Susanne war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist schön und geräumig, mit großem, hellen Badezimmer und einer super Küche. Die Lage ist ideal für die Anreise mit dem Auto von Westen. Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße und Parktickets an der Rezeption. Die U3 Station Ottakring in Richtung Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Flexibilität bei Checkin und Checkout war sehr entgegenkommend, danke! An der Baustelle gegenüber wird am Wochenende nicht gearbeitet. Ich komme gerne wieder.

I can definitely, wholeheartedly recommend staying at Bernhard’s for your Vienna stay away from home. His place is just as good as described in both the photos and the description. You feel like you’re in a penthouse suite because you really are on top of the building! I liked how the access was secure to require an elevator key to get to the top most floor and not just anyone could go up there. If you want to cook, then the kitchen is fairly well equipped. Some of the basic things priority there for your cooking, such as olive oil, salt, pepper and a few other odds and ends. You can also look forward to a huge soaking tub, every night, but be sure and bring your own bath salts or other additives. Don’t worry about being cold if you stay in the winter, that place gets downright toasty! Bernard was a super helpful host, checking in to make sure we got settled in OK and asking if we needed anything as well as super responsive when I did contact him about something. Thanks Bernhard!

We stayed at Klaudia’s place as our entry to moving to Vienna for a new job. It’s been a perfect temporary place for our small family of 3 + dog while we find more permanent housing. Klaudia has been very helpful and communicative. The location is great for the 14th district, really close to trams and the U4, but also very close to the nearby foothills. Would recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Jugendstil Villa. It's located in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to Schloss Schönbrunn and various options for public transportation. The apartment itself is very well kept and quiet. We would definitely stay here again anytime!

I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments. There are only a few that feel like home. This was one. It hurt to leave. It felt great to spend time there. Perchtoldsdorf is a super charming town. You can walk to the right of this apartment and go into a little downtown, its cute shops, marvelous patisserie, and all the Heirigen. Or you go the other direction and go up into the hills for wonderful walks. This is a truly heavenly stay that I will never forget. If you visit, be sure to eat at Il Tramezzino.

Super Unterkunft für ein ruhiges entspanntes Wochenende. Das Haus ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bettzeug und Handtücher sind selbst mitzunehmen - darauf wird in der Anzeige auch hingewiesen. Felix hat uns auch ein paar Tage vorher noch einmal daran erinnert. Generell war die Kommunikation mit Felix sehr gut - wir haben uns am Anreisetag leider etwas verspätet, das war aber kein Problem. Die Sauna ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Der Ausblick von der Terasse auf die Pferdeweide ist sehr schön und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Auf dem Grundstück steht auch eine Ferienwohnung und ein Tiny House. Kann die Unterkunft jedenfalls empfehlen.

Ich wollte eigentlich nur eine Woche für mich, in der Natur, alleine Urlaub machen und suchte nach einer passenden Unterkunft. Sah die Bilder und buchte, ohne zu recherchieren. Wahrscheinlich sollte es so sein! Und! Es hatte alles übertroffen. Mein erster allein Urlaub war nicht nur wunderbar schön, an diesem besonderen Ort, sondern sollte mir auch noch ganz! viel mitgeben. Ich durfte Ernst kennenlernen, ein wunderbarer, liebesvoller und gebender Mensch 🙏 ich durfte die Erfahrung erleben, mit Ernst zu meditieren und Joga zusammen mit ihm zu machen. ☺️ Meine Tage mit wandern und radeln in den Bergen und an der Donau waren eindrucksvoll und Energie spenden. Aber noch viel mehr hat mich der Ort und Ernst, wo ich sein durfte, Energie und Freude geschenkt. Danke 🙏🍀

Ein wundervoller Raum für Retreats und Kurse mit einer ruhigen Atmosphäre mit einem schönen Ausblick. In der Küche ist alles da um sich gut zu versorgen. Der Garten um das Haus ist liebevoll und wirklich schön gestaltet. Der Gartenbereich ist (im Frühjahr) etwas einsehbar, aber es ist auf der kleinen Straße nicht viel los. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Lovely house near the lake and ski area of Lipno. It had lots of.cozy space for our group of 8 and the kitchen is very well equipped. With a car the ski lift is a 6 minute drive away.

It was an amazing stay at a cozy place in a lovely location with a wonderful host. It's been 2nd time I've stayed at Monika's spaces. What can I say? She is the most welcoming, friendly and responsive host one can find. Looking forward to spending next year spring break at Monika's!

Прекрасная квартира, заселились без проблем. Хозяйка была на связи. Прекрасно говорит на немецком, что очень облегчило нам задачу. Квартира полностью соответствовала фото, все в квартире было идеально, полностью укомплектована. Отдельное спасибо за отзывчивость хозяйке, за несколько дней до заселения к нам присоединилось ещё два человека. Хозяйка согласилась на заселения ещё двоих человек, за что ей большое спасибо.

Nagyon jól felszerelt konyha, minden megvolt a lakásban, amire csak szükségünk lehetett. A házigazda kedves, ajánlott éttermeket, látnivalókat, eljött értünk az állomáshoz is autóval, 2 kulcsot is kaptunk a lakáshoz.

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der schönen Wohnung. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ✨

Not just a place to stay. We felt very much part of a "Family".. Christian was so Kind, answered all questions, provided a map of immediate neighbourhood (Bakery, grocery store, coin wash, etc.), mentioned tram tickets...and best ways to use them to get around. Was often there after or before hours to help, called a taxi on last morning, despite foot injury. Above and beyond Hosts! Very nice to have safe in Apartment as in others, Service to Change linens and towels once a week!
