The apartment is lovely and comfortable and in walking distance from local shops. Had everything we needed as a family of 4.

Great stay

We stayed for two nights to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday. There were 6 of us; 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The place looks better than the pictures. The place is large enough so everyone can have a bit of privacy. Lots of bathrooms. Each bedroom is spacious with a very comfy king bed with soft clean linen and decent pillows. There is a large Smart TV in each room. The kitchen is very well fitted with plenty of fabulously clean glasses, cups, plates and cutlery. The place was very warm throughout with constant hot water (a must for me). The WiFi was excellent. Great location; about a 10min walk into Liverpool centre. There are a lot of steps to the apartment which is to be considered if anyone in the party has mobility issues. It wast an issue for us. Well worth the price. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in this spacious flat. Heather let us in 4 hours before regular check in which was extremely helpful as we urgently needed a place to stay. The flat has everything and is super cozy. Highly recommended

Beautiful flat in a quiet area of South Liverpool with good transport links to the city. Comprehensive instructions provided by the hosts who were also available if required. Perfect for my needs. Will definitely stay again.

Laura is an wonderful host! She gave us clear instructions about the apartment, about the parking lot and she responded to all questions that we had. At Laura's place you can feel like you are at home.

Had a great stay in a well appointed apartment. It's in walking distance of everything we needed and had the benefit of secure parking in the underground car park. Lots to see and do in the local area.

Clean, well-equipped, comfortable, warm and with free parking - met our needs perfectly. Great value and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. We had a great time with so much more to do next time. We'll be back.

Exactly as described, excellent place to stay

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

Clean and comfortable, great location for an event at the Apollo but also within easy walking distance of city centre. one improvement would be blinds in the kitchen as it was very light in the morning for guest sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Great hot tub space

A comfortable and spacious property, perfectly located to explore North Wales. The area is peaceful and very private. The patio is lovely and secure that is covered for all weathers with a fantastic hot tub. Thank you for an enjoyable stay xx
