Fantastic spot to enjoy the amazing location around the lakes and McKenzie District and of course Maadi Cup! A great house that had everything we needed in a very quiet and scenic place.

A rainy weekend away and Rachael's place did not disappoint. Plenty of games to play and spacious area to entertain.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison correspondait à nos attentes. La cuisine est très bien équipée (plat à gratin, saladier, ustensiles de cuisine, …) et le lieu est très calme, nous avons pu apprécier la nature autour. Je recommande !

Great place to stay , with a wonderful lake playground so close by. Enjoyable evening out at the local Pub too.

We had a great stay at Frog Lodge - it was wonderful to be able to stay at such a lovely home that also welcomed our dogs. The fenced yard was perfect for them and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the afternoon sun. We had such great communication from Jan in the lead up that we had no questions or concerns and everything went smoothly. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area and would 100% recommend a stay in Autumn, such a beautiful time of year in the area.

Great location to town and small park, all just a block away. Kitchen was setup nicely. large refrigerator. easy checkout. Nick flower outside, great sunset and sunrise.

We had a lovely cosy stay at Glenny’s place. The location was lovely and peaceful surrounded by birds song. The fire is very efficient and heats the Cottage up very fast with no shortage of firewood!

A magical place to wake and watch a beautiful dawn rise above the mist and to sit and hear tui and fantail calling at sunset. Everything you could wish for in a home from home been thought of. Definitely come back again.

We had a beautiful stay in Otematata, very peaceful and clean - exactly as described in the listing! Nice touches too; a selection of teas, plenty of extra blankets, and a well equipped kitchen. This place is such great value, and I’d love to come back! Thanks Robyn and Ross :)

Cute little apartment with everything you need. Would have definitely stayed longer than 2 nights if our itinerary allowed it. If we return, we would book it again :)

Place was exactly what we needed to break up our drive. Moragh was fantastic, and we really appreciated them leaving the lights on for us as we were arriving after dark. We particularly liked the little touch of Easter chocolates! Thanks again for having us ☺️

Loved the location for what we required, lovely park across the road and great spot for getting around the small town. Nice and clean accommodation and super easy to find and access. Would love to visit again

Very cozy and comfortable place that just feels like home. Super clean and you can find everything you need. I could see that the place has been furnished and decorated with good taste :) We stayed two nights and it was perfect to visit lake Takepo and Mt Cook area. There are a lot of nice things one could do in the area, but we did not have enough time. I would love to come back here and stay at Kathy‘s place. The place seems a little bit remote. That’s why it’s very calm and peaceful, but without a car it would have been difficult. Fortunately we had a car.
