This was my second time staying here! Always peaceful and quiet! Breathtaking views all around! Just what I wanted! I love that there is still plenty of things to do near by if wanting to get out! I highly recommend going! I plan to come back!

Beautiful fireplace ( be sure to open the flu before starting a fire!) A bit earlier checkout than most places we’ve stayed. Cute and cozy and quiet. Slept very well!

Love this cute little spot. It was close to everything and far enough away to feel like you were in nature! Super clean, great host!

We enjoyed our stay very much in the cabin! The area was quiet, remote and just what we wanted.

Let me start by saying, the cabin was incredible. Felt like stepping back in time. Very well done. Our host even dropped off fresh baked cinnamon rolls and cake for us. Excellent surprise. Now the rest of the story… My wife and I chose this location to escape from the storms in mid TN. Weather reports looked decent. 1:00 in the morning we were woke up to tornado warnings and then it hit. Horrible experience and terrifying to be in a strange place during a tornado but, the cabin survived and kept us safe. Cindy the host was in immediate contact with us making sure we were safe and her husband came in person to check on us. Our terrible experience has nothing to do with the property or the host, both were beyond fantastic and for that alone deserve your business. We will definitely be back hopefully when the weather is better. Thank you Cindy for being a caring and wonderful person. Mostly thankful for the cabin that did its job and kept my wife and I safe.

Feel like we got the star treatment…arrived later than expected so we got a Gator ride to the falls with a personal tour.

My first stay in a Grant Summit cabin. Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed it! A quaint beautiful cabin. It had everything us girls (grandmother, daughter in law and teen granddaughter) needed. I was pleasantly surprised that the cabin location was on an end which happened to be where the hot tub sat making it more private. So happy! Loved the esthetic decor, spectacular views and tranquillity! I will be a repeat vacationer.

If you don’t mind tiny house living this place was perfect. It was nice to disconnect from the internet and the rest of the world for the weekend . It was beautiful waking up to the view of the lake and a nice cup of hot coffee. Definitely would love to come back!

I went to Beloved’s Rest with my husband for our honeymoon and we had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful and very peaceful, exactly what we needed. We are definitely coming back!

The Birdhouse was such a relaxing stay.Every thing you need was provided. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Beautiful views. I will definitely be planning my next stay.

My youngest son and I enjoyed a few days in nature - building a fire, sitting under the stars, and hiking the trails. Deer Lick Falls is stunning, and the intermediate hike by the creek is beautiful and invigorating. This unit is two lots away from the trailhead, which was our main reason for choosing it. We spent quite a bit of time on the inviting deck in beautiful weather. The cushions not under the covered area were weathered (could use cleaning/a cover) but still comfortable. The accommodations were satisfactory and included the necessary basics. The property had sweet, welcoming touches. I would suggest a bit of updating/maintenance, but nothing that deterred our stay. I would recommend bringing paper plates as these units (floorplans) don't have dishwashers if you prefer convenience.

10/10 would recommend, very clean and peaceful place to get away from the craziness of life for a couple days

If you are looking for a serene getaway, look no further! The design is excellent. All the windows are facing a quiet forested land, giving you full privacy and a lovely view. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a full meal. We loved the place so much that we ended up staying in a lot more than we normally would. We slept very well too (the bed is great!), and the shower is a dream. This small house is a real gem!

My family and I booked this tiny home for the weekend and absolutely loved it! The hiking trails were 100 yards away, and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this place. We brought our 5 year old and 2 year old, and all they wanted to do was hike. The waterfall was beautiful, as well as all the other trails that border the creek. The house itself was great! The “upstairs” was great for the kids. It was their “fort.” The main area was also great. Kasidy was a great host, and I would recommend this retreat to anyone. We will be back soon!

We absolutely loved the whitewood!! The location is peaceful, quiet and private. The little lagoon is so cute! The house itself was so clean and had so many amenities - literally everything and more that we needed. The furniture was comfortable and clean linens were available. All the extra little touches were so nice too. The host really made sure to have everything you may need, even including coffee and a white noise machine! Bonus: We will always remember this place and our stay since we got engaged here!!!

My husband and I stayed at Natalie’s place for a long weekend in honor of our baby-moon. It was clean, charming, peaceful, and relaxing. We would definitely go back. We enjoyed reading on the back patio, the access to local hiking trails and I loved soaking in the tub. Natalie was a responsive and friendly host!

You can’t put a value on quality time with the seeds of our next generation. This was a great place to bond with my kids free of endless electronics. We also visited Rock city Gardens while in the area which was beautiful. The kids enjoyed the zip line … I wish it was a smidge higher so I could get on myself lol Overall I’d highly recommend especially for the little ones we enjoyed the bon fire also making smores . And was able to save money by bringing our own groceries and cooking on property as the have a full kitchen… ohhh and the water pressure to die for lol we did come home with a little scorpion so be careful foe little critters like such as ur in nature bite the property itself was tip top shape and host very accessible and chill

I can’t say enough about Fannies Place! The views were nothing short of breath taking and the hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The history of the land that the tiny home is situated on, is filled with stories of Fannie and her homestead. The place was well decorated with lots of fun treasures and art. Every morning waking up with a cup of coffee and going outside to see the clouds was my favorite. We will be back.

Kylene was very responsive and helpful!!! We had a very relaxing week and were perfectly located for what we wanted to do, which was hike, relax and see Chattanooga some. We were minutes from Cloudland canyon, lookout mountain/Ruby falls and Chattanooga! As a pilots daughter I LOVED being at the little airport and watching the gliders and meeting the amazing people in the area! The river with the trail was perfect for evening walks! Thank you for a great week Kylene, we would love to visit again!

Absolutely gorgeous place! I randomly needed a getaway and chose The Raven, and it did not disappoint. It was beautiful and quiet, providing the relaxation I needed. Anna was a great host, checking in on us to make sure we were doing well. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind!

My second time staying in this cabin it’s a great location and I really enjoy staying there
