This place belongs in a magazine. It was spotless ,everything in the apartment worked and we were so comfortable with the location and the building ! It had a covered parking lot and the elevator was so convenient. more than anything we felt safe. we went to downtown Raleigh quite a few times. It took 10 minutes to get there. Great location. Thank you for everything.

The place is beautiful and the host is amazing .. for sure this is gonna be my place every time coming to Raleigh, North Carolina .. I do recommend this place for anyone wants to feel. He is in his own house.

Overall the stay went well. It is in a cul-de-sac so we did have slight issue with parking that a neighbor complained on. Our hosts were great and extremely responsive during this and were willing to assist with making the adjustment. This house is very spacious, plenty of space for 10 people. I will book again if allowed.

We have stayed at Christiane’s home before and it was an equally great stay this time. Clean, quiet and comfortable. They also put up a beautiful Christmas tree, which we really enjoyed as this was a holiday stay for us with our family that lives in that neighborhood. She was always responsive. I would definitely recommend this location and we will stay here again in the future.

Elvalorie was so sweet and helpful from the moment we booked. She gave us recommendations, even gave us extra accommodations despite the season and timing. She really made our trip worth it and the house was gorgeous and homey and CLEAN. Anything we needed, she already had ready for us. 10/10 gem in NC

We were in town to attend a conference at the convention center that is 3 blocks away. Six of us stayed at the house. The brownstone is beautiful with hardwood floors, updated bathrooms and kitchen. I believe this place to be a new home to the owner. The silverware is still in the box from the store and only four plates. The only glasses were champaign flutes or coffee mugs. There was no toaster. I believe he is still getting the place stocked sufficiently. The homeowner was very responsive to our needs. We reached out several times about a couple of issues and he made sure to come by the place to get those corrected. For example, we didn't have any hot water the first day but he had a plumber there and it was fixed by the time we got back to the house. He also had someone come in to fix the door to the balcony that wouldn't close properly. Be aware the road noise can be a bit bothersome with sirens, trains and traffic. Overall I would recommend this rental.

The home is beautiful and peaceful. Our stay was very peaceful and we would absolutely book again! Hot tub and the deer were an amazing bonus!

Just as described! Beautiful layout, inside of the home was excellent. Outside was muddy and wet. But I can see it’s developing. Overall great experience!
