Lovely place to stay, quiet, and a great deck to sit out and watch the sun go down

lovely location, walked into the village and enjoyed the close proximity to the communal pool. House was clean, well equipped and had a great layout. highly recommend

We had a great time here - family travelling with grown up children and partners who loved the hot tub and deck particularly. Thoughtfully designed property - we managed to do some laundry! Kitchen had everything we needed - we cooked as one of us is vegan. Tracy was in incredibly helpful when we had a flat tyre and needed to have it repaired - local recommendation and all done and dusted at very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The house is huge. And perfect for us. The garden with the play house, trampoline and all the cars was a blast for the kids. Good location for Napier as well as in town itself. Friendly and helpful neighborhood.

We had a fantastic stay - this house way exceeded expectations. We stayed as a large family group with a mix of ages and the property was safe and comfortable for everyone. Excellent layout and everything you need. Just like home away from home. Barry was an amazing host who communicated well and very quick response time. Thank you so much for a great stay! A well appointed, beautiful property. It had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. We especially enjoyed the home away from home away from home Ie the sleepout - very cool! The host was very responsive to our requests. The beds were very comfortable. We highly recommended.

Beautiful home very near Ohakune town center (with easy beautiful outdoor walks to and from the property). Views and space itself exceeded already high expectations set by the photos. Well equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches from the spa, kitchen and bathroom supplies, to the fireplace and TV streaming options.

We were very delighted to be able to stay at this property perfect location and exactly what we needed, our host were very responsive to all of our queries and concerns 100% recommend when visiting Hawke's Bay

Magical! We adored our long weekend here. The perfect getaway for some relaxation and beautiful surroundings. Our kids loved the animals and us adults loved all the games and hot tub. Will absolutely visit again.

Sarah's place was perfect for our group. Plenty of room, the spa and pool was a lovely bonus and allowed us to relax and enjoy her beautiful home. A short drive to town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Like Philippa stated when villa finishes renovation it definitely looks grand and posh. But still loved interiors tastefully decorated furniture and personal touches. All of us enjoyed something different than normal air b&b experience. Thanks

These guys are the model for an Airbnb setup. Only one thing worth mentioning is that there is no WiFi so just a heads up on that! Beautiful spot

From a host perspective, Huong was very responsive, flexible and accommodating to our needs. We had a group of 10 staying at this location and it was unique and allowed us to stay together for a family wedding. In general, the place was as described. There were a handful of maintenance and cleaning items that could have been improved, but these did not distract from our stay at all. We had a large group and the garbage/recycling was a bit of a challenge without a vehicle the first few days, but we managed that too. The home is distinct and one of a kind, with rich history. The long drive was a great test for us and Uber drivers alike!! The grounds provide its own opportunity to explore and do some hiking and such. The views are incredible. I appreciate the opportunity to stay here. I understand the property remains for sale and look forward to see how this unfolds.

What a beautiful spot! Great view from deck, kitchen and hot tub of the volcano and loved having a few different spots to relax depending on time of day. Good distance to the volcano for hiking but also the amenities of the house were great, as well as neighbouring highland cows!

Absolutely loved our stay! We just stayed for the afternoon to get away from the city. The area was absolutely stunning, the accomodation was cute, and there were lot's of lovely animals running around. Our host was very hospitable and walked us to the accomodation (5 minute walk). He even had the hot tub filled with hot water for us. Very highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

A perfect place for a cozy stay near the beach - loved it. The outdoor bath and BBQ are incredible, and only a minute’s walk to the shoreline!

I felt so welcomed at this Airbnb because it was tailored to me. The owners left a booklet addressed to me, with all the instructions and local recommendations. It was clean, peaceful and serene. This place runs solely on rainwater collection, which I love. The only thing I noticed was a few ants in the kitchen but it was tolerable. Would love to book again next time I’m in NZ

Ths was one of the best places I have stayed. The cleanliness was next level and all the extras supplied with fresh home made bread and other goodies in the fridge.... Our privacy was absolutely respected even though their home was not far away. I would definitely come here again whenever I want some time out. Very well done to these hosts.!!!

Incredible views and scenery, one of the most breathtaking airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The inside is incredibly cozy and warm with the fire place. We had deer come up while we were outside in the bath looking at the stars, something we will never forget. Very private yet a few minutes drive and you’re in Martinborough. Will make sure we book another stay next time we are in the area. A must see 10/10. 👌🏽🙏

This was our second stay at Natalia’s place, which is one of our favourite local airbnbs. The place is beautiful with lots of thoughtful touches. Hosts went above and beyond with personalized birthday wishes and little extras for us. Thanks for another great stay, we’ll be back soon:)

My partner and I stayed in the beautiful cabin for two nights, we had such a peaceful time! The hot tub was perfect to relax and look at the stars! We will definitely be returning next time we're staying in palmy!
