The house was welcoming from the very first moment we got there. Everything was placed in a perfect way and labeled. Never had to look very hard for anything. The house was super well stocked and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was a wonderful location, amazing to just literally step right off the deck and be on the beach. When down on the beach it was very quiet and never busy. Felt like we had our own beach most of the time. Debbie was a wonderful host and always there if we had a question. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a group of 6, the space was perfect size and in a great location. 5 minute walk to beach access, the beach was gorgeous and the few times we went had very little people out on it. Close to Newport for attractions, we greatly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time staying at this property and exploring the local towns and beach. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The home we stayed in was beautiful and had more then enough room for everyone in our party. Any questions we had were answered immediately . The house was perfect for our getaway. The kids enjoyed the backyard sandy area on the dune and the private dune trail was super cool, espeically for sunsets. We did think it had better beach access-didn't know the dune has a steep dropoff—but there is nearby public beach access which is easier to use. The separate entry for the downstairs was a bit tricky if you have small kids that want to bunk down there but we managed. Everyone had a great time. House was well cared for and the kitchen was stocked with many essentials and we really appreciated that they left condiments and other things in the fridge door. You don't often see that! 10/10 would book again.

The house was perfect inside and out. They reallly thought of everything. The checkout time was a little on the early side for us, but other than that we loved staying here. It was perfect for our family vacation ❤️

Was a lovely place to stay. The house was super clean and neat. It looked like the carpet had just been shampooed. Was perfect for a romantic weekend, but also kid friendly with games, children's book and sand toys available. The only thing that concerned me, was trying not to track water and sand into the house as it was pretty rainy during our stay.

Had a great time staying at this house. Close to the beach. It was a little chilly when we went but the house was warm for me and my kiddos. My little ones enjoyed counting how many crabs, starfish and seashells they could find around the house. We definitely would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

What a gem of a place! Watch whales and seals right outside your window. Breathtaking location and well-appointed property. Will be back for sure.

We had an amazing stay at the Finders Keepers unit on the 3rd floor! The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking and completely unobstructed, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The unit itself was cozy, clean, and had such a welcoming, homey feel. It was clear that every detail had been carefully thought out – from the well-stocked kitchen to the binoculars provided for a closer look at the ocean view. The space was updated and modern, and didn't feel stuffy. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The pool was a big hit with the kid, and the convenient parking made coming and going a breeze. The location couldn’t be better – it’s close to everything we needed and so easy to get around. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future! Highly recommend!

Very cute place with the beach right there off the balcony. Bigger than it looks in the pics. It was great to lay in bed & watch the sunset listening to the ocean. People flew kites right by us (3rd floor). Super clean kitchen with a big spice collection. Fireplace worked too. Yay ambiance! Did not smell like cleaning chemicals or anything unpleasant. Mattresses were pretty firm, no saggy spots. Plenty of fluffy towels in the bath. There was a collection of small children's books in a drawer. You can't hear hwy 101 from the kitchen/living area but you can from the bedroom. City rolls up at night so it wasn't a problem. Friendly staff. Pool looked great but we didn't get a chance to use it because the weather kept us outdoors. Overall a bargain for the beachfront location. Definitely recommend!

Have stayed at this place before. Troy and his team are awesome. Instructions for entry are spot on. Please was clean and as described. Ocean view is amazing.
