We stayed in this home while our house was being built. Sharon’s home was fantastic! We loved seeing the dolphins, horseshoe crabs, and fish everyday. We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Helene, but Sharon stayed in contact with us the whole time! We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Wakulla county area!

Ginny was a great host. Helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this beautiful house and surroundings. Will book again!

I hesitate to write how I truly feel about our stay here. We can’t wait to come back and a good review will only make it that much harder with everyone wanting to book this place! It is such a beautiful house. Set up for a good relaxing time. And what a gem Alligator Point is. We truly can’t wait to come back.

Happy Hours is a beautiful home - clean, bright, cheerful yet soothing. It was the perfect space for my family. The house is situated on a canal and the wonderful screened porch has an amazing view. Heidi was a delight, readily addressing the most minor of issues with patience and good humor. Alligator Point is a major part of my family's history; I have been coming there since I was a small child (60+ years ago) and there have been many, many rentals. This, by far, is one of the best. I recommend it highly.

Better then i expected. Everything i needed was at the house or just a phone call away. Ive stayed in a good amount of Airbnbs and these host are so welcoming. The view at the end of the dock was perfect to end the night with great sunsets. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again.

What a beautiful home with peaceful surroundings! We came in for a Florida State game and we are so happy we stayed here. It’s only about 40 min to FSU and away from all the hustle in town which allows you to relax and reconnect with family or friends. The home was very clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit, walking on the beach, and kayaking. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We look forward to another visit in the future! Go Noles!!

Great place for a ( senior) girls trip exploring the forgotten coast. Clean, tastefully appointed, private and peaceful. Sarah is a thoughtful and responsive host. The cottage was complete with any and every thing you might need, from 2 coffee pots to binoculars . Our favorite part was sitting out on the 3 porches; enjoying nature, reading, and star gazing. It felt like being in a treehouse. We visited St George Island, Apalachicola, and St Mark’s Refuge. All were great day trips. I highly recommend Sarah’s treehouse cottage as a peaceful retreat.

Sassy & Wim were amazing! They were very responsive and helpful. From dealing with the snow and a power outage they were quick to help out and get us up with a generator. Best host you can ask for! Can’t wait to book again next year 🩷

As always, Sea Glass was a welcome respite from the everyday hustle and bustle! We truly relaxed as soon as we walked in and saw that view!! Immaculate and comfortable!

we're so glad we chose this place for our stay on the Forgotten Coast of FL! The location was a DREAM- off the beaten path and very private, with some of the best sunset views anywhere we've been. We enjoyed kayaking, took a sunset canoe cruise, and spent time getting sun on the deck. The kitchen was stocked to meet our needs, but we mostly ate out and brought food back when we ventured into town. Great launch point for visiting local spots like St Marks Lighthouse, Wakulla Springs, and a day trip to Appalachicola and St George Island. Honestly, we could have relaxed at the house all 4 days of our stay and I would have been happy. We left feeling so refreshed!

Beautiful home, peaceful dock and wonderful wrap around porch to relax on. better than the pictures. everything you could need to cook a nice meal. Basketball hoop for endless entertainment, and the beach across the road was like a dream. Perfect place to stay.

Wonderful get away. Cozy home on canal. Super close to a beautiful boat ramp and plenty of space to turn and park double axle trailer for 25’ boat. Easy to trailer nightly. Minutes to fishing and scalloping. House was clean and felt like home. The pool was amazing after hot day fishing. Amazing sunrise and sunsets. Hosts always respond almost immediately.

Had a great stay. Had everything we seen in the pictures and received in the packet. Easy check in and recommendations. Quiet beach just a short walk away. Everything was great the only thing I'd like to seen is somewhere to hang clothes in each room. (Personal Preference) Definitely would stay again.

It was a great AirBnb in a very quiet and peaceful beach community. One of the best beach houses we’ve stayed in full of amenities, appliances, linens, towels, and beach accessories!
