Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend 2 very peaceful weeks. We loved the abode - so nicely appointed in every way. Kitchen was perfect for cooking our own meals. It was so quiet - really a Refuge!!! Some great near-by restaurants - Trident for a little classier, Salty Donkey for great food and drinks on the water and Hamanockers for awesome BBQ. Wish we could have stayed longer - definitely planning to come back!! Linda had some awesome suggestions as well. Not necessarily for those looking for a fast paced vacation though you could probably find some of that too. We just loved the peaceful solitude.

The home was amazing. Clean and well kept. I’ll keep this place in mind whenever we are back up this way.

I had an extremely pleasurable experience in my short getaway at Alligator Point being hosted in Nick’s air BNB. Him & his family were always extremely responsive, the space was clean and as promised on the website, and everything that was offered was available just where it was stated to be. The home had more than enough room for me and my family, and a beautiful sand front as soon as you stepped off the stairs. I will most definitely be staying here or another property hosted by Nick & his family.

Ben & Shirley both were TERRIFIC hosts! When they asked if there was anything special they could do, knowing our visit was to celebrate my mother's 86th birthday. They meant it! I asked for a simple birthday banner. They went above & beyond by decorating table, writing her a message on chalkboard, leaving a signed birthday card and even left a cake in frig! My mother was absolutely delighted. It was such a blessing for us all. Couldn't be more pleased! The home is beautiful no matter where you look, inside or out. The attention to detail, AMAZING! Never stayed in an AirBnb with such great linens, towels, etc. Kitchen even has spices. There was more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom! Almost a never anywhere else I've stayed. From the moment we arrived at this tranquil oasis with its own private spring, we were enveloped in the beauty of nature. Surrounded by lush greenery and the setting was nothing short of magical. The property itself was impeccably maintained, with thoughtful attention to detail evident in every corner. The interior decor seamlessly blended rustic charm with modern comforts, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Whether we were lounging on the sun-drenched patio overlooking the spring, or hanging out of the dock, every moment spent here was a delight. A truly unforgettable retreat that was worth the extra drive and money during graduation weekend.

The place was peaceful and private. Very relaxing. Not far from the beaches.

A great stay for our weekend in the Panhandle. Very comfy, well equipped, and peaceful. Great beds and wonderful views of the Gulf. Didn't use the pool as it was too cold, but that looked great too. Overall would stay again and we all had a great time in Mi's property.
