Die Lodge von Veronique und Luc ist ein Traum! Wir haben sie die ganze Zeit nicht verlassen, um die Gegend wie ursprünglich geplant zu erkunden, sondern haben die traumhafte Lage in den Poldern und die Ruhe genossen! Die Krönung war dann das tägliche Jacuzzi-Bad im Sonnenuntergang. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Great little find. Visiting as a small group, we didn't want to stay in the busy city of Middlberg as we were cycling and sightseeing around the Walcheren. This place was ideal as it was placed in the picturesque peaceful countryside but had the benefit of the village of Koudekerke and its supermarket only a 1.5 walk away. Good routes for both bikes and cars meant exploring the island and surrounding area was easy. Bianca was a lovely helpful host and we had good communications before and during our stay. The Airbnb was exactly as described/shown in the photos and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well furnished with utensils and had most of the things you'd need to self-cater. It is an ideal spot for a small family looking to explore or visit the islands beaches but also wanting some peace and quiet. Will look to come again with the family.

I had an absolutely lovely stay. Jacky was extremely kind, considerate, and helpful, and the accommodation was relaxing while providing everything I needed so that I was not left wanting anything more. The cycle route into town that Jacky recommended was beautiful and in certain sections reminded me of home. I plan to come back to explore the area some more and when I do, Het Hectaaratje will be at the top of my list of possible accommodations.

Wir haben uns bei Esther im Studio sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles verlief super und unkompliziert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Domburg sehr empfehlen.

wir waren schon oft bei Harry. Alles war unverändert gut und sauber. Harry ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wer keinen großen Luxus braucht, ist hier in der ruhigen und schönen Umgebung sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen gern wieder.

The easiest five star review, I wish I could make it six stars! Lambertus & Lukkie were amazing hosts for my dog and I. Even before check in they reached out to provide information and recommendations. At check in, Lambertus took the time to show me around the property, provided recommendations of where to eat, and even showed me on a map of the island things to do. During the stay, they checked in as needed; however, it was never too much and I felt very independent. I already have my next stay booked!

Es war eine schöne gemütliche Unterkunft. Winny war immer erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Gut gelegen, um Zeeland zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir haben die Ruhe gefunden, die wir gesucht haben 😊. Die Scheune von Karin ist einfach traumhaft schön mit dem Himmelbett, den schönen Fliesen und liebevoll dekoriert. Die Sitzplätze im Garten so schön kuschelig mit Schaffellen, die Aussicht einfach herrlich, die Tiere so lustig zu beobachten. Karin ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, kam immer mal wieder vorbei, um zu sehen, ob wir was brauchen. Wir haben sogar Gemüse aus ihrem Garten bekommen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

This charming Airbnb was everything we wanted and more. The location was not only beautiful but super convenient and in walking distance to everything. The house itself was so well thought out to ensure guests have everything they need and the beds were beyond comfortable. This one absolutely our favorite Airbnb we have stayed in and will book again if we are ever in the same area. Host Paul and Benny were very kind, helpful and truly great hosts. If you are thinking of booking- just do it! You will not regret it!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Dirk. Super goed weer en daarom heerlijk van het zwembad gebruik kunnen maken. Al met al een super tijd!

Such a hidden gem - we had a wonderful stay! Kees and his wife made us feel very welcome. We visited with my elderly mother and my 5yr old and the property was ideal as it is all on one level. There are lots of lovely little touches in the property to make your stay comfortable- kids toys and games, tea and coffee and fresh eggs from their chickens! It’s a beautifully decorated home with comfy beds, a very large new bathroom, nice quiet outdoor areas to sit and stunning views of the countryside. Thank you Kees!

Etienne’s place is really tranquil and peaceful, yet not too far away from key cities like Antwerp and Bergen op Zoom, or the beach in Zeeland. There is a very large yard that really add to having a great experience. Our kids saw some deer and were truly excited. Etienne is a very nice and responsive host. We can absolutely recommend his place.

