We had a really great stay at this place. The location is super convenient—close to the beach and just a few minutes drive to the different touristlocatikns. Although the area is mostly for surfers, it was still quiet and peaceful. The atmosphere was very cozy and made us feel at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and nicely set up. They had all the amenities we needed, like a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and even some nice little extras. The highlight for me was the jacuzzi. It was clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Such a nice bonus! Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing vibe. I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking for clean, safe and simple accommodation. Everything felt clean and comfortable when we arrived. We loved the fireplace, our daughter loved the table tennis table out the back, and our dog loved the backyard which was safe and secure. Going for a short, local walk at dusk was great for kangaroo, wombat and rabbit spotting also!

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

Beautiful cosy property with excellent views. The host provided all the information we needed. The property is pet friendly and they've got an enclosed space for pets as well. The beds were very comfortable and all bedrooms got beautiful views. Easy to enjoy sunsets from the bedrooms or living areas of the house. Overall, we absolutely loved our time here and would stay again.

We had a lovely long weekend in Venus Bay. Gert’s place was a great space for our family (including dog). Gert was responsive when we needed to reach out to him. It was a peaceful location and great drinking coffee on the veranda watching the sunrise.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay while down for the AusGP. Place was so comfortable and homely, had everything we needed. Hosts were great, very responsive and made us feel very welcome. Definitely would stay again. Thank you.

Great stay while we did renovations! Was a perfect space for the family. Kirby was very responsive and keen to help us when things broke down, very relaxed and was super accomodating letting us check in early and late which helped us immensely! Would stay again

Great accommodation & cottage was clean & well presented. However, there was no air conditioning in the bedroom (& it got quite hot) and the pillows were too soft. Need firmer pillows.

Great place in a nice traditional part of Cowes. Perfectly maintained and well equipped, great shower, good beds and welcoming to pets. Lovely little front yard too. Highly recommended. And kahli is a great, responsive host.

We had such a lovely time at Veronika’s home. The house truly feels like a museum with various antiquates and relics from all across the world. My partner was mesmerised by all these artefacts, the library which contained a vast array of books and the tranquil courtyard annexed to the bedroom. Waking up to the gentle morning light that filters through the branches and looking into the mossy courtyard was quite surreal. I was also in love with the pool area/ courtyard, with pink leaves, and the surrounding hills and gorgeous natural scenery of the property. The house itself is of course simply spectacular. The large windows allow you to see the landscape from any angle and when the sun filters in - it is simply stunning. At night, it is equally as gorgeous as you can see the stars from the living area. We were lucky enough to chat with Veronika herself to learn about the history of the house. If you go for an early morning walk you’ll see kookaburras and kangaroos - they were adorable

What a fabulous place! The character of this home and beauty of the surrounding gardens made for such a great family getaway. With the billiard table, pool, sauna and tennis court, our teenagers were happy and occupied. Loved that we could walk to Sherbrooke Falls from the house, and the gorgeous cafe across the road. Polperro’s villas are so beautiful with incredible views of the vineyards. Loved the wine selection, they all were fantastic. The villa had all the amenities, wine selection, chocolates, mini bar, breakfast options. Inside was supper clean, spacious, too warm to use the fireplace but would have been nice. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine and admire the view. It was so peaceful.

Very nice clean little bungalow perfect for couples. Owners were very welcoming and friendly.
