleakala as well!

ALL I CAN SAY IS AMAZING! Your trip to Maui could possibly be the best part of your vacation if you decide to stay with David and Dawn. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, we felt extremely welcomed with the vast amount of information related to everything from grocery stores to restaurants and tourist activities. We were welcomed with a personalized card, a box of chocolates and fresh fruit from the trees in the yard. The house was well appointed right down to the first aid kit and ear plugs. Coffee, detergent, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. were available for our consumption/use. The town of Makawao and Paia are just a 25 minute drive where you can experience cute little shops and restaurants or drive a little further to one of the many beautiful beaches. The view from the balcony during the day & evening was amazing including all of the wildlife. Get ready to climb up into your bed which is at window level so that you can look out at the stars.

The location and view were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, we did notice some noise at night from the laundry area and people, and it was a bit surprising when people entered the garden to work without prior notice. A little more communication in these instances would have made the experience even better

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 2 weeks over the Christmas period with our two children. we found the unit to be very well equipped with everything we could have needed for our stay. the kitchen in particular was great with newer cabinets and marble-look countertop - it was all very easy to keep clean through our stay. The washer and dryer inside the unit was a plus and super convenient - it meant that we could pack less for our trip since we could do laundry throughout our stay. The suite overlooked the ocean and the pickleball courts, so there was always some people-watching potential. As a relatively small complex, it was nice to recognize faces at the pool or in the parking lot throughout our stay - it does have the feel of a small community. The location of the complex itself was wonderful. it had the convenience of being very close to all the restaurants of Kihei without being directly in the action. This meant less traffic but could pick up takeout within 5 minutes.