Een mooie locatie om het eiland helemaal te ontdekken. Een heerlijk rustig huisje in een omgeving waar het 's nachts echt donker en stil is. Geschikt voor een midweek of weekend.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber, der uns durch die Wohnung führte und sich Zeit nahm uns alles detailliert zu erklären. Die Wohnung ist schön gestaltet und hat ein hybrides Ambiente aus Altbau und modernem Interieur. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, mit dem Auto ist man in unter einer Stunde in Gent und Brügge. Ein Naturpark ist in der Nähe und das Meer ist in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener, schöner Urlaub. Wenn wir noch einmal in die Region kommen, kommen wir gerne wieder hierher.

Unterkunft war perfekt für ein paar ruhige Tage. Die umgebaute Hütte war total gemütlich. Die beiden Gastgeber waren absolut herzlich und zuvorkommend. Der Garten ist das absolute Highlight, perfekt um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Man merkt, dass Lisbeth und Rinus mit ganzem Herzen Gastgeber sind und wollen, dass sich ihre Gäste wie zuhause fühlen. Absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man einen ruhigen Ort für ein paar Tage sucht. Auch das Haus an sich war sehr gut ausgestattet (zahlreiche Utensilien in der Küche, viele Handtücher und Decken). Auch wurden wir mit einem typisch niederländischen Gebäck empfangen und zum Königstag gab es orangenen Kuchen, den uns Lisbeth mitgebracht hatte. Man hat sich also ab der ersten Sekunde wie zuhause gefühlt.

Dit is echt een heerlijk huis voor een verblijf in Knokke. We waren er met familie voor een paar dagen rond oud&nieuw, dus niet voor strandvakantie, maar het strand is op loopafstand en bereikbaar via een pad direct naast het huis. Uiteraard hebben we wel een strandwandeling gemaakt :) De ligging is ook goed tov winkels. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien, goed uitgeruste keuken waar echt niets ontbreekt, goede lange eettafel in knusse hoek. Warme, gezellige woonkamer. Boven zijn de slaapkamers perfect: ruim en met goede bedden en voldoende kastruimte. Ook goede badkamers. Erik is een hele vriendelijke host - we voelden ons welkom in het huis! Een aanrader. We komen graag nog eens in de zomer.

We had a couple of wonderfully peaceful days at Jans’ lovely house. Communication with Jan was a breeze, we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Upon arrival we were treated to a warm fireplace and a bottle of delicious wine. The place itself is in an absolutely unique location. The house is fully equipped for an amazing stay. Jan went above and beyond by surprising us with croissants on our doorstep 🥐 which was extra lovely! I strongly recommend this place, best value for money and wonderful hospitality.

Een heerlijk weekendje gehad! Jeanne zorgt er voor dat alles naar wens is en het verblijf is sfeervol en warm ingericht. De tuin is gigantisch en indrukwekkend, er lopen allerlei dieren rond en er is van alles te zien. Er zit duidelijk erg veel passie en energie in het creëren van deze accommodatie. Een waar paradijsje in de regio!

I had high hopes based on the description and other guests' reviews, and honestly, my expectations were surpassed! The space is beautiful and very smartly designed — the attention to detail is amazing. In terms of aesthetics it's certainly a cut above the average AirBnB design. It's clear that a lot of care was put into the design of the space, such as with the automatic lights that illuminate your way to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The neighborhood is peaceful, and almost everything you'd want to see in Bruges is within a 15-minute walk. The hosts are proactive and attentive, and their recommendations for places to visit are on point! Every restaurant, chocolate shop, etc we tried from their list was excellent.

Top accomodatie, zeer ruim, net en luxueus, alleen maar superlatieven. zeer kindvriendelijk, extra kinderbedjes en stoelen stonden in een oogwenk klaar, niets wat gevraagd werd was teveel of onmogelijk. Dan nog eens: de pooltafel en de sauna waren een extra die het helemaal af maakten. Wij komen zéker terug. Dankjewel Annemieke
