We had a wonderful stay. It was great that we brought our own wood for the stove and we felt very cozy in the tent on a chilly, windy night. The view from outside was breathtaking.

Absolutely amazing! We had a beautiful few days at the safari tent - fantastic location - completely secluded, not another soul in sight. Some amazing walks straight from the tent, and lovely evenings spent sat on the veranda. Tent was super cosy with the log burner, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We loved this place! The scenery is beautiful, peaceful and secluded so you very much have the whole place and area around you to yourself. The beds are super comfy and we enjoyed making camp fires in the evening. We used the bbq and pizza ovens which were great for 13 people. There are nice walking trails close by so you can easily go for a hike (which we did one day). There is a lake about 25 minute drive away which was incredible. We were the only ones at the lake and the scenery is breathtaking.

What a beautiful place. Truly magical spot, with a lot of love gone into it, and the yurt was incredibly cosy even in early March. The birdsong in the morning is incredible, the dogs are a lot of fun, the robins were very tame and cheeky. Tracey and family lovely, helpful and then left us to our own devices. The hot tub was a little difficult to get to the Goldilocks temperature but that’s the nature of wood fired. It was incredible to stream under the stars though. Beautiful place, five stars

Had a great stay and enjoyed exploring the local area which is easily accessible by car. Hannah provided lots of useful info for us each day. The bell tents and facilities have all that you require for a relaxing break.

We really enjoyed our while we were there. Clean toilets. Lovely hosts On the whole must recommended to visit a place. They offer cottages, caravan, and tents if you need. They cater more to big groups but small groups are welcome too Depends on the availability. Thank you Yes & Hannah

It was exactly what we expected, stunning tent already set up, it really enhanced our camping trip with the little ones, our tent was pitched on a slight hill which was probably the only downfall but it’s not something that can be rectified, the view was the ultimatum of the whole experience. Great place, would recommend!

Amazing, what a special place to stay. Nothing beats being outdoors exploring the surrounding area and then hunkering down besides the wood burner towards the days end. Lark Hill is a labour of love and you can't help fall in love with it too.

My son and I wanted a camping trip without the hassle of taking our camping equipment with us on our motorbike. Frans camping setup was the perfect solution in lovely surroundings. Fran was a great host and made us feel very comfortable.

my partner and I stayed here for the evening. It was perfect. We had the perfect night, we stayed in the bell tent which was warm and cosy, had the perfect night's sleep, access to the out house with a fire where we had our evening meal (highly recommend the local Chinese. We also had access to the sauna and shower which topped off the weekend perfectly. lovely and clean, welcoming friendly host. cannot recommend enough, it was the ideal little break that we needed together. Adam and I wanted a short break glamping experience for our daughter to enjoy some family time away from the distractions of technology. We very much enjoyed the evening around the fire pit which we prepared food and played cards with laughter. After the temperature dropped we retreated inside the bell tent, the double bed was super comfy and the extra blankets kept us cosy and warm throughout the night. The kitchen area was directly opposite and had everything you could possibly want - very organised. The location was not far from Newport, which we spent the day enjoying coastal walks observing wildlife. Overall a very splendid and enjoyable weekend. Thank you

It is a lovely place for short trip. My doggy has a good sleep. There have enough space for dog play and run. Everything is good 👍🏻 Even October is windy months, it makes me feel like back to home. Nice! Thank you for everything. We really enjoy.☺️

Friendly and sociable host, very helpful with where we had to go, clean and cute little things that made the stay better e.g. outside fire and already cut up wood/ fire starters, breakfast cereal and tea/milk/hot chocolate/blanket incase you need it. Goats and sheep’s were very adorable. Very quiet and peaceful place.

We had a great time glamping and our young daughters (5&2) loved the tent! It was really cosy, very much needed on a cloudy and windy weekend. The tents are designed really well and well equipped.

Claire and Martin were such lovely, friendly people. It was fantastic to meet them and their rescue pups! Our stay was perfect, it was a beautiful, secluded, quiet spot with everything we needed, including fresh eggs and a warm welcome. Coming in mid September was a gamble with the weather, but thick duvets, extra blankets and firewood were all provided. We took our two dogs who had a fantastic time in the completely enclosed campsite, plus access to the enormous enclosed field and walk down to the river. All perfect and we can’t wait to visit again!

We've really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as pictured on the listing page and we felt right at home. The campsite can be busy, but the location of the cabin makes it more private and disconnected from the main campsite area. Everything we needed was provided, lots of room and beautiful surroundings. If I was to point out any negatives, the campsite area is next to a main road (A470) and road noise can be a bit of an issue if you're looking for the "ultimate peace". Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

We (my partner and I, our two small children) had a fabulous stay at the Beehive. Ryan &co thought of everything, it’s was such a gentle break into the world of camping for our young family. The surroundings are peaceful, wildlife in abundance, the fresh eggs delicious, what a treat to meet the animals- we are keen to hear how Toffee gets on with her first kid(s). Would recommend to all, thank you for a great stay.

Loved this place. The yurt was very clean and comfortable, the fire pit fab, pitch had everything you could posibly need. Loved the firepit and the surroundings. Mel and Rob were incredibly friendly and helpful t all times. Fantastic couple of days, we will definitely be back.

Great camping spot and facilities, highly recommend

This was just the ticket. 8 of us needed somewhere that was easy, good for socialising and close enough to some great walks. The hosts were really helpful and made our stay straight forward and fun. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.
